Tyler and Chris did a great job updating my plumbing in my bathrooms to be up to code. I had water damage that required demolition of all my walls in one bathroom and partial demolition of the walls in the other. They came in a did a great job helping me get my bathrooms back to working order. Would highly recommend!

I had a phenomenal experience with precision plumbing! Kade, Kevin, and Jacob were all really helpful. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them. They are experienced plumbers and can solve challenging issues efficiently.

I had a leaking pipe and needed it fixed quickly. I had called several other plumbers and none would be available until after the holidays. Luckily the next number I called was Precision Plumbing. The lady at the office was so nice and was able to schedule me for today between 11 and 1. I got a text just after 10 that Tyler was on his way. Tyler and Chris arrived at 10:30, I was so grateful that not only were they able to fit me in, they were able to come even sooner than expected. They got to work and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Tyler explained to me exactly what they did and recommended a fix for my main shut off to help prevent a future problem. I agreed and they got to work on that. They completed all the work and went over all the details with me so I'd know exactly how to use it. All along, they were up front about the pricing and very honest. They were so knowledgeable, I was very impressed. I found them to be very fairly priced for all that they did. I love that this is a family run company and I can tell that the people here are good people. I can't express my gratitude enough. I had started the day worried about if anyone could help me with such short notice and how much this would all cost me. Now everything is complete and working great, the price was very reasonable, and I managed to find a fantastic company who I will forever use for any of my plumbing needs. I felt today like I found people who are on my side and want to make sure that I am well taken care of and very satisfied with their work, which is so rare to find these days. Precision Plumbing came out to my home in Clawson, MI on 5/30/23 to repair leaking faucets and shower handles while also quoting the replacement of a gas line for my dryer.

Pictures of all the leaking hardware were sent to Precision weeks in advance of the appointment, but the plumber still arrived unable to fix all but one sink/faucet. The faucet that was fixed now has mismatching handles, with the hot water side pointing up to the two o'clock position (see attached photo).

This fix cost me $185 with a promise to return (probably at my expense) to finish the job. The gas pipe quote was supposed to be emailed to me following the job, but it has been four days and I still have yet to receive any follow-up from Precision excepting my invoice (which was paid at the time of the appointment).

UPDATE: Precision came out to the home free-of-charge and fixed the handle. They also provided quotes for the remainder of the labor within 40 minutes of the appointment. I commend them for their efforts at service recovery - they offered no arguments, were empathetic and apologetic.

Precision Plumbing has been my plumbing service for 30 years. They have always done a professional, fairly priced job. My recent plumbing repair was to completely replace drain traps. Kade did a great job at getting necessary parts and doing the job. Cleaned up my bathroom floor and counter tops. I'm very happy with the job done!! They're the best.

Michael from Precision Plumbing arrived promptly and replaced the fill valve in the toilet which appeared to fix the problem. But after he left, it started running again. He immediately returned (for no extra charge) and also replaced the seat assembly. All seems to be in working order now. We're very happy with our experience with Precision Plumbing!
