After your crew said they were done I inspected the the job and found it unsatisfactory. They left insulation hanging down off of heat and return ducts. I also found a large sheet of plastic which I dragged out myself. We discussed the job before they started and thought they understood this was just a general clean up to remove fallen and torn insulation and light clean up. Over all the job was satisfactory.

Wow Dawn Sommer and the guys from A1 Flooring did a wonderful job. From fast and friendly service to workers who were just great worked so hard and met 100% of our expectations . They did all our Flooring carpet and vinyl due to water leak . Thanks to the team at Servpro and Ms. Sommer and A1 Flooring .

Jeremiah and Mike k did an excellent job at tearing out our kitchen floor after water damage.

Hired Servpro to clean up and sanitize after recent historic rain/flood that filled our basement with 2'+ water. Extremely expensive for the clean up that was done. Irreplaceable items were broken with very small price reduction for total loss was offered.

Truly, a pleasure to work with Serverpro. Steven Roegner and Toree John’s were spectacular in service and packing all my belongings. I felt safe with them in my home. On pickup day, Jake H. returned back with Stephen and we’re amazing. So kind and very professional. I highly recommend this company to you and please ask for my (3) people.

On 08/29/22 a windstorm broke three very large tree branches onto our glass sunroom and fence with much destruction. Your Project Manager Dawn Sommer was assigned to work through our claim with/for AAA. Although we are in the early stages of reconstruction I want to express the great satisfaction I have had to date with communication with Dawn. Prior to her first arrival at our home, she had done her due diligence in familiarizing herself with our claim, came with information and planned action suggestions for going forward. She is extremely professional.
We have witnessed her calm composure when dealing with us and other outside contractors called in for estimates (and their occasional not so accepting opinions), withholds all personal comments and is accepting of their comments and suggestions on repairs. Ms. Sommer has given us the satisfaction that AAA has assigned this to the correct company (Servpro) and, definitely, the proper project manager for this reconstruction project. This has brought much relief in having confidence that our claim will be managed in good hands and to our full satisfaction upon completion. Our appreciation for having Ms. Sommer handling this matter.

We had a severe mouse problem at our mom’s house. They came took a look, did an evaluation the next day and within 2 days did a thorough vacuuming and cleaning/ disinfecting her whole downstairs. Very satisfied.

Had a pipe burst over a weekend that many had similar issues. They were out within a few hours, able to mitigate a lot of the damage right there, preventing us from much larger issues. Worked well with our Progressive home insurance.

Our family home recently caught fire and SERVPRO came out and handled going through our home, boxing up everything they could clean, storing things for us, taking pictures of EVERYTHING! The detail they put into everything to make sure nothing is missed and handling everything with insurance. Highly recommend! Looking forward to when they can finish the house and bring our memories back home to us!

I just have to leave a review to commend the wonderful job that Allstate insurance did sending Servpro to our house after a flood. It turned into be one of the worst days that I’ve ever had and they made it better by the end of the day.they reassured me that they were going to be able to put this house back together. Project manager, Justin, Copley and Alex were very compassionate and took the time to sit and listen. I feel very confident moving forward with having Servpro Repair the damages .The rest of the crew, Travis, John, and Rich and Darrell. They all did a wonderful job.
