Great experience with Naugle. Service was quick and technician Keith was amazing. I will absolutely be using Naugle for any heating and cooling needs in the future!

Keith came out on a really crappy, cold, snowy morning. Real temp was 10°. Plus...my furnace is in my crawlspace under my house! I felt so bad. I also had him clean out the dryer vent. And boy am I glad he did! I have it done yearly and couldn't believe the lint. He was awesome. Great personality. He didn't mind a bit. Thanks Keith so much. It's greatly appreciated. 😀

There was a slight problem after a water heater install. I called Naugle and they came right out and found the problem. They worked with me for the inconvenience and fixed the issue. I was impressed with the way they took charge and got my heater running. They were polite, helpful, and understanding.

Furnace wasn't working properly. Called early in the morning and only had to wait a little while during a very cold snap. Keith was very prompt getting back to us and we had heat in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

Keith replaced the furnace thermostat on the main level. He was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He informed me about Naugle's yearly maintenance contract to which I signed up. I'm very pleased :)

I am a scrapper and told the technicians, a father and son) to save the unused copper and other metal for me. I saw that a lot was saved on Thursday but on Friday they took it all away with them. They left a spicket turned on and water sprayed all over in the garage. They moved furniture and garage sale items all over the garage area. These items had been neatly placed in one area of the garage and now it is even difficult to walk through the garage. They never moved the furniture, etc. back to where it was previously located. There was a water leak in a bedroom and the carpet is soaked. Several of the floor registers were not put back together and replaced the right way.

We contacted Naugle early this morning, and even on the weekend someone was at our house within an hour. He replaced the heating element in about 45 minutes (had to step out briefly to grab the needed part), and just like that, we had hot water again.
He also took the time to give helpful advice on next steps, including flushing the system to remove sediment, and reassured us that it isn’t urgent if we need time.
Excellent service, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I bought a new furnance through Naugle. It was time to have a yearly cleaning. Keith came out and cleaned my furnance. He replaced tge filter and fit the spring over the filter. He also slowed down the furnance. He was very pe8fessional and has excellent people skill along with knowledge about this furnance. Great experience with Naugle every time.

Keith was very friendly and respectful of my time and environment as while he is at my home doing a service call I am at home working as well. He said this was his 4th day on the job. He has definitely brought his expertise to his new employer. I also learned that my humidifier filter needs to be changed 2 times a year. I have my furnace and AC inspected annually by Naugle and this is the first I have heard about changing the humidifier filter. Thank you Keith

I love Naugle’s! I have used them for my replacing my water heater and repairs on my furnace and air conditioner. They have always delivered high quality and trustworthy work at reasonable prices. The technicians are always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have called them they have always come out within a reasonable time with most of the time, most of the time within 45 minutes. My recent visit was for our heat going out and even on the weekend the technician was here within a half hour. My parents have also used them for years and have always been extremely satisfied with them. I will continue to use them in the future as they are the only heating/cooling company I trust. I highly recommend them to anyone!

These people are real pros! They came out next day to diagnose/price a gas leak and were able to very quickly replace the piece needed. Fair pricing. Fast service. Professional technician. And the woman who set up my appointment the day before was extremely helpful and informative.

Setting up an addition to my home and needed a 2-zone minisplit. I had called 5 other places prior to Naugle. all 5 sent people out to take numbers for sizing and a quote. then silence for 2 months, despite me calling those places back regularly. only one of those places got back with a quote AFTER a month and half.

Then the building inspector recommended Naugle. Gave them a call and 2 days later they sent a tech, not a sales guy, to take number for a quote. Koreigh, i think his name was, Gave me an "eye-ball quote" on the spot. 4 days later i was emailed the actual quote that was a little less than the "eye-ball quote", and almost significantly less than the quote of the competition. made the down payment and 2 weeks later everything was installed and running smoothly. We went with a Lenox system with low-ambient heating.

It's been about a month now and it trucked through the single-digit weather this weeks like a champ, keeping the area at a nice 65* while I worked.

Would Recommend Naugle over those other 5 "companies" any day of the week.

I placed a call into Garner Heating and Cooling about my air conditioner leaking and they came out within 5 minutes of me calling them. I was so shocked and thankful! He thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my unit and explained all my options and how they could help. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and understanding. He was not pushy in any way, he just walked me through every option available to me. It was fixed very quickly and their amazing customer service has earned them a customer for life! I have told everyone about them! Thank you!

Our home warranty assigned our furnace issue to Garner Heating and Cooling and I'm so glad they did! They made a same day appointment to come out and look at our furnace and showed up on time. The guy that was sent to look at the furnace was very knowledgeable, patient while I asked questions and took the time to call us back after he got approval from our warranty company to order the parts to give us a time frame on when they will be in. Overall, I was very happy with the company and would recommend using them!!

I will be recommending this company to my associates! The supervisor was professional, knowledgable and honest. The team that installed my new, high-efficiency, furnace did a good job. They were very courteous and respectful men who knew how to build trust with a new customer. There were a couple of minor things left undone (but corrected immediately). They gave me a fair price, expected length of time for completion was exactly what I was informed it would be and their work, I believe, will pass Canton's City inspection. We've used Garner Heating & AC for years, and have been very well served by them. They installed our current heat pump system, which replaced our original builder system and which has saved us about $100.00 a month in electric charges year-round. on 2/27, I called Garner to renew our annual maintenance plan, and they were able to come out later that morning for our first inspection and maintenance visit. I mentioned that the system hadn't been cooling normally, and on checking, they found we had lost refrigerant due to a leak in the coils.
We discussed repair options and decided to bite the bullet and upgrade the AC. Parts were ordered and two days later, Zach & Ethan arrived to do the repairs. As our system is in the attic area and difficult to get to, what should have been a two-hour job stretched to 6-7 hours. They even replaced the condensation drain piping to prevent any problems in the future. In the end, we had our glorious cold air back! Throughout the work, they were careful to cover all traffic areas on our carpet to prevent soiling, cleaned up afterwards, and kept us informed as work progressed. The cost of repairs after discounts was just about one-third of the normal charges.
We have complete confidence in Doug and Karen and their team to accurately diagnose any problem, do excellent work and charge a very fair price for repairs. We highly recommend them to anyone.
