I WOULD NEVER USE DUSTIN ELECTRIC. I had a Dustin service representative visit my home June 11, 2025 to repair a kitchen under counter light and a bathroom light fixture. He was here over an hour and stated he could not repair either light. I was charged $276 for his visit. I did receive a photo of a replacement light for the bathroom. I replied to move forward. It is over one month and no response from Dustin. Secondly I had another service call for my generator and I asked the service technician about my lights. He checked the kitchen light and adjusted the socket in less then one minute and it worked. He looked at the bathroom light believed he could fix but lacked the time. DUSTIN WAS A RIP OFF.

I called Dustmen Electric with 4 different jobs that I needed completed. Out of four calls to different companies Dustmen was the only one that answered with a live rep. And she knew what she was talking about. Calls to the other companies went to voicemail or were not answered at all. I was told to text pictures of what of what I needed. I texted pictures of two malfunctioning outdoor security lights, a broken indoor variable light switch and several older model florescent lights that needed fixing. I called late on a Friday and had an electrician at my home Tuesday morning (I was in no hurry). Colton, my electrician, exceeded my expectations both in terms of skill and personality. He was super positive and friendly. He finished sooner than I expected and everything he installed or fixed works great!!!! I would highly recommend Dustmen Electric!!

We had Dustmen install a bathroom vent fan with a light and a gable vent fan to help alleviate the hot air in our attic. They were very professional, did expert work and cleaned up their work area when they were done. I highly recommend them.

We had Dustmen help us with an EV charger repair. They were efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. The electrician took the time to explain the charger wiring issues and he kindly answered all of our questions. Very satisfied and will call again!

We recently had Dustmen out for some electrical work and I would 100% recommend them.
We had them uninstall several old lighting fixtures, install new recessed lighting, install a ring security camera, remove an old security system box, and remove a faulty outlet that NEVER worked.

They were right on time, communicated through the entire process, and made sure everything was done right!

Our techs were Colton and Chase and they were both great! And I would highly recommend them both!

I was looking for a replacement Pushmatic circuit breaker for my house. Other stores (Home Depot and Ray's Electric) did not have these as they are no longer in production. Salinger had two and I was able to repair my breaker box without having to replace it.

I don't know where to start!!
I was searching for a T4AL 250 volt glass tube fuse for my eliptical. I called dozens of places prior until I was referred to Salinger.
I called them & sent a pic of the fuse that i was looking for. They called me back & informed me that they had the fuse that I'd been looking for the entire day! I arrived and retrieved the product.
When I went to leave, my car did not start.
They assisted me by providing me with a jump to
my car (multiple times). I called a tow truck that ended up arriving 3hrs later.
Upon closing up, the employee gave me a couple of bottled waters...
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business !

I’ve bought from Ken at the Farmington Hills location for years, and as an electrical contractor, there is no better resource. There isn’t an electrical component he hasn’t seen, and trust me he’s been tested with items from the 1950s and even earlier. There hasn’t been an item he couldn’t get for me, and he is the most dedicated “salesman” I’ve ever worked with. Ken is literally the best in the business and has saved me on so many occasions. Of course he sells a full line of new as well. Old school supply house personality that will get the job done however he has to. Thanks for all the help for all these years Ken.

I’m very disappointed with the driving behavior of one of your company vehicles. On 1/16/2026 around 6:30am, a driver operating vehicle number 218MI with license plate DE 17399 was driving well over the speed limit and repeatedly cutting off multiple cars at dangerously close distances.

The driving was aggressive and unsafe, creating a serious risk to other cars. This type of behavior reflects poorly on your company and raises concerns about driver training and safety standards.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed to prevent future incidents and ensure public safety.

Asked for help with my hot tub, not working, got a quote for a total electric makeover of my circuit breaker, $7000. Paid the $300 service call. Called another spa company, turns out it was a fuse in the hot tub box that needed replacement. I had the fuse. $150 service call. Buyer beware
