Servpro came into my house to repair water damage, they was very professional, polite and took care of business. They cleaned up all the mess, I would highly recommend them.

Dawn was an amazing project manager from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to get what was necessary from the insurance company. Her team was amazing and respectful. Everyone made sure to communicate to me what was happening and why with each step of the bathroom demo and recon. I would definitely go through Servpro again for any insurance claims work. Thank you all for getting my bathroom back up and running and it’s absolutely beautiful!

I contacted this business at the end of September to see if they could take care of some mold in my basement bathroom. I was told after the first walk thru that they would call me back. He did, but just restated what he said in person. I was told that I would receive an estimate the day after the first appointment. I did not. Just an email from “Jamie” that mentioned the guy would contact me with the estimate. The weekend passed and Monday afternoon I call the guy who came over and mention he would call me so I myself am calling to check. “I’m on lunch but I’ll call you back later today.

It’s almost a month later and not one word back. Waste of time.

My work has used SERVPRO for carpet cleaning maintenance for many years and always do a great job. We recently had a water leak in part of the office, and they showed up within an hour of calling them. Jeremiah and his crew were fast and efficient at getting the water up and placed many dryers. They came back daily to check on progress of drying and checking for any damage. Would definitely recommend Jeremiah and SERVPRO for any carpet cleaning or water damage clean up!

I cannot say enough nice things about the excellent clean up that Alex and David did in our home after our cold water supply line snapped and flooded three rooms. They were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and always on time! Even when it was late on a Saturday night! Our project manager Justin has been very responsive as well as we wait on our reconstruction to start very soon. Thank you Servpro of Romulus/Taylor!

I had a great experience. The project manager Tiffany Sample and her crew were friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and cooperative in their interactions with me. But what I liked most of all was the project manager's kindness and just being a genuine down to earth person. The ServPro company are very blessed to have her as a member of their team. She and her crew did an excellent job on on my house!

Jeremiah and Mike K. we're so kind and accommodating while doing the project demo. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. They were diligent, proficient and definitely knew what they were doing.

Our sewer backed up which caused our toilet and tub to overflow in our back bathroom out to our hallway and family room. Though we did what we could to clean it up, we knew we needed help, our insurance company provided us with Servo pro. Jeremiah and Mike came late into the evening, they were very professional and addressed our concerns regarding bacterial problems from the sewage backup. My husband Tim and I were very appreciative of their dedication and help.

Used Father & Son on a recent basement flood - sewer backup. Very customer orientated. Extremely compassionate & dedicated to the safety & needs of the customer & their losses. This company came highly recommended & from the moment of meeting Bryon, you knew you were in good hands. Every employee was very nice, respectful & extremely hard workers.

Due to not having power for two days, our basement flooded. I called Father & Son and was able to get a hold of someone right away. Everybody in the area was dealing with flood, so I wasn't expecting a response soon, but Bryan called me back early the next day and came to our house to assess damage. He gave us a lot of information and was very helpful, professional and honest which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this company 100%.

Called Father & Son after a main drain backup in basement.
Bryon showed up with his team shortly behind him. He was in contact with my insurance the same day saving me the hassle.
The whole team is very hard working going out of their way to do everything necessary to mitigate the situation.
Their equipment to monitor moister damage is state of the art.
They were right on top of what was needed to be addressed.
This was a difficult job for them with me having a lot of heavy equipment down there they had to move and clean several times.
I never heard one complaint from any of the team. They are very polite and go out of their way to service their customer.
Father & Son are lucky to have them as employees!
They did a incredible job cleaning up everything.

Brian was super responsive and thorough in his inspection, following flood damage in our home. He communicated clearly, and sent everything over within 24 hours of doing the inspection (which he did on a Sunday!). My husband and I were in dire straits when we contacted Father & Son Restoration, due to the level of extensive restoration work that we required.

We purchased an older home that had not been lived in for quite some time and required various major repairs that left our home in shambles. Bryon came out within 24 hrs of us calling the company. We had a fire and was unsure of the safety of the home. He was extremely knowledgeable, and let us know it was unsafe to stay. He kept clear communication every step of the way. Bryon would answer text message, phone calls often with in minutes. The company handled all the questions we had and also took care of the insurance side of things. They kept an open line of communication with the insurance company as well. The insurance adjuster stated they have never worked with such a professional, honest and helpful restoration company before. Bryon and his team were the best team we've worked with while remodeling our house. Byron was a great communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He took lots of photographs and went over everything in detail. He answered text messages immediately. Finally, he was honest in his assessment of our situation and worked to keep the cost reasonable for us. Amazing service! Came to my house so quickly and went above and beyond. While searching for mold Bryon smelled gas and checked for leaks using a meter, and he found one. I then got in contact with DTE and there were 7 gas leaks in the basement. Thanks for helping keep me safe!
