A tree fell on my power lines and the response time from them to come and make it safe was basically instantaneous. They were professional from start to finish. Much respect.

The lady on the phone was really nice. They came within a hour. They did a really great job finding out what the problem and it wasn't as much as we thought it would be.

We have had a great relationship working with them, Joe and Mitch have always been there when we need them. Professional, responsive and great attitude.

They came out 4-5 weeks ago, saw what needs to be done, send the estimate and agreed to do the job. We were in communication to make sure that things are going well including paperwork and signatures. Today they showed up on time, to actually leave half an hour later and call me back to say they are short handed and they can't do the job at all.

I made it clear to them that I have a deadline and if they take the job that means they'll do it.

Now I have to figure out how to be on time for my customers... I guess we'll take the hit and work around the clock, as Fairfax Electric should have done.

Lynda, the office manager was so nice when I called. Even though my job was too small scale for their schedule (they mostly stick to commercial/industrial), she refered me to another local company. It felt good that she was legitimately giving me good advice instead of just rushing off the phone. Highly recommend this company!

I've witnessed Fairfax Electric grow into an exceptional business. Each and every employee I've met has had a great professional attitude and sounds like they enjoy what they do. The team is also very knowledgeable as a whole and you will know you're in the right hands when it's them on the job.

I can't say enough about Mike, a young electrician who did an amazing job. He was so polite and very thorough in explaining what the problem was. He's definitely an asset to the company. He deserves a raise!!

These days it can be hard to find an electrician to answer the phone, but my experience with Fairfax Electric has been great! Very responsive via email and phone, always kept their appointments, showed up on time, and had the best prices in their quotes from all the electricians I've contacted. Highly recommend for commercial work!

Fast. Friendly. Clean. Be sure to agree on a price though. They charged me 4 man hours at $125/hour to make a 40 minute drive (each way) i thought that was unreasonable, but they did do a great job.

Mike was here this morning 6-30-25. He was very polite and knowledgeable, while he was here trouble shooting and diagnosing the problem. He had to run a new line for me and when he was done, he completely cleaned up after himself and left no trace of being here. If I'm in need of an electrician I'll be giving them a call again.

Was promised they would be there from 12 to 3...moved my whole day around and no one ever showed up or called. When I called the company they said they could reschedule...awful customer service

This company is not worth your time & money, goated us into buying premium membership, not worth it, told they would be here between 12 & 3, never showed or called, I called them, gave me ba about not having anybody to come out, wasted 3 hours of our time, when could've called another electrician, wanted to reschedule, had nothing of that, wasted our time, be cautious they might waste your time

Tech arrived on time , was courteous and knowledgeable. Nice experience with this company!
