Brandon from Paul Scott Plumbing came out on short notice and was quick to fix all my plumbing needs. He was kind courteous and professional and made sure I knew exactly what work he was doing!! He fixed everything quickly and cleaned up everything before he left.

Called Paul C Scott and Sons for a small leak in the basement. Steve was awesome - able to diagnose and take care of the issue quickly, answered all of our questions, and he gave us honest feedback for future maintenance. Will definitely call Paul C Scott for any future plumbing needs.

Steve was the plumber who was assigned to my leaky pipe. He traced it back to worn seal under the toilet itself. Steve was incredibly pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable, quick and explained what was happening very well. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue. I trust him completely. He also was very informative on the importance of maintenance to ensure your plumbing system is always working efficiently. Rick and John are awesome very profesional. caring and kind. They turned a day of stress into a wonder day. They identifed a problem in a timely manner. The positive spirit they brought into my home made me feel so much better. I recommend Rick and John they were truely a blessing to me. I can’t say enough good things about Paul C. Scott & Sons Plumbing! I had to get both my sump pump and my water heater replaced. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Earl and Josh were the technicians who came out, and they were absolutely fantastic.

Their workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was done right the first time. Highly recommend! New hot water tank installed in a couple hours. Two friendly employees kept us informed through the entire process. They explained all the new material and how to properly maintain the new hot water tank. Paul C Scott also sent pictures of the employees so we knew who to expect.

Paul C Scott plumbing is top shelf. Whenever we need them, they come right away and address our issues. Earl, Ian, Brian, Tony D, and especially Mike (retired) have all been wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable and patient. We like to be proactive, and I always ask a million questions. They take time to explain things, and they help me understand. Here we are at the holidays such a busy time of year, and my hot water heater goes out three days before Christmas. I call Paul Scott Plumbing, whom I’ve used for years, at 8 AM In the morning. Within an hour two technicians, Ian and Josh, were at my house. They assessed the situation and gave me several choices of how to remedy this problem. There was no high-pressure sales, Ian just laid out my choices so I could make an educated decision on what to do next. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and how quickly they installed a new water heater, and chucked it at least three times over a half an hour. To make sure it was performing correctly. This is how an excellent company is run. I’ve used them for years, will continue to use them, and have already recommended them to other people.

Brandon & Josh were my technicians to help me with our condo in Rochester, MI. (The Hills of Rochester). They replaced the original 1 1/2 copper waste line running from the bathroom vanity over to the main stack which was accessible from the kitchen with 1 1/2 PVC pipe. Precise measurements were taken and the pipe fittings were connected to the bathroom P-trap assembly. The project was then checked for leaks three times by filling the bathroom sink all the way to the top of the overflow and then letting the water run through the pipes. I’m very pleased with the work Brandon & Josh did and highly recommend Paul Scott Plumbing. Thank you!

Nick's company was the 4th plumber to our house over the last 3 1/2 years and we will never have another company come out again. We will always call Triton for any issues we have.
