These guys are DANGEROUS. Electricity can
Start fires. They did a service upgrade without a permit and did it wrong putting my family in danger and now they won’t answer or respond to me.

Requested a quote to change a 100 to 200 going into my house and run a dedicated plug to bungalow for ac unit. The never sent a quote to my email. Asked multiple times.

Very unprofessional! I called multiple times to get a tech out and first I was told they would call me later that evening. They did not! Then called again and was told they would get back to me with a time. They did not! Call one last time and got the same story. Three calls and no tech. Maybe I'm the one who was wrong...to bother in the first place! Too bad you can't give less than "1" star.

Robert showed up promptly, was courteous, listened while I explained what my problem was. He double checked a few things and then made his suggestions for repairs. Once we agreed he and Chris proceeded and replaced my panel and got my electricity back up in no time. I highly recommend National Electrical to anyone needing repairs. I know I'll be calling them again in the future. Thanks again gentlemen, ur good at what you do.

Excellent service! They were at my house in in 30 minutes. Gave me an estimate and started work 15 minutes later. Ethan and Robert were professional and kind. Would recommend.

This company will lie to you and tell you that you need work when there is nothing wrong with your electric and are extremely over priced an try to charge you for what you already know with out doing any work. I called a different company that came to find that nothing was wrong with the electric but the appliance it self an fixed it at a fraction of the price.

They told my husband and I they would come out to give us a quote on some work. No one showed up. Not even a phone call to say "Sorry we're behind.." or anything. All day was spent waiting for them to arrive. Pretty disappointed.

Edit: Since the owner wishes to call out my review as 'fake' that tells me all I need to know about this business. We expected 2 separate companies to come and give us quotes on Thursday, 8/13/2020 on a job at our home. Neither showed.

Please don’t hire this company. They will take your money and say your issue is going to cost you thousands to fix and most likely don’t.

These guys did an amazing job. So thankful

We called on Thursday night and they were here in the morning. All 3 guys were knowledgeable, polite and fast. My panel was 30 yrs old and these guys had it replaced and plugs changed. The work from start to finish was about 3 hr.

Was completely lied to! Was told someone would be here "between 10-11a" on Saturday. No one even called or texted to let us know they were still coming but it would be more than 2 hours later than they said. My husband tried to get an estimated cost for the weekend service visit and was told they'd talk about it in the morning (which never happened) but it shouldn't be more than "a couple hundred dollars." The bill was $1050.00 and the problem wasn't even resolved!! I will NEVER call this company again FOR ANYTHING!!!
