First of all, Nate showed up when he said he would. He is very knowledgable on the scope of work, code , and the equipment. The price was lower than expected. I would absolutely recommend this locally owned company, and they support the local community. Thank you Next-Gen Electric / Nate.

I cannot say enough good things about Nathan and his team. Nathan came out to give me an idea on what the best option would be for a generator. He was very thorough and actually listened to what I needed and didn’t just push the most expensive option. We ended up getting the panel upgraded put in a transfer switch and everything ready for a portable generator. Paul and Zach were truly fantastic. Very friendly, professional, genuinely nice and they were so sweet with our big derpy dog Barnaby who wanted nothing more than to be their apprentice. They were did an amazing job getting everything set up took great care of the brickwork and walked me through everything they did and why and what it was for without being condescending. Highly recommend! Thanks Next-Gen feeling much better about the winter this year

We called Nathan this morning regarding an issue with our smoke detectors. He arranged for same-day service! Paul arrived on time and was very thorough in changing out the detectors. Thank you!

Very Expensive, $800 to run an additional outlet. 1technician and a helper for an hour and a half worth of work. Great job though.

Matt was amazing and did a complete check, replaced the old circuit board and installed a safe dryer plug. He came out at 9pm on a Sunday night and made the house safe after experiencing sparks and melted outlets.

Had light fixture installed after the previous one was not working correctly. Next Gen came out and installed. A few weeks later started having issues. Nathan the owner came back out no questions asked. Checked over everything and replaced the dimmer to a regular outlet switch. This fixed the issue and didn’t charge anything to come back out. This company truly stands behind their work and labor. Highly recommend this company. Very honest and professional.

I called Nate with an emergency issue after barely avoiding an electrical fore in my 101 year old home. Two days late Paul came and replaced my panel and addressed other issues. This team is kind, proactive, professional and thorough. They are worth every penny and I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Incredible work done by the team at Next Generation. Not only were they quick, clean, and professional, they were kind and respectful to my family and dogs.

They showed me what was wrong and needed work. They took time to explain and answered all my questions. Wyandotte can be a finicky place and they made sure everything was up to code and any permits needed for the job.

Their prices are extremely reasonable and I’m thankful we have a trustworthy group we can reach out to.

Called to ask if they could replace a fan. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and told me that they didn’t do that...got the number from a family member that had great service from one of their electricians. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
