I can't say enough about the service I received from Red Barron. There were two jobs; brick work/masonary and painting. The mason and his crew were professional, clean and very efficient. These guys were great and they communicated and the work came out perfect. When the painters showed up they spent time with us explaining things and giving us recommendations. They too, were very clean and efficient. Would recommend!!

Excellent work, very professional attitude and high work ethics!
I had two different, small repairs needed to be done and it was very hard to find someone who would take on such a small project.
Red Baron Enterprises put me on the schedule right away with minimal waiting time, they were punctual showing up to perform the job, did high quality work and i was very happy with it. I had one ceiling fan repaired and one new fan installed and two ceiling light fixtures replaced. On the second occasion i had them fix a small brick pathway that was very old and not leveled anymore. Red baron guys lifted the bricks, leveled the ground and re used the same bricks to lay down the pathway. It turned out beautiful, very antique, old look that is just gorgeous and i am very happy with the job.

We have dealt with Red Baron Enterprises periodically over many years and use them because the company has demonstrated a variety of skills for various areas of a house. Recently, the job was to do silicon caulk around our kitchen sink. We were dissatisfied with the result. Red Baron management, when alerted, was very cooperative and saw to it that the job was redone to our satisfaction. We appreciated the can do attitude and will continue to use the company in the future.

Red Baron Enterprise installed four ceiling lights and ran new lines for us in our kitchen and we are very pleased with the results. The employees were courteous and friendly, wore masks the entire time and finished the job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this company.

The team at Red Baron can do everything. Not only are they the best around when it comes to handyman services, roofing, painting, masonry, and remodeling. I called them the other day to assist me with installing a roof rack on my vehicle and they did a great job! Very fast and friendly and great price! Call them for ANYTHING!

They had someone come out, they were not sure of the price … “he had to ask his coworker about it” along with 3 different prices… and was VERY VAGUE!! Then said he would let us know a price the next day. NO CALL NO NOTHING. Then my husband called to let them know what was goig on and said they would call us the next day… still no call. Just overall unprofessional. I’d give zero stars if I could

Red Baron Enterprise restored two 95 year old chimney's on our home to original design and quality. We found Red Baron through local word of mouth and chose to hire them because they were professional, honest, not the most expensive/cheapest quote, and came highly recommend by neighbors. The crew was respectful, pleasant to work with, punctual and took real pride in their work. We will definitely have them back to complete our front porch rebuild/tuck pointing next spring. Thanks for the great job!

Red Baron did a significant amount of masonry and concrete work for me in September 2023, including rebuilding the top of a chimney, replacing a 4' x 12' brick and concrete porch, and replacing ~50' of sidewalk for a total of $17,500. This spring, after two winters, the precast concrete steps they installed were in bad shape (see picture). Neville came out to look at them and asked whether rock salt had been used on them. I didn't know the answer as this is a rental unit. He said he would see what they could do (in view of the fact that their work is only warranted for one year). He sent me an estimate for $750 to fix the steps. As far as I recall, no one from Red Baron ever said not to use rock salt on the steps or suggested that I seal them, both of which Neville suggested when he came out. I see that the steps cost about $99 each at Home Depot. I'm a little upset because it seems like a case of Red Baron making more money by installing an inferior product in the first place.

I'm giving them three stars because the majority of the work appears to be good. There were some issues with the professionalism of the crew that I called to talk to the supervisor, Ismael, about but never heard back from him. This is the first issue with the work itself, which appeared 18 months or so after the work was completed.

My 2nd time using Red Baron and I’m very pleased with the service they’ve always providing. The staff in the office and the handymen are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of what my projects are in need of. My ceiling fan was getting ready to fall the bolts were very loose I was afraid someone might get hurt I took a photo and they sent a service guy out right away thank goodness it was 1 screw hanging on he removed and replaced it with a light fixture.

Initially they were great. They did out drywall and painting last year and it was fantastic. We used them again to switch out a washtub for our washer. They changed the water shut off from nobs to levers 1 hot 1 cold, and hooked up the new smaller washtub. It took them 4.5 hours because one guy was being trained. In all it cost my mother 900$ for a job that should have taken half the time. I feel as though my mother was taken advantage of big time. Please pay for your own training and not have your customers who were recommending you very highly to others pay for it. This job and the minimal amount of work done should have only been around 300-400. We will not be using this company again and for the response “my simple phone call could make the difference” my grandpa called and visited your office twice with no resolution. And yes we were told there was someone to be trained. We were not told that they knew nothing and it would take extra time we had to pay for. So please try again. I left a message on your voicemail to call me back with my simple call and I will change my review.
