Landmark is an excellent company. Shawn H. is a total professional at his craft and handled everything we requested which was an upgrade to our existing electrical problems in a older house. Will only call Landmark if needed going forward.

I called Landmark Electric company out for service right after a storm. I had one of my anchors pull away from the wall of my house after a tree branch fell on it. The line was laying across my garage. My tech Shawn came out and did an inspection and let me know that my electrical was not up to code and even the reinstalling the anchor would only have potential of pulling back out again plus my lines coming to my house we're in bad shape. It's a fire hazard the way it was set up and also for DTE to replace those lines that need to be brought up to code. So he gave me a quote that evening and I add a plug for a generator which gave me a cost savings and he scheduled for next morning to have the work done. The guys we're out at 7:00 in the morning and we're done around noon. They did a phenomenal job and I just got the lockout for the generator switch about 2 weeks later and I'm testing everything out and it's working great. I would recommend this company to my friends and family in the future. Thank you Landmark Electric for your service

I called Landmark Electric on a Hot and stormy Friday night when part of the house with fridge/freezer and A/C lost power. Because of the storm Shawn was already servicing houses without power. I am grateful that he came early next morning and diagnosed the problem. It was more extensive than could have been fixed at that time. However, he fixed the issue temporarily so that the fridge/freezer and A/C would work. Then he came back a couple of days later, upgraded the panel and fixed everything else that needed attention.
He gave me an itemized list with price before starting the work.

Landmark Electrical was very prompt in getting my repair work and upgrades completed. Shawn completed the work thoroughly without cutting corners at a fair price.

Company was quick to get someone out, Shawn Hickson did a great job adressing and explaining the issue, and went above and beyond to give us a temporary fix until we can get Financials together.

Shawn arrived ahead of the designated time window provided by Landmark. He determined established pricing for work requested and provided an immediate quote. I asked Landmark Electric to come fix my erratically working attic fan. Not only was I able to make an appointment in a timely manner, but the electrician assigned to my house-Shawn, noticed that there was a potential fire hazard with the way my fan was connected to power. Now my fan has been working correctly for months and I feel a sense of relief that I was in good hands with the service I received from Landmark.
