This company told me that they could be at my house between 9am and noon. I had to call them for them to let me know that the appointment needed to be re-scheduled. Terrible customer service, very unorganized and would not recommend.

I could have easily misunderstood but I called to get an estimate on installing two bathroom exhaust fans. I was told there is a one time charge of $99.99 that was non refundable. My apologies if I misunderstood but not looking to spend $99.99 on a company I may not go with.

From the information I was able to pass onto the tech arrived with a plan, and within an hour's time was able to completely solve my electrical problem. I would recommend him because you can tell from his positive attitude that he really cares about his business and his customers. Thank you for your help.

Kind of Rip off! $ 129 service charge and $199 charge for troubleshooting to find the problem. Only good if you know which outlets you want to get replaced.

They hire third party contractors so you end up paying more ! The customer rep lied that they employ and send out their own employed technicians.

Service was great and did work as promised. Had bad experience with other contractor. Work was done on time as promised and they went above and beyond scope of work. I would use them again for all future work. I usually do not recommend contractors but would highly recommend Ray's Electrical Services.

Do not get the premium membership! It doesn't measure up to the hype. I had a technician that was scheduled for 8 am. Ryan the technician called yesterday and stated he would be at my house between 8 and 12... never was told that it would be a window since I was scheduling an electrical inspection. Then I tried to contact Ryan and he continued decline my calls. The receptionist John was very rude when I called to get in contact with Ryan. There's more but needless to say... VERY unprofessional!!!

I contacted Ray's Electrical Services because of their reviews and they did not disappoint. They responded quickly to my request, worked around my schedule, arrived as promised, explained options I had for the work being done and then completed the work in a professional manner. I would certainly call them in future again and recommend them to anyone!

John identified and successfully fixed a handful of electrical issues that we were having. We requested an electrical safety review of the house and he provided us with good recommendations of improvements that could made and identified which improvements could wait. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I would absolutely call Ray's Electrical Services if I had additional electrical work to be done. I highly recommend them to others.

The service that we received from Ray's Electrical Services was great!! The experience was wonderful and all of the young men were so polite, happy and professional. The lighting adds so much extra security and compliments our home so well at night.

I contacted Ray's Electrical Services to come out and do a free estimate for some electrical work at my house. Tech was able to come out to our property on short notice and he was able to give us lots of valuable advice. We were very happy with the service.

BEWARE! It took this company 4 trips to bring my house up to code. The guys left halfway thru the job ignoring 6 violations. Failed inspection after failed inspection. When calling, the lady will tell you she will talk to the owner and call back. I waited. No call. I went 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A GROUND on my house! Look elsewhere. Not only the worst electrician, the worst contractor i ever dealt with. Not deserving of this 1 star.

One of the most reputable companies I have ever dealt with, they did exactly what they said they would do at exactly the cost they said they would (best price out there) could not have asked for a more professional and complete job, would not hesitate to recommend them, top notch company all around!! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Responded to email inquiry very quickly with phone call and estimate. Electrician was professional, courteous and did fantastic work. Estimate was spot on and they didn’t try to tack on extras. 10/10 would recommend!

Made appointment, not on time, no call. When called him he,s running behind and office should have called me to let me know. Ask me do I want to make another appointment. Customer service means everything. That's one job you lost. Probably not the first, and won't be the last.

What a life saver! EZ Electric saved the day & helped me reconnect my Generac Generator. Gary came out and helped take care of the situation and we had our power restored. I had a generator put in it took them more them 3 months to get it in our first snow fall the lights went out and. NO lights came on at 3 30 pm I called e z electric NO answer left my name no answer right to this day no one haves called me back know I am thinking they said I get free oil changes and I paid for for a yearly check up on my generator how can I get in touch with then I have not got no idea its know Saturday 1-13-2024. IT KNOW 11 52 AM NO call from them I am so unhappy I don't know what to do I spent a lot of money on this thing for the. Nit to get back to me my name is upset

Once our appointment was finalized, the crew showed up on time both days and was extremely courteous and was very cautious of making sure they left the area they were working in as clean as when they started. Gary and the secretary were easily assesible to answer all questions we had. Thank you for your professionalism.
