Red Baron owners came out to assess all of our requests and gave us explanations for everything they would do to repair, replace or enhance our home. They readily asked for our input to assure mutual agreement on materials and end product. Their insights made us feel as if a family member was looking out for us. Service calls from their offices were friendly and not rushed.

I give Red Barron try for the following services new carpet for breezeway and basement, chimney tuck pointing and caps/screens, interior painting ( 80% of inside needed painted walls & ceiling), dry wall repair basement, flooring for bathroom, kitchen cabinet repairs. Hands down one better company i worked with from the quality of work to pricing. Painters even fixed are kitchen walls from a bad contractor. I recently experienced a leak from my roof. I called Red Baron and spoke with Melissa and she was able to immediately schedule me for an inspection. John came out and noted the problem and explained the work contract process. I received followup calls from Melissa that initially moved back my scheduled appointment date but she promptly called back and confirmed that a work crew would be at my house even earlier then scheduled due to a cancelled job. When I returned home that evening, the repair work was completed and despite heavy rains the next evening, there were no wet spots or leaks in my attic. Both Melissa and John were very courteous and professional and I definitely will recommend their services.

We hired Red Baron Enterprises to fix a section of gutter on our home that had dislodged from the house and led to water rushing down our window any time it rained. They were able to identify the issue and quickly fix it so we no longer have problems with rain water. They also inspected and cleaned the rest of the gutters on our home and garage. They were on time, thorough, and professional. We will definitely use them again!

We contracted Red Baron to fix our sliding door that was falling due to the house shifting making it impossible to close. The techs that came were on time, very professional and fixed what we needed in minimal time. The door closes completely and so easily now. We also had them come for a second job to fix an outdoor plumbing issue which also took minimal time so very happy with the level of knowledge and professionalism of the plumber. Overall very happy and we will be using them in the future.

We replaced a driveway and walkway in our backyard through this contractor. Given that the weather was quickly changing from fall into winter, other firms were reluctant to even quote the project - however, Red Baron was ready and willing to do the job. We had some unseasonably warm weather, and ran into some "doughy" soil that modified our schedule a bit, but the end result was a great job. We also had some gutter guard from Costco installed by their workers that seem to be able to handle just about any project that you need done around the house.

Hired Red Baron Enterprise to do a complete kitchen remodel & open floor plan of adjacent living & dining rooms. The Red Baron team was professional, informative, knowledgeable, highly skilled & friendly. Red Baron managed our whole remodel project from beginning to end with precise workmanship within their estimated time of 8 weeks. I am extremely happy with their work & professionalism. We had Red Baron paint a couple rooms in our house. We are pleased with the service we received! They called a couple days ahead of schedule to see if we were available, we accepted, they arrived on time. They cleaned up before they left and were very efficient. I would definitely recommend Red Baron for any job! Look forward to using them again!

I just had Red Baron out a couple of weeks ago for some minor electrical and duct repairs on a home we're selling, and the service was great. The gentleman that came out was professional, courteous, and did a great job in less time than we'd expected. The report that came with our invoice included photos and a summary of all the work, which was nice as well. There was a bit of confusion with the office that required a return visit and a bit of back-and-forth, but overall I'd definitely recommend this company for small residential jobs.

I recently moved into a new house and needed some renovations completed. After getting 3 quotes for the work (venting an attic bedroom), Red Baron was not the cheapest, they were the ones I chose. They explained to me in easy to understand terms what needed to be done. They took the time to look behind the drywall (the others did not) so an accurate quote could be made.

The person who did the work was very professional and clean. All evidence of a worker being in the house was gone when they completed. Precautions were taken to ensure that the floors would not be damaged.

The work was done before the scheduled completion date and under budget.

My family has worked with Red Baron for a few minor and major projects over the last year since buying our first home in the area. I would strongly recommend them for all-encompassing handyman services, as well as remodeling. We have had great communication with everyone that I have spoken to on their team, throughout any step of the process, each time we have done business!

The estimators helped us choose a custom and distinctive product for new siding, as well as whole house of gutters. Also, they helped resolve two separate plumbing related issues in our home quickly; it does give peace of mind knowing that their is a reliable, locally owned company that can help their neighbors with such a quick turnaround time for those type of issues.

Prices were fair and reasonable, right in the same lane as many of the other companies we had estimate before choosing to go with Red Baron for our major siding/gutters project.

I bought my first house this year and quickly learned that it is hard to find someone reliable to fix small things. But Red Baron is perfect for jobs big and small! The contractors not only handled the task I hired them for but I also went over a few things on the fly that I didn't know if they handled and they fixed those issues in the same appointment - even an issue with my roof. I was really impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism of the two men. I also love the hourly billing, made it all very straight forward. Will definitely use Red Baron again.

WOW! I am very happy I hired Red Baron Enterprises. My home needed some rotting exterior trim replaced, the front porch repaired, and new exterior paint and they did an excellent job. From the first visit by Brian (job manager), to the work by Tony their "master painter" and then Brian's final inspection, they were honest, efficient, easy to work, and friendly - and this includes their wonderful office staff.

In the middle of the exterior work, the house suffered major water damage due to a failed condense pump. Without hesitation, they switched gears, moved to this interior job, repaired drywall and repainted the room. Again, an excellent job.

Finally, as with all home project, there were a few delays. However, someone always called, explained, & apologized. I was always treated professionally & respectfully & I was never left uninformed.

I would hire Red Baron again, without hesitation!

Needed my bedroom blinds fixed, and had a free assessment today. Neville showed up promptly, and with an incredibly pleasant and upbeat attitude. He figured out the issue and completed the repair within 5 minutes, free of charge. If I need any home repairs in the future, I will most definitely be using Red Baron. You’re the man, Neville!!

I hired Red Baron to help me remodel my upstairs bathroom. They were very responsive to my request for info and provided a free estimate so I knew what to expect. Their estimate was fair and aligned with the amount of time if took their team to complete the job. They sent skilled technicians for each step of the project and everyone we interacted with were professional and took extra care while in my home. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely use Red Baron again in the future.

Update: I also hired Red Baron to solve a standing water issue in my backyard. The team regraded my yard and created a dry river bed to naturally drain the water from the back of my property to the street. It rained heavily this weekend and can already tell the work they did has made a huge difference. I no longer have standing water in my back yard. They also helped level out a mound in my front yard that was due to a sewer line repair and removed an old lamppost. I'm very happy with their quality of work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Red Baron for projects like these.

If you only knew the nightmare. However Red Baron to the rescue. Completely satisfied with their work. My porch was completely deteriorating but no longer. Thank you Red Baron...til next time

Sloppy job for $2,000!!! Missed parts on front of house and tried wiping up spilled paint on screens I had replaced two years ago. Also billed me the full price initially and I had to remind them I put 1/2 down. When they say they need three days to paint including prep- and the job was finished in only one day, that makes me question the quality. Disappointed my neighbor had to point out the unsightly smudge for me to notice or I would not have paid them until they came back to clean it. I’m having my friend’s brother finish the job for less money and better work ethic. Warning all my friends in Grosse Pointe to steer clear.

Used this company for many repairs around the house including major painting, plumbing, electrical. Very pleased and have used This company for at least eight years.

These people do not follow instructions. They demand money before service is rendered and Johnathan is extremely arrogant. Whatever question you ask he will blame you for it because it's never his fault.
His "copious notes" are not legible, and he says things that are not true andtries to convince youhe's telling the truth. . Be very careful.

I asked Red Baron to install porch railing and it turned out just what I wanted. It makes my house look so nice.
Steven was the head installer and they did a great job. Had some problems to start but Steven and his fellow worker resolved them and had my job done the same day. very professional

We had a kitchen remodel go wrong from a big box store. We called Red Baron to come and give us a quote. They arrived over an hour after the appointment time and began to complain of the poor job the previous contractor did, which we had already explained. They then proceeded to question our choices for the overall design, basically tell us "you were stupid for doing X,Y,Z".

They proceeded to tell us that the job would take 2 workers 2 weeks to complete a kitchen that was 75% complete, primarily because they wanted to take down and rehang pieces of the kitchen that were actually done right. They told us they would provide an exact estimate and timeline in the next couple of days; this never materialized, despite our numerous calls. We believe the guy that came out was named John or Jonathan.

Thankfully, we had a friendly contractor a couple of states over that was willing to make the drive over. Within 4 days, the kitchen was finished and was even better than we could have expected.

The photo provided is the kitchen completed by our contractor, in half of the time, and we estimate, at a quarter of the price Red Baron was going to quote us, if they actually ever followed through.

Their MO appears to be, come in, make it seem the project requires way more work than it actually does, bully the potential customer, and charge the most they can. I would call other contractors before even considering Red Baron.

Response to owner: Nothing structural was done, everything prior was done by licensed contractors from Big Box Store, and electricity was done by a licensed contractor, which we communicated to you. Regardless, you failed to follow up with an estimate as promised despite my numerous follow attempts to contact. If you did not want to do the job, why not just tell us then instead of making us wait on your estimate?
