I freaking love this place period. Unbelievable customer service

I love this store the people who work there r very nice and patient I could spend hours in this store and I have. Everything I have purchase there has been very good thank you for the store just wish it was closer to me

Craig Smith, nice design of landscaping around my waterfall and river. The crew was good and workmanship was good as well. Follow up was terrible. Several plants died within the year and after several calls, I was told Jim would be out in the spring to take a look and replace those that died. Never saw anyone and after another call, I've still heard nothing.

They finally got their batch of pine bark soil conditioner mulch. My mom swears by this stuff. It's expensive but it smells good all season, and helps improve the dirt.

Succulent plant selection was dismal and a mess. Woman working wouldn't put the phone down long enough to assist me. There are no prices on any of the plants I looked at.

Very polite staff. Willingness to help me find the right decorative stones I needed. Also willing to go the extra mile since I am a petite woman and cannot lift much weight!☺

Soulliere's was making a firewood delivery to a neighbor. I noticed the perfect size you just throw right in the fireplace. The best quality firewood I've seen. I'm very picky about what I burn in my fireplace. Interested in ordering my own, I called and spoke with Kassidy. She was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt she really went out of her way, even getting next day delivery (which was a Saturday, the most convenient for our family). She also found the perfect log rack. This enite process was ALL via phone, and it was great. The next day, Keith came out to deliver. He set up the rack, stacked the firewood perfect, and did a great job from start to finish. The firewood great, as expected. Keith was very nice and professional (discreet about my purchase, as I have a few nosey neighbors). I've shopped, ordered, etc here before. I've always had a great service, but this last one tops them all, so I just had to write this long review. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you again Kassidy and Keith.

Do not, I repeat do not get your top soil from Soulliere. Super nice people and I have spent probably $1500. In trees , bushes, flowers, mulch etc...but my recent $250 and 12 hours of spreading the "topsoil" they delivered turned into ROCKS. "Sorry but it is not our fault, it's where we get it the topsoil from it's their fault" is what I was told....but was offered $20 in flowers.
Guess I gotta go elsewhere, so bummed.

My paver project done by Soullieres looks amazing. The estimator was very good with his estimate. Detailed drawing along with a list of materials involved. The installation crew were hard working and professional. The personal at the store were always courteous whether on the phone or in person. Five Stars all around!

Had beautiful items to purchase and prices were fair. Help is beyond what I expected . Knowledgeable about each tree bushes annuals and perennials. Couldn't ask for more with 1 year warranty.

Fantastic markdowns on Christmas decorations, live trees and swags. It's festive inside and the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They also host high school fundraisers; we look forward to it every year.

35 year customer having spent well over $20,000 means nothing, they are dishonest, abysmal in customer service, know nothing employees. years ago they were good and recommended by me several times, now they are less than 1 star. go anywhere else!!!

I seriously always love this garden center until today! I live in the neighborhood and spent a lot of money here over the years. Today I bought a hanging basket of flowers, cashier rang it up and said to me “21.19” put my debit card in machine and changed the price to 26.48 I said “you just told me it’s 21.19” she said “it’s a new batch of flowers “ she then took the tag off my basket of flowers. I’m not going to shop there ever again! You can’t cheat people and expect them to come back!

I had to return some small retaining wall blocks (within a week of purchase) and found out they keep 25% “restocking fee” ( which is NOT listed in the receipt) and I helped put the blocks back on the pallet. Well Soulliere you screwed out of $10 on a $40 purchase. I hope it was worth it, because I will NEVER spend another dollar in your business and on top of that I will make it my mission to make sure everyone I know (personally and internet) is aware on how you rip off customers.

Nice place and a huge selection of everything you can think of. We bought 3 arborvitaes yesterday so will see how they do. The come with a 1 year warranty. Nice and helpful staff.

You find some beautiful things. But prices are steep! They are friendly but missed out on a flower sale because they had massive watering system going at 2 in the afternoon.
Hello- you need to water plants in morning before people shop, if its hot lightly around dinner time. Waterfall cascading down on customers isn't good.

Tim came out and measured in the fall, promised he would get me some designs in the spring, I've called a few times and left voice mail regarding my continued interest. Hope he's not ill... a return phone call of some sort would be courteous. Maybe my job wasn't big enough but he said he could do something really nice. It's been almost a year so I think I'll try other companies.

Great service and friendly staff. They had everything I needed and spotted a few cool things that I might pick up at at later date. Family owned businesses are the way to go. You get that personal touch that big box stores don't give you.

The employees were very helpful when I needed to purchase 4 dining chairs for my deck. It took a couple of trips for me to get them home and they were very accommodating. They are nice to work with.
