I'm not sure I can really review the company as they haven't done any work for me, but not for lack of trying on my part! I recently moved into a home with an AC unit that probably hasn't worked in at least 10 years, just based on how it looks. My parents recommended Garner as they were very pleased with their service a couple of years ago. When I called on Monday the woman who answered the phone was very short with me as I explained what I needed and what my availability is. Admittedly my availability is limited as I essentially work 4 10hr shifts Monday through Thursday and my Fridays are packed with work outside of my office. When I explained this, the woman said she would talk with "the guys" and call me back. It's been about a week and radio silence. I have since gone with a different company who was very responsive and willing to help find a time that worked for them and my busy schedule the same day I called.

Very knowledgeable staff, straight forward pricing, expert installation. I will contact Garner Heating and Cooling in the future if I have HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

On 10/17/24, I called to ask for assistance with our heating system and someone came out for a total of 10 minutes and barely said a word to my wife. She was not given a quote, cost of parts needed, or ETA of any services that would be provided. On 10/18/24, I called and spoke with the front desk and asked for an estimate of what the parts would cost in order to determine if I wanted to proceed since we were given no information. I was met with an excuse that the technician hadn't put in any notes or costs of products, but that I would receive a call back later that day. On 11/4/24, I received a call from a technician saying he wanted to come by with the part to install it. It had been 2.5 weeks since I heard from anyone to even authorize parts to be ordered and it was disrespectful of how you conduct business. I let them know I had to call a different business who took care of the problem within a couple of days. Then to send me a bill is insulting when no work was done. If this is how your business operates, I'm sorry for any future customers. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I'm stuck having to give you a 1 star. Terrible customer service and communication!! And you send me a customer survey and then don't allow it to be posted when I hit submit with a 1 star, how convenient.

Every person was more than helpful and wonderful to work with. They offer great services.

Very satisfied with Garner heating and cooling. I needed a new hot water heater with install. From the service call to bringing me a new one and installing it all in the same day. Rick Clare was great! He did new fittings, pipe work and even ductwork. No added cost from the company.

Rachell Bliesner and myself Tom Bliesner, owners of Macon Grocery noticed our walk in beer and soft drink cooler not cooling properly. We were telling one our of our regular customers our situation and He recommended Brad Garner with Garner Heating and Cooling. We are so glad we made the call!! Brad was the one that picked up the call and when I explained our situation he immediately understood the sense of urgency. He came out that same day and assessed the situation and came back the next day with a solution. He was able to get our cooler back up and running quickly and with great excitement cold beer!! Whoop Whoop! But wait, there is more!! He was testing our other equipment and noticed our sandwich cooler was not cooling properly. He diagnosed the issue and worked until the late evening to get us back up and running!! I highly recommend Brad Garner with Garner Heating and Cooling!!
