Jermey modified my old kitchen cabinets to fit my new dishwasher and he also installed it for me. He was super knowledgeable and transparent which I extremely appreciated. I was able to keep communication lines open with him because it took me a while to actually buy the dishwasher and he was very kind throughout the process. Any questions or concerns I had, he was quick to help me and give me a good understanding. VERY PROMPT! Communication was really good. His scheduling was very reasonable and timely. I can tell by talking with him before and after the job that he truly cares about his clients and his quality of work. He made sure before he left that I was satisfied with the work he'd done. He stayed and answered any questions that I had. I definitely recommend his services!

I have never left a review before but really wanted to leave one for Jeremy because he did such a great job. He plastered a large size area on my kitchen wall and it turned out amazing. He also painted my kitchen cupboards and put all new hardware on them. I could not be happier, they look beautiful. He did a couple more projects that I needed done too. I was very pleased with everything and also think his prices are very fair.
I would definitely refer Jeremy to my family and friends. I already have more work I plan to get quotes on.

Poor drywall repair and painting. Ceiling patch didn’t even last 6 months, multiple nail pops that were never fixed, roll marks clearly visible on all walls, and did not paint all the way up to the outlets. Go elsewhere for your painting needs.

Red Baron replaced our roof and repaired leaks, as well as painted our garage, kitchen, foyer, front door, and put epoxy on the garage floor. The roof is amazing and the team did a great job. The work is high quality, we had a few bumps along the way, but were resolved to our satisfaction.

This review is actually for the work performed at my mom's (Beverly) house on March 11, 2021. Her 60+ year old basement sink needed replacement along with the trap. John O. and Jessica arrived on time. They were polite and professional. The work was completed to my mom's satisfaction. My mom heard about Red Baron Enterprises from a friend . She used RBE last year for another plumbing issue and was very satisfied with the work. John O. and Jessica were the technicians that did the previous work also. Red Baron Enterprises is mom's first choice for plumbing issues. Red Baron Enterprises is highly recommended by our family. Requesting the $25 account credit.

Had a great experience with Red Baron. Worked with John for an estimate, very knowledgeable. If feel like they gave an honest estimate. We were scheduled and work started on the day promised. We had a long list of items completed. Very happy with the work and looking forward to using them again soon!

I've used Red Baron enterprises a few times over the last few years for jobs both big and small. Most recently they did some work on our sun porch including replacing paneling and insulation. It seems they will always do the job when no one else is able or willing such as installing my son's new dishwasher. I would highly recommend this company. I have always been satisfied.

I hired Red Baron to clean and sanitize my basement after the recent flooding for two reasons: I have used them in the past and been very happy with their service, and they responded very quickly when I called, unlike several other flood-restoration companies, which all told me it would be many days before they could even schedule an appointment to come look at my basement.

Red Baron came out the next day and gave me a quote, and then the crew was there the following day. Five guys spent about 5-6 hours hauling wet, dirty, dripping boxes and furniture out of the basement, cleaned and sanitized the floor (twice!), and left big industrial fans ping in the basement for about two+ days to make sure everything dried completely.

I am very happy with the job they did. My basement is clean, dry, and empty, with no weird smells or mold anywhere. The crew was friendly, polite, and very professional, and they even gave me solid advice about how to avoid and/or mitigate future damage to the house from flooding.

I contacted Red Baron Enterprises to have a few maintenance jobs done and my porch steps redone. They came out and pointed out a few things I overlooked, like the cement between the bricks around the porch were deteriorating. They came out repaired my porch and it looks great! I am very pleased. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and I will be using them for repairs as they come up.

We had a very positive experience using Red Baron Enterprises to have our roof redone. They came out and gave us a very competive estimate, and came out about 2-3 weeks later on time. They completed the job within 7-8 hours with two workers. Looks great!

I have used Red Baron for three projects now: installing light fixtures in my kitchen, painting a 1390 square foot condo, and replacing the smoke alarms and lights in the 1390 square foot condo with 9 foot ceilings. All of the workers/technicians were well prepared for the job, helpful, gave me a lot of information about the process as we went through it, and got the job done the first time.
They work steadily and were fair on the timing. The amount invoiced is always as agreed and on the hourly rate, they are fair about the start and stop times.
The office managers are responsive and helpful as well.
I am not a "handy" person and having Red Baron's guys as a resource is a real help to me as a homeowner. The pricing is higher than maybe a lot of the one or two guy shops around or the retired guy down the street, but having a full organization to do the scheduling and having workers come fully equipped is a real plus. I need to take time from my own job to have them come over so I want it done right the first time and with a minimum of fuss.

Red Baron is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. They are professional, clean and very courteous. The end was everything and more than we were hoping for. Red Baron installed a really hard to get to ceiling fan. It took three attempts due to various snags but each time they came everybody was very kind and courteous. Everything was explained very thoroughly and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable. They finished the job ahead of schedule and even cleaned up the area and repainted the ceiling where they had to work on the wiring (including cleaning out a huge nest!) This was our first experience with Red Baron, but we will most certainly be using them for anything we need in the future.

We hired Red Baron to install cabinets in our upstairs laundry room. There were a few issues with the cabinets we ordered (not through Red Baron), but Red Baron handled the issues efficiently and professionally. The guys who did the install were respectful, worked very hard, and finished the project quickly. 100% we will be using Red Baron for future projects!

We had a poorly attached and installed car port that was pulling away from the brick house. I thought I might have to tear it down, but after talking to Chris I felt confident that his crew could reattach and salvage the car port. His team hand to uninstall/reinstall soffit/siding, jack up the roof, and attach it into the studs through the brick as well as a few other items. It seemed to be a pretty challenging job that other contractors didn't want to deal with. The Red Baron team was able to complete the work in a few days and it looks even better than when they started. They did a good job of communicating what was going on, as I had to make decisions as the project unfolded. Their team was professional and responsive. I would recommend giving them a call for any type of project.

This company was great to work with! The office staff was always friendly and helpful, making communication excellent! The contractors did tuck-pointing and rebuilt my chimney. It looks great. They were highly professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Red Baron and will use them in the future without hesitation.

Any time I call Red Baron Enterprises for a quote for simple replacement of Faucets, Laundry Sink replacement for an upkeep, RBE quote is 2 people $195/hr and $190 thereafter ...there is never a fixed quote. I will take more than a day to change oil/filter compare to an experience team knows it only take half hour and price accordingly. This is not the company I would ever contact for any work. Angie / Handy do a much better job in quoting the work and much more economical. Time have changed and there are many more players with a very competitive pricing.

I can’t recommend Red Baron enough for any job big or small in the GP area. I have an almost 100 year old home that my wife and I moved into last summer that has required an enormous amount of work simply to bring it back to modern standard and repair issues ignored by previous homeowners for the past 10+ years. We have had a very hit-or-miss experience with local trades and contractors and were getting frustrated with trying to get our projects done... then we found Red Baron. They have done small jobs and big jobs, and every job was done in a timely fashion by staff that was both very courteous and friendly.

I would like to thank them for treating my home like their own home, taking care to do their jobs with pride and attention to detail. I had what I thought to be a leaky window, but Red Baron was able to properly diagnose the problem and attribute it to a leak in my roof. They made the appropriate roof repairs in a timely manner and even improved the look of the exterior of my home by painting over the gaps that they sealed along the trim with some paint I already had. They took the time to answer my questions and allow me to make decisions before they proceeded with repairs. I hired Red Baron because they are a local company, can handle many different types of projects, and I could quickly schedule my repairs (within a few days). I hired them for follow-on work (tuck pointing) on my home and was pleased with that work, too.
