Had Todd come over just a few minutes ago. In an out quick and was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done noticeably well in no time at all, no more water leaking from clogged pipes! Would definitely recommend as the service was exemplary and done with professionalism and a great attitude.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Todd was able to come out on the same day, on the weekend, and solve the issue quickly, professionally, and reasonably. He gave good advice on how to prevent the clog in the future. He was quick, polite, and friendly. I wish we knew about this wonderful local business before. Thank you very much, guys!

Called because my drain backed up in basement. Returned my call promptly and was out within hours. Todd was very informative and explained everything in terms I could understand. He took care of our problems and I felt he was very reasonable. Will be using them for maintenance to keep this from happening again.

Bill was able to come out to my home extremely fast. He was so kind, professional and conscious of keeping my home clean.. which I so extremely appreciated!! The clog in my super long sink drain pipe was too far for his equipment to reach and due to timing, he had take off before being able to complete the job. He assured me that his son, Todd, would come by same day to complete it. Since I wasn’t on Todd’s schedule and he was squeezing me in, I figured he wouldn’t be by until the end of the day. To my surprise, he showed up within the hour of Bill leaving! Todd was just as kind, professional and conscious of cleanliness as Bill. Todd went to great lengths to make sure the pipe was unclogged and then he even made sure to give me some tips to help prevent this in the future. This father and son duo was amazing! I could not say more positive things about them and my experience with having them out at my home. If you’re ever in need of the services they offer, I highly reccomend Alexis Sewer Cleaning Company.

The kindest father and son duo, Bill and Todd were so sweet and helpful. I called this morning when a different company couldn’t handle the job, they came within a few hours and even though the job was bigger than anticipated they still took care of me. The price was also very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves:)

If you had told me that having a plumber over would be an informative and enjoyable experience, I would not have believed it. I am now a believer. Todd went above and beyond to take care of a simple clogged drain. He found a minor issue when I asked him about sewer cleaning and fixed it right on the spot. Completely affordable as well. They are so affordable and reliable! Very professional, and will tell you the truth! Before them, we had another company come out and they unnecessarily removed our entire toilet to try to clear the drain! Alexis Sewer came out & fixed what the other company had done, cleared the sewer of roots, and charged us LESS than that first company! My mom is 97, she was very distraught about the problem. They had done other jobs for us and he came and talked to her and reassured her he would fix the problem. And he did pretty quick. We were very happy with the work, price and worker. I am embarrassed to say I don't remember his name, but he was so nice and kind. Thank you!!
