Ive never been to your store but I might some day as the display of lights you can see from the stree is very impressive. I pass by it a few times a day. I just want to know how high you electricty bill is. The lights are always on.

I was at the Electrical supply house (Ray Electric) that is attached to the lighting store on 14 mile in Troy earlier today. People are quick to write a review when something does not go how they want and/or maybe how it should go. But I feel you should also write a review when you receive good service Also. I was greeted by 3 smiling faces at the counter as I walked in. I had the pleasure of dealing with Russ today. I came in with a complex problem that I had already took to 2 other supply houses this week and left with them telling me to Google it and or look online. Russ took my part knew what it was and looked up the price. Most people would of stopped at that point, heck that was more then anyone else did for me. Russ then asked me to explain what I was doing and what I was trying to achieve. After I gave my story to him, he went in the back and brought up a new product and explained if I switched over to this it would be way more efficient and not thst much more. I ended up going this route! My problem is now fixed and I have a happy wife. The amount of patience and personable time that was spent with me, sold me. They have a customer for life and I would recommend anyone to go here for any lighting or electrical need they may have. #ThankYouRays #RussNeedsARaise

I visited your store this afternoon and was treated by an elderly women who was very rude to me. I showed her a bulb I need to replace and her response was, you gotta help me here. What is the wattage, what type of light is it, etc. I told her I was assuming she would help me with that. She showed me 2 bulbs that were not even close to the bulb I brought in. She was unable to help me. I have visited your store dozens of time over the years and have purchased many many lighting fixtures. Your staff has always been very helpful and courteous until today. Not sure I will ever return.

Wow! My first time here. Boy, I was impressed. I found a light that I liked but was discontinued. Chris brown went to work making calls and doing what he could to help me get the light. His associate. I believe Ryan , was also instrumental in helping me. I will be back. Thanks Chris !

I’m done business with Ray Electric for over 20 years when my wife passed away unexpectedly. I had more than $15,000 worth of materials in my warehouse. The people at rays had no problem taking the material back which was in kind of a messy inventory and they gave me a credit and then sent Me a check ,they didn’t have to take this equipment back. They didn’t have to inventory it. They didn’t have to pay me but they did , and treated me like family and I will always be grateful to them. Russ Buero has been my salesman and has treated me with the most kindness anyone could imagine. Mick McGuire McGuire electric.

If you want actual copper wire and non foreign cheap electrical stuff labeled as authentic shop here! Even their clearance stuff is good stuff! This place makes me want to build more random cars! Cool counter guys there too!

It's sad when you call asking for electrical connector recommendations and they won't even give you a manufacturer name. They tell you to call back with a part number. I would expect a company that distributes electrical components would have the knowledge to at least assist with sourcing a manufacturer. Make customer service great again!

Pretty sad that there are no longer walk ins... was trying to find a hard to find terminal to something I was gonna bring.. oh well I'll take my business elsewhere...
