Absolutely a customer for life . Tim showed up within 20 minutes and had our a/c working perfect in no time, on a very hot and busy day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thermopro to anyone.

Tim showed up to inspect our AC unit and was very honest about it's condition and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very nice, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the 4th time using Thermo Pro and again nothing but satisfied. Always comes in a timely manner, friendly workers, and has always figured out the problem. By far the most affordable pricing and they always make sure to get me the best deal possible. Highly recommend this company.

Avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the headache and hire ANYONE else. I had them install a new AC unit. They have been out more than 5 times due to water coming through my ceiling under the new unit, which ruined my carpet and I have a hole in my ceiling I have been unable to repair due to the constant leaking. I finally called a different HVAC company and was told it will cost me $2500 to fix the work they did. I would give zero stars if I could.

Edit: I love that this business just ridicules everyone that gives them a bad review. Honestly, ask yourself if you would ever want to use a company that refuses to stand behind their work. My review is very honest and a warning to anyone that is looking for HVAC work. The AC unit they installed leaked for over a year onto the carpet in the living room below. They know this and are very aware of the issue. They got letters from my attorney requesting to fix the issue, which they ignored.

Greed? What did I get out of this business? I actually had to pay real professional HVAC techs to come in and fix the job they messed up, as well as drywall repair. As an attorney, I would never post an untrue negative review of someone because that would be libel. My review is 100% accurate. These guys cost me a LOT of money to fix their terrible work they refused to stand behind.

Called them for a Boiler tune up/cleaning and repair. The person who scheduled appointments was professional and she was very kind! The service man was professional and informative. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I will be calling ThermoPro again.

Had a new AC unit installed 9/2019. Worked fine through Fall and Spring. When weather turned warm in 2020, it could not keep up. Called the company and they said it checked out but might need more freon and they would stop back to do that. When I called to inquire why they had not been back, this time I was told the unit is full of freon and that better window coverings were needed for it to work even though it worked fine previously. Never heard from them again and had to call a second company who installed 1/2 lb. of freon to get it working properly. I am not happy to have to call a second company to finish the work that ThermoPro was paid to do to begin with. This company is not good at following up and solving the problem.

I can't recommend Tim from ThermoPro more highly. I live out of state and my dilemma in trying to find a contractor to deal with sight unseen when looking to install central heat and air in my Toledo house was a pain to say the least. One company didn't want to touch the job since it's a rental property. When asked why the response was that's just their policy. Wow, business must be good for them. The next group was professional but their price was really over the top and to be honest they just didn't offer a lot of alternatives. It was pretty much a take it or leave it type proposal. I actually found Tim from ThermoPro on Craigslist. I figured what the heck I wasn't getting any satisfaction googling 4-5 star companies and at that point I didn't feel I had much to lose. When I talked to Tim it was immediately clear that he knew what he was talking about and he came right to the point about what he could do at what price point. In short, he did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it for what he said he'd do it for. But Tim went beyond that. He addressed several other items that needed to be done and did not try to nickel and dime me for those things. He even sent pics of all the work and had the job done in a single day. So in closing, if you need a guy who can get it done for you in a timely fashion without any run around and for a very competitive price you can save yourself a lot of time and grief not to mention quite a bit of money if you just go ahead and call Tim. He will definitely take care of you. Very professional. Top notch craftsmanship.

I was having problems with my furnace staying lit. I contacted Thermo Pro and they were there within 20 minutes and 45 minutes later all was repaired and working. Great experience.

Tim and was quick and awesomely priced. He was good at explaining what was going on before he put it in and got the job done effectively. He's done my friend right also who referred me. It's good that now that Tim's reaching the beginning of the twilight of his career he's trying to pass on his wisdom to his son little Timmy Jr., who came with him and was like a sponge sopping up that info about what to do and what not to do and why. Overall, a great experience.

Had a furnace and air conditioner installed. We got a great price and quality work done! Very professional and friendly. Plan on calling them back soon for a water heater install! Would recommend to anyone!

Great service! I called several companies and Thermopro was able to come out much sooner and for much less cost.Tim and Ted were polite, professional (certified HVAC), and thorough. My problem is solved and I paid HALF of what other companies would've charged me. Very good experience. I won't call anyone else now.

Had a great experience today with Tim on the cleaning & service of our furance before the cold months, along with the installation of a new wifi thermostat. Tim was so great to explain everything he was doing and took the time to explain how to use our brand new thermostat. Would very highly recommend them!

So our 28 y/o Central air unit decided to finally quit on 6/27...Tim came out the same day, found the problem and advised me of my options. I had a brand new unit installed and running on 6/28 by 1pm. Price was over $700 cheaper than what was quoted by another local (Temperance) business. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend. (BTW Tim...I can see why that other satisfied customer thought your son was doing installs..lol)

I told Tim of my sick grandma and uncle whom had no ac during a major heat wave in our area. His company was down and employeethat day as well as a work truck. He loaded all his tools and parts into his daughters car whom drove him with her 9 month old baby in the vehicle as well to get out to my grandparents for same day service and fix. She is bed ridden, on oxygen, my uncle has seizures. I'll never call anyone else. We are so thankful to not only Tim but his family for helping us.

His customer service skills are beyond, extremely kind, educated, answered all of our questions, made sure that we understoodnot only what happened, but why it happened, and how to prevent it again. He did a great job. And the BEST part was they were so reasonably priced. I 10/10 recommended ThermoPro in the Toledo area.

Horrible service it took him way too long and then I found out that he didn't set it up for my propane tank ( I live on a farm) so it sucked up three hundred gallons of fuel in ten days. That is over six hundred dollars! They also told me that we had a carbon monoxide leak. He could have killed us.

Not only did ThermoPro return my urgent call promptly, they were able to quickly make time to diagnose my client's non-working furnace and for a fraction of the cost of other company's emergency prices! Tim was understanding about our situation, was very professional and knowledgeable about the furnace. He quickly discovered the problem, and after obtaining the new parts needed, returned the next day to repair the furnace . When other companies did not so much as return calls or texts nor repair the furnace as expected, ThermoPro was able to do it all ~ swiftly, kindly, and professionally. Reviews and ratings don't lie;
ThermoPro lives up to their 5-star ratings! They are now my new 'go to' for all HVAC/heating needs!

I am very disappointed with this company. When they first came out a few years ago to install a unit, they were very knowledgeable and we thought the price was to good to be true. Well it was. A piece broke inside within a year which they came out to repair. Fast forward to following year. It broke again. Text after text was sent and an appt was scheduled. They no showed. Never returned a text or apologized. Fast forward to this year. We had ice cubes all over the line and a soaked floor. Called and made an appt. Again...a no show. We reached out and there was no response. Completely unprofessional. We had to call another company and was told that it's been leaking over time. Pipe needs welded. Was told that its a good unit but it wasnt set up and installed to standard. 1k later. Very upset. This unit is less than 4 yrs old if that.

Wow! So impressed with this company! Our heat was blowing cold and we made an appointment. Tim came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and easily. The best part was the price! They are honest and true to their word. I would recommend them to anybody.

This company is criminal. They get 1 star because Google will not allow me to leave a no star review! They installed a unit smaller than what they were supposed to. We ordered a 3.5 ton unit and they installed a 3 ton unit. They had me pay through Venmo and PayPal and collected funds above and beyond that the job was supposed to cost. The overages came to $1,500 and they never refunded them. They claim they did but PayPal was unable to collect the refund because they moved the funds. The unit was not installed to code. I have filed a police report. Do not do business with this company. Their address for their business is a lot that looks abandoned and has a for sale sign in it. They have a "F" rating on the BBB, I wish I had known this before doing business with them. I bought the AC unit for my brother who was starting Chemo. His AC had gone out and I did not want him to go through Chemo in July and August with no AC. They ripped us off.
