Never used these guys before but was desperate to correct a backing up floor drain at a house my daughter rents. They showed up when they said they would, Phil was really terrific. Knowledgeable and very nice, worked fast and cleaned up great. Even though Phil must have had a long day under his belt before he showed up at 7pm for our job, he was friendly and quick with a smile. Will definitely use these guys again. Surprisingly fair prices for emergency work.

Called 7 local plumbers on a Sunday and Emergency Drain and Plumbing quoted the best price and were available next day for a main sewer line clean out/deroot job (wasn't an emergency so scheduled for Mon). Jeremy arrived early and got the job done efficiently and at the quoted price. He was also able to answer some questions I had about venting. Will recommend and they'll be my first call for anything plumbing going forward.

Came home from work to 1.5" of standing water in my basement that was rising quick.

I called for help, and Max was at the house in less than 30 mins. He found the clog within 15 mins of getting here and instantly got the water to drain after pulling some pretty giant root chunks out. You saved my bacon Max! Thank you again for such fast service!

Great company! They came out the same day we called to snake out our kitchen drain due to a blockage. Price was very reasonable. Andrew great about explaining everything. Will definitely be using them again for all future plumbing issues.

A sink in an upstairs bathroom needed to have the trap replaced and drain snaked out. Fry and Andrew did a terrific job and the cost was very reasonable. Very pleased with the work.

Andrew and John came out because I had a blocked main line that was backing up into my basement regularly.

They came out on time and got right to work with the water jet. They kept me informed of what was going on and explained the details of what they were seeing and what they would recommend going forward.

2 hours later and my line is clear and I feel like I was well taken care of. I appreciated the guys hard work and coming out so quickly.

I'm a long-time (10 years!), loyal customer who wishes I could give Brent and the whole team at Emergency Drain and Plumbing 10 stars! They are the kindest, most dedicated, professional plumbers. I've used them for smaller jobs like a dripping faucet to bigger jobs like installing a new sewer line. No matter the task, they offer great counsel on my options and excellent service. I just had Fry here to fix a toilet. Even though I said it was OK if I need a new toilet, he said I didn't need it and recommended a less expensive fix. They are real people who see you as real people, not just a customer. All of them are the best — the receptionists like Kindra, every single plumber who has come to my house for service and, Brent, the owner. I just can't recommend them enough.

Disappointed in both the service and the follow-up by the owners.

I had two minor repairs done, a slow sink drain (replacing the stopper) and replacing a broken tub stopper. The service techs had to go to the store to get parts, and instead of replacing the stoppers with equivalent replacements, they got "whatever they had" and got completely different products.

The sink stopper (a standard lever you pull up) was replaced by a push-button stopper that completely bypasses the pull on the back of the sink, which is more than 2x the size of a normal stopper, and looks ridiculous in our small sink.

The tub was also a standard tub lever, and was replaced by one that is just a loose plug on the bottom of the tub and needs to be spun into place, leading to many accidental stops due to feet touching the drain plug.

While neither of these things are huge on their own, the fact that we were not notified or asked whether the alternative products were acceptable until AFTER they were installed is unprofessional and unacceptable. Had we been asked we would have waited and done the job after the correct products could be ordered, since neither was an emergency.

The cost of the services was also higher than we expected, not only is their hourly rate high for the industry, they also charge more for certain services just because they can. From the owner: "some services are just 'worth' more than the hourly rate, so it's $400 to replace a tub stopper even if it only took 30 minutes".

We spoke with the owner about our dissatisfaction with the installed products. He doubled down on the tech's decision, stating that "the tech has no way of knowing what AESTHETIC choices are important to us as a client, so they just did their best." I would have understood that if they called and got approval, but they did not. He grudgingly agreed that they should have called for approval, and offered to install actual replacements of what they removed for free as long as WE paid for them.

I'm sorry but that's not good enough. They made a mistake installing unwanted and unapproved products, and we had to pay for them. These items are cheap, and would have cost the company comparatively very little to cover the cost, but instead they doubled down, even having the nerve to say that the tech UNDERcharged us, and that it should have been more. That level of nickel and diming, combined with their unwillingness to accept that their employees made a mistake and being unwilling to make it right makes me feel the need to warn potential clients of what they're capable of, especially given their high reputation online.

I've had to call Emergency Drain & Plumbing out twice and Chris has been so professional and helpful in tackling some of the issues in my house. He's been kind enough to explain the process, any potential pitfalls and advise on next steps. And I really appreciate that they've been able to squeeze me into the schedule FAST. I highly recommend and continue to call them for all my plumbing needs!

I'm a repeat customer of Emergency Drain and Plumbing and they are always my first call whenever I'm experiencing any sort of plumbing issue. The customer service is always top notch, the work is impeccable, and the pricing is fair. Fry came out today to unhook my gas dryer and will be returning in a few days to hook up my new gas dryer. He was quick, professional, tidy, and graciously answered my many questions. He even suggested making a small upgrade to my gas line which I very much appreciated. Finding honest and reliable folks to help make improvements to your home can be tricky these days which is why I'm so glad I can trust plumbers like Fry at Emergency Drain and Plumbing.
