We came home from a week long vacation only to find our water heater was leaking. I drained the water from the tank and got all of the mess cleaned up. That was just the first part of the problem. Part 2 was finding a company to replace our water heater as soon as possible. We called our HVAC/plumber company that we had used in the past but their office said they couldn't be out for 2 weeks as they concentrate on AC problems currently. So we called Triton who is a trusted name in our community and also a fellow parent at our kid's school. Nick was able to have a crew out in just a few hours to diagnose and correct the problem. The crew had a new water heater installed in just a few hours from the initial call. They were very nice and even gave some advice about other projects around the house that my wife asked about. Great, fast service. Would recommend Triton to anyone.

Triton Plumbing was easy to reach and friendly. Nick provided a diagnostic and estimate for the work quickly, was professional and personable. It was clearly communicated they had a few jobs already scheduled/in progress when we spoke initially, but then once scheduled the work was completed promptly and very efficiently. It was a fair price for good work. I would work with Triton again and recommend to friends or family.

Jason did an outstanding job replacing our garbage disposal as well as replacing our downstairs toilet valve and flapper. The bigger issue that we ran into was a complete shower valve replacement that was not part of the original scope of work we requested from Triton Plumbing. Having said that, Jason and his boss Nick demonstrated outstanding customer focus and flexibility by instantly re-arranging Jason's calendar so he could stay and fix our bigger plumbing issue which Jason accurately diagnosed while he was there. All work was done professionally and quickly at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use Triton plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Quick, clean, professional and reasonably priced. Replaced waterline, got the yard back really nice. I have some landscaping to repair, but I have seen how neighbors lawns were left by competitors.

Nick and the entire team at Ttiton were friendly, efficient, and did a marvelous job cleaning up. They were able to do my sewer pipe replacement and save my tree that was very close to the sewer line. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Had sewer drainage issues. Had other “experts” come all tried to sell a major repair, Triton came out were professional, knowledgeable. They provided alternatives and did not try to upsell something I didn’t need. Would highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough about Nick and the team at Triton Plumbing. The entire team is professional, respectful and diligent. Naturally, we had some speed bumps during our sewer replacement. Nick and his team — thanks, Laura! — are great communicators; we knew when they were coming and they gave us all the info we needed about the problem and the best way to solve it. Triton plumbing is the best plumbing company in Metro Detroit….period. Our house is ALWAYS a challenge to work on and Nick was the only guy up for our crazy sewer job (trust me, I asked a lot of people), and he did it all with a smile. Hire him and don’t think twice about it. (Laura who answers the phone is very nice and competent as well).

We had an emergency plumbing issue, Triton was out immediately to asses and fix the problem. I’ve never dealt with such professionalism when dealing with a contractor along with cleanliness. The work needed involved cutting into drywall, he used a shop vac while cutting to prevent any mess. I highly, highly recommend Triton for all of your plumbing needs!

During our house renovation, the kitchen was re-configured, sinks were moved, and a new sink was added. Triton proposed a very good and cost effective solution. Much better than the other proposal. I had them clean the lines in the house and out to the city sewer. They found an issue in the house lines and were able to repair the problem. I am happy with their work and will call them in the future.

Entire crew was Professional from start to finish. Nick, the owner, is involved during entire process. Works with the city offices effectively so there are no delays there. Entire sewer line was completed with in quoted costs in the time originally planned for. Communication through out was beyond expectations.
