I recently had a total loss of my kitchen and downstairs bathroom due to a dishwasher leak. I cannot say enough about Brian,the owner, of Father and Son. They were amazing from Brian to his staff of front line workers. Through my sadness Brian’s team had me laughing through my sadness. Father & Son Restoration is amazing. I contacted them in the fall and spoke to the owner, Bryon. I had a unique remediation need after a house fire that occurred years prior. Bryon and his team investigated, got down to the root causes, and provided the most cost effective solutions along the way. The quality of their work and cleanup is unparalleled and consistently exceeded expectations. Everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right and on time. I would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

My refrigerator water line had a leak. It damaged my kitchen floor, basement wall panels, and basement floor. The insurance company sent a company to remove the water and dry it out. The floor had to be tested for asbestos and as a result abatement needed to take place. The insurance company would only allow the portion of the floors that had water damage go through the abatement process. Once I hired a contractor they knew immediately more needed to be done before they could do replacement. They recommended Father and Son Restoration get involved. From the moment the Bryon the owner came to make an assessment until completion the experience was outstanding. Nick was amazing. I can't thank them enough. Nick was able to convince the insurance company to do the right thing. He stayed in touch daily. The entire basement floor was approved to have the abatement. Within days of approval the appointment was set and job complete. The team(and I mean Team) arrived with 3-4 trucks and what I think was about 6-8 professionals. They all got right to work and had it done in one day. They were clean and organized. They made me and my family feel safe and had our best interest in mind the entire process. We mattered to them. The customer service is absolutely above and beyond. I recommend if your looking for an honest, caring, and professional company they are who you should contact hands down!

My finished basement flooded after my sump pump and back-up pump failed during a very heavy rainfall. I called Father and son Restoration after reading their reviews.
Brian the owner responded quickly and explained what needed to be done to prevent mold from growing in my basement. He took many many pictures of the problem areas for myself and my insurance company.
His price quote was very fair.
He brought his crew in quickly to start the remediation.
The crew was EXTREMELY professional.
In a 5 star rating I would give them a 10.
They made sure that they left the house clean during and after completion.
I felt very comfortable during the whole process that they had my best interest in mind. They used the most modern equipment to view problem areas within the walls, industrial dehumidifiers and fans to dry the basement and products to neutralize bacteria that could grow mold.
Brian kept me updated daily on the remediation progess.
They completed on schedule and I am confident that the basement is safe from any mold issues and it is ready to remodel.

Just had two rooms done from a leak that was undetermined at the time. These guys did a fantastic job. They were very meticulous on cleaning and containment. You have a water problem start with these guys. Nice to give business to a local company that busts their butts. They sent six guys for just two walls in two rooms. 5 stars!

We are thankful for our decision to use Father & Son for our restoration needs. They stood by our side throughout the entire process. Their professionalism is second to none. Every person showed true compassion and empathy. We know our situation was minor compared to many, but they never made us feel less than a priority. They were available for all of our questions, and we had many!! They took the time to explain the process in great detail. This was completely new territory for us. We are grateful to be back in our home and having the peace of mind that the vendors recommended by Father and Son have all gone above and beyond on our behalf. My experience with Father and Son Restoration was first class from the first phone call to the end of the job. I had my carpet and two couches cleaned. No detail was missed and they went above and beyond several times. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They will be my "go to", going forward.

Had a water leak and initially went with a water mediation company recommended by State Farm. Big mistake. (Apparently any company can make a deal with State Farm to be one of their “preferred
vendors”). They set up a few fans and dehumidifiers for a few days and then said the floors were 100% dry to industry standards left in their van, which had leaked oil all over my driveway. I purchased the same moisture tester they used in my house (a cheap $50 one made by General) and found there were still high moisture readings all over. Worried about mold and my insurance claim, and no longer trusting the “preferred vendors”, I called Father and Son after researching online and stumbled onto a gem. The owner himself came out to do an initial assessment and found high moisture levels all over as well, but he used high grade equipment to test. The next day, 4 workers showed up in 3 new (non-leaking) vans, contained the area and set up more equipment and kept me informed the entire time. Super professional and clean. I can’t say enough about this company. 10 out of 10.

I had a couple of walls in my basement scrapped of all the loose lead paint that was turning to dust and chipping all over the place. Eli did an amazing job clearing up all the hazardous paint and prepping my walls for a new paint job to encapsulate it. Bryon and his crew are great, friendly and professional with extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone in need of remediation and restoration.

We hired Father and Son for water damage in our home and were beyond pleased with their professional and prompt service. I would give them 7 stars if I could. Had busted pipe from 2nd floor-damaged main floor ceiling. The crew immediately showed, they were professional and efficient. Isolation was set quickly, moisture was dried and professionally disinfected. The finish carpentry skills made for a spectacular refresh on the second floor restroom. Pipe was replaced and isolation valves added. You won’t go wrong with these guys!

Fantastic service from start to finish! I had a house fire and the demo of our 1925 home was a nightmare, But father and son handled it with ease and expertise. Bryon is Definitely extremely knowledgeable and experienced and keep you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I originally reached out to them to have them clean a vintage chair that had a lot of sentimental value to me. They exceeded my expectations.STUNNING!
A few weeks later, I had them Steam clean my tile and grout in three full bathrooms. It turned out beautiful. Lastly, they cleaned an entire house of carpet, including a basement! They work hard, they are honest, they are efficient, and their prices are exceptional. Excellent service and great people!!! Hot water tank took a dive and caused significant damage, called Father & Son (Bryon Rocz) restoration company who responded immediately. They acted quickly with water damage and structural drying in our condo and garage areas. All contractors involved were very professional and caring. Definitely recommend their services. They also, set us up with Drymedic who provide contents removal and repair work.
