Troy plumbing was quick to respond. I had service within a day and they were so professional. The employees were kind and so efficient. The prices were competitive. My daughter’s shower was fixed in just a couple hours. I’ll recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for such a great experience.

I want to share my experience in hopes it helps others make an informed decision. I called this company to diagnose a persistent leak in my shower. After they were unable to identify the source, I was told the issue was simply a lack of caulk around the tub. I paid for the service call and spent my own time caulking the area as instructed, but the leak continued.
I don’t want to speak harshly, but I do want to be honest: I was left out hundreds of dollars and still without a solution. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the thoroughness of their work. I also hope this helps anyone considering to utilize them for their services. -
Great work by the service technician. Completely satisfied with the experience. Definitely would recommend

Talented Techs! The 2 techs (Earl and Josh) that came out to replace our old water heater were great for so many reasons: they explained the water heater removal/new water heater installation process; showed me the mild corrosion in the old valves and installed new ones; brought the ventilation system up to Code; and very thorough in everything they did through team work! Earl and Josh were efficient, friendly, educated in their trade, and true professionals! I highly recommend the team at Paul Scott Plumbing!

I've hired Paul Scott twice in the last month out of necessity because I'm selling my house. The first time was to fix my ejector pump, which they did and I was pleased about. Turns out it was clogged and needs to be cleaned every so often at a tune of $290.
Next, I called to schedule a sewer inspection and I was thankful they could come out earlier than my normal sewer inspector person. They charged me $470 and will not provide me with a separate sewer inspection report to give to the buyers. There is one line in the invoice that says this about the inspection "Camera line to pump area line is open and flowing at thistime." Then they wrote me estimate for $4,000 for a service that they recommended. There were no pictures, nothing saying that there were no breaks in the line or any joints (which was a concern from the buyer). I now have to hire my original and preferred sewer inspection (JPD Sewer Inspections costs $250) to have ANOTHER sewer inspection done because i know that I'll actually get a report with pictures and more descriptions. What a joke, overpriced and still got nothing but a video that I can do nothing with because I'm not an expert.
I really need to find a good plumber who isn't constantly trying to sell me another service. -
From start to finish everyone from Paul Scott Plumbing was responsive, caring, informative and prompt. The team that came to my house went over and above to make sure my issues were handled. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Had the strangest day the dishwasher wasn’t draining.. the basement toilet wouldn’t fill.. and then water begin to come up front the floor drain! Of course we had a house guest staying with us. We called PSP and they were over that morning. Snaked the back drain and everything went down. Problem fixed! Two service guys came in they wore sanitary boot covers were fast and quite; so thankful they were able to find and fix the problem so fast.

Upfront, on schedule, communicating during work as needed.
Earl and Damian are welcome back anytime for future service needs at our home.

We have been using Scott Pluming for about 10 years now. They always do a great job. They have done the following at our house: Water heater replacement, sump pump replacement, replaced leaky valves, replaced sinks & a toilet and replaced the big valves above and below the water meter.
