We had a good experience overall. Our technician Eric was efficient and got the job done that we requested. Before he started the work, though, he said he needed to do a "safety inspection" of the house, which took almost an hour; he shared some interesting additional work we could do, but nothing that was urgent or was anything we had asked for. Once he got to the job at hand, though, it went quickly and efficiently. The price seemed a bit high, but the manager at Hoover worked with us to bring the price down afterwards, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a good experience!

We continue to be Highly Satisfied customers of Hoover! Sean performed a complete electrical inspection of our home, available through our annual home warranty program with them, then he explained everything that he checked, made recommendations of what can be improved/updated and helped me prioritize what we should first address. He was so patient and kind in dealing with a senior, who is just learning the ins and outs of necessary home maintenance!

The staff with Hover is always very nice and accommodating. This visit was no different. Brendan answered all questions and made sure I understood the repair process. I should have posted a review from the plumbing service I received in August 2025.

D was awesome! What a hard worker! We did not expect our furnace to go out during the coldest part of winter. Dee and team got it done! He explained everything simply and showed us all the work done. Showed us how to change the filter (hands on). He went over the humidifier, where the lines go, on/off etc. Explained how the model of furnace we choose works and sounds (and he was spot on!). Told us we would get a call to set up inspection date and time (we did). D was very thorough, super friendly, polite, and a super worker! Great job! Highly recommend D and Hoover!

My experience with Eric and Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was excellent. He addressed the necessary repairs and completed a thorough safety inspection that was included with the service call. While there are a few additional items that need attention, there was no pressure to have them fixed immediately since they were not major safety concerns. Eric Wedin was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be having them return and would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

John is the best out there when it comes to boilers. He’s so knowledgeable in all aspects of the equipment. He brought my old boiler back to life right before the holidays. He’s also very respectful of my property. He’s extremely professional, insightful, prompt, answers every question meticulously, educated me on the boiler health; and just knows what he’s talking about and his business. I highly recommend him and Hoover!

1st time homeowners. Gage came out and took a look at our problem spots, then checked our whole house to make sure we were safe before he left. Answered all our questions and gave us lots of info we wouldn’t even think to ask. All the Hoover guys we’ve met have been friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of the home and occupants, and did the job well. Would never think of hiring another company! My experience with Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating Cooling went better than expected. It started with the person who scheduled my appointment to the technician who came out.

Not only was Taylen Abbott polite, personable, and considerate but he was very knowledgeable. He provided so much knowledge and education on the care of my furnace. He was also open to answering any questions and concerns I had.

First time using Hoover and I was very impressed! Chris answered my questions and explained to me what the company had to offer. He was very polite and made sure I understood what the job entailed. A family member recommended Hoover based on his experience and I am glad he did.

Ryan did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was extremely thorough, took the time to walk me through the system in detail, and explained every option available in a clear, straightforward way. I never felt rushed or talked down to. He answered every question, helped me understand the pros and cons of each option, and ultimately guided me toward the best path forward based on my needs. It’s rare to work with a technician who combines technical expertise with great communication and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Ryan and would be happy to work with him again.

Called to have a bathroom vent fan replaced. Aron arrived to do the replacement and house electrical inspection. I had another electrical company do work for me two weeks earlier and it was discovered that the work that was done didn’t come close to code. Aron explained what needed to be done to bring everything to code and correctly and at a very reasonable price. Aron called in for help and Marq and Austin arrived and began the work. All three men were very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. They were very thorough in making sure the job was done right. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that puts customer satisfaction first. I highly recommend Hoover for all your electrical needs.

Jared was great to work with! Very friendly and professional. Came in, looked over all of our set ups, offered some quotes for some much needed work we will have to address in the future, and quickly knocked out what I had originally requested service for. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors as we were his last appointment with Hoover.

We had a gushing boiler leak and we called Hoover pretty early in the morning. Mackenzie picked up right away and she was so professional and completely understood the urgency. It immediately put us at ease. We were so surprised and happy that someone was there for emergencies. They sent someone very quickly who said he wasn’t the boiler expert, but he could patch it up so it stops leaking until David Dunlap arrived. David arrived shortly after and fixed it completely and got us the part we needed. The whole fix was completed by the very next day. We were very impressed with his professionalism, speed, and effectiveness. On another occasion, David found the source of an attic leak and we were then able to show our contractor where to fix it since it was not in an area that Hoover services. I have many more examples, too many to list. David consistently goes above and beyond and has basically become a hero in this household. From their impeccable notes to their front-desk professionals, Hoover is a class act. They honor their warranties and I suggest signing up for their VIP service, especially if you live in an older home.

John was very perfessional and personable. He went over what he was going to do and offered services that Hoover provides to fix my overall issue. John even took the time to meet my dog, so she would be relaxed with a stranger in our house. John is a true asset to your company.

OMG! Best experience ever from a service company!!
Dustin & Rhyan worked hard day 1 to access my drain in the basement under our foundation! Day 2 they were back with Dominic & Michael to finish the repair & put my floor back together. They stayed well into the evening to finish the job.

I enjoyed my experience and it was an extremely reasonable price even on the weekend compared to 3 other companies that i called. Luckily it was an easy fix! Very nice and knowledgeable employee. He even took the time to explain it to me. The price at times can come to a bit of a shock but this is how much plumbers get paid, plus material, plus company profit! Overall if i had any issues i would call them again!

Our experience today was wonderful! We had Kyle come out very quickly to address a burst water pipe in our kitchen wall. He was able to locate and fix the pipe to be our water back on within a very short amount of time. He was honest and very personable and I would definitely use him again in the future, but hopefully not! He also gave us advice on moving forward with things and gave us a reliable recommendation who we also would use in the future. Thanks Kyle!

I always get excellent service when I call Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating & Cooling! Today Cameron was the technician that was assigned to the repair of my furnace. He did a complete checkup of the furnace and diagnosed the problem. He also went and got a new part that was covered under warranty, came back and replaced the part . Then ran another complete checkup to make sure everything was running smoothly and up to snuff! I am very happy with everything today!

I highly recommend this company for all of your needs. I have used them for all my Electrical, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, issue's. I am very happy with everything! And it's so convenient to be able to call just one company for all my needs!

Dee installed a new furnace and water heater. I was surprised at the professional job he and his assistant did. He made sure the job was done right giving me many extras with no cost. He went over everything to make sure I understand and was satisfied with everything. He even went as far as explaining about some plumbing issues I should look into. I am extremely grateful for the job he did as a Hoover professional. He sure proved his professionalism to me leaving the areas he worked on cleaner than when he started. Hoover is a great family company. Everyone has a great attitude.
