It wasn't busy. Easy parking. They had a great selection of plants already and so many pretty outdoor decorations. It's a little bit hard to move a cart around in the decor areas so go there before you get your plants. Also, the staff is friendly.

Solid customer service with a nice in-store selection. Yesterday I had some mulch delivered to my house for my kids' new play set. The delivery driver called when he was on his way as I requested. He was able to back his truck up a lot closer to the dump site than I thought he would be able to. You should give them a shot.

Great people, but the company doesn't stand behind the products they sell

I purchased 14 rolls of sod at $6 each. When I got them home, I found that four of them were paper thin, and practically shredding as tried to unroll them. Watered thoroughly and consistently, but they were dead in 3 days.

I called Soulliere, and the pleasant person on the phone said that there was no guarantee or warranty. I would have been satisfied with replacement rolls.

Other nurseries and big-box stores have gladly offered replacements on previous jobs that I've worked on. If you do choose to buy sod from Soullierre, inspect every roll because your purchase is final.

Being immediately placed on hold and waiting for over 5 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE. The lack of customer service just cost your company an account, and a $22,000 purchase. DO BETTER for your local customers.

Soulliere filled in our sinking side yard that had exposed roots and deep holes where sprinkler heads were sitting. Afterward they raised the sprinkler heads and sodded it. They did an awesome job. The crew had a work ethic I haven't seen in a very long time, ensuring the new and visibly clean dirt was well packed down over and over. I was also worried about the grading after the fill dirt was padded down, but after several hard rains, it appears they got it right. Thanks to Mark and his team for their conscientious work!

What a difference other than the big box stores for gardening! Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. The amount of flag stone I needed was much smaller than most jobs would require. Consequently, I was called while it was being loaded to make sure the order was correct. That was when they actually asked me specifically the sizes that I wanted. The delivery gentleman called when he left for my house and was adept and accommodating. Kudos Soulliere for a top quality business!

Great store that sells quality merchandise. We bought a set of outside furniture for our deck and are very satisfied. The sales people were very nice and helped guide us through the purchase process. Also, it's worth noting that we compared prices with on-line retailers and found the overall cost was about the same, including shipping. I would recommend Soulliere.

They have a wonderful selection of annuals and perennials . They really have anything you need for your yard and garden without being overwhelming . Super helpful staff as well .

Very Nice Staff, even when I showed up all sweaty and dirty from working on my landscape they treated me like a valuable customer. Would recommend anytime!!

Ordered topsoil at 2:00 due to them telling me they could get it here within the hour. Revived a call from them at 2:28 that they were loading up and on their way. I called at 3:30 and was told the driver probably was in traffic and the lady was short and rude stating it was on the way (I live 2 miles away). At 4:30 I called again to ask where my topsoil was they had no answers why it wasn’t here. Wasted my time. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

On top of it all I even made sure to inform them that I have a new address and gave them my new address just to find out they ended up dumping it at my old address.

Had a $20 coupon on a $300 order for a nonprofit. Requested a discount in exchange for advertising. The manager wasn't happy that I asked. Said she would give a $25 discount. She hid the $20 off coupon. We ended up with an additional $5 off a $300 order. Wasn't worth the conversation. Won't be back because of the negative experience. She could have simply said we don't give discounts and not tried to trick us. The plants are lovely though.

Love this shop! Such a great variety of plants & flowers... I found unique things to add to my garden.

I paid for $48.75 of rocks with a $100 bill. The lady that rang me up said that she didn't have the change in the register, so she had to go to another register. She came back with a $50 bill from somewhere else and gave me $1.25 out of the original register. I asked if it would be possible to get some smaller bills so that I could leave a tip for the guys that were going to load up the rocks. She then broke the $50 bill down in the original register that she said didn't have change and tossed it onto the counter towards me. I drove over to the lot with the gravel, and the guy started dumping the rocks into my truck before the bucket was over the bed. The rocks very clearly poured down prematurely and bounced off of the tailgate leaving numerous scratches and scuffs. I gave him a $5 tip for his eagerness. I don't know what type of operation they think they are running over there, but I think it's almost too much fun. I'm leaving five stars instead of four, because the lady with the glasses that talked to me about the different rock varieties was very pleasant and we hit it off.

I had Soulliere install a retaining wall for my flower bed along with plants and flowers and they did an incredible job!!! I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

A great place for decor. They do great work for landscaping and stone works. Love this place :).

Ive never had anything but the best customer service and experience here. Whether you are getting firewood, patio stones or a Christmas tree two days before Christmas, they are amazing and accommodating.

I used Soulliere to deliver and install garden soil into large raised garden beds. I live in a rental complex and couldn't just have the soil dumped somewhere because it's shared space; it needed to be hauled from the truck into the beds and any spilling needed to be cleaned up after. This was the only company I called in the Detroit area that was willing to do the labor part and not just dump the soil on the curb. It was too expensive, in my opinion, but they did a great job and cleaned up very nicely. You wouldn't have even known they were there.
