Naugle really went above and beyond helping my aging parents. When my parents had issues with their newish furnace that had been installed by another company, Naugle discovered the other company had actually installed the wrong size furnace (and thus the wrong air conditioner.) Knowing my parents needed heat right away and having to replace the furnace and ac so soon was unexpected, Naugle came right out and took care of everything. Along with being empathetic and professional, Naugle has also been extremely kind, patient, and gracious with my elderly parents, and for that, we are grateful.

Very prompt, polite, and professional. Again. Hope this is the last time we need them out. Steam boilers are tricky

Such a great business! Our furnace has been acting up and Naugle has been out twice to help us with our issues. Both times they came out in under an hour - so appreciated in this cold weather and with having a newborn.

We had a minor issue with our water heater and the technician was able to come out in a very timely manner and fix the issue as well as do a general service on the tank. I was impressed by the thoroughness as well as the efficiency at which the technician worked. He was also very courteous and handled my dog barking at him like a maniac upon his arrival with ease. I feel badly that I don't remember his name and can't shout him out! The cost was also incredibly reasonable, which is a relief when it comes to anything related to home repairs. We will definitely be using Naugle heating and cooling again for future needs!

The individuals were honest, prompt, and reliable. However, they encountered an issue with the blower motor and had the necessary parts with them.

Nov. 21st Naugle came and diagnosed the furnace and stated they would order the part, the furnace was not putting out heat, it's now 18 days later and still no heat. Several calls to them and we just get the parts not in, totally ridiculed worst customer service EVER, don't use them

Koreigh a technician came to my house to perform an annual check of my furnace. Koreigh has been to my house a few times. Koreigh is very professional and easy to speak to. I would highly recommend Naugle for heating and cooling needs.

Wonderful service! Our furnace is a little older and required a harder to find part. They were able to find it faster than anyone else and got us up and running in no time!

I called them because our furnace was making a strange noise. They came out within the hour and our technician was very polite. He found a wrapper stuck in the squirrel cage that was causing the noise. He cleaned up other components & replaced the air filter for us. Extremely happy with their service and would recommend them. Thank you!!!
