Andrew L. did a great job unclogging the basement drain. He was very professional and took the time to explain the maze of pipes under the house, what the potential problem might be at its least and at its most so there were no surprises. (Fortunately, it was the least). Andrew was easy to ask questions to and answered everything in terms I could understand. He was also very polite and respectful of any personal property, making sure it was covered in the event of splatter. Finally, he gave us maintenance tips to help keep the drain/pipe clearer. All in all, it seemed that Andrew likes what he's doing and is great at customer service.

We needed installation help and used your services twice this month. Both times Jeremy did an awesome job! He's very organized, smart, and pays attention to details. We were impressed at his honesty and how well he continually made an effort to keep us informed of his progress! He is very efficient and a great communicator. We highly recommend him!

Emergency Drain came out and did an awesome job. Andrew and Fry were super professional and friendly. They did a Picote pipe treatment and even showed us the before and after video — huge difference. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate us when the water department was really difficult to deal with while always having a positive attitude. Chris, while being very personable, provided excellent service and exceeded expectations to help with scheduling difficulties from the water department. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Emergency Drain and Plumbing has taken care of us twice and done a really good job each time. Andrew & Chris were over and spent extra time to keep everything contained so we didn't have any extra clean up work. They helped us get past a difficult situation and we're very pleased with their work.

Our technician, Guy, was fantastic—nice, friendly, and very respectful. He even wore shoe covers when he entered the house, which I really appreciated. My kitchen sink was completely clogged, and he showed up first thing in the morning, right on time. Not only did he get the sink working again, but he also made sure the pipes were thoroughly cleaned. Very professional service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Our pipe was clogged on Sunday and Andrew came here quickly and found out we had a lot of build up in the pipe. We decided to go with hydro jet. Fry and Jordan came to house today on time, were very friendly, worked efficiently and left everything clean. Highly recommend their service.

Recently, we availed the services of EDAP & they were fast and even gave the option of same day visit by the plumber. Our front yard & basement were getting flooded due to a service line bust and the owner, Brent, arrived promptly & identified the cause. He worked swiftly with the city & got us an amazing crew - Andrew & Bryan who were professional, knowledgeable & courteous! They completed a massive job in a day and we highly recommend them. ER plumbing is amazing! We had a leaking galvanized valve in our basement plumbing. They had someone out to our house with in 1 hour of calling on a Saturday night. The technician went right to work and was done in less then 1 hour. Problem fixed! So thankful! Before and after pics attached. Highly recommend to everyone!

Even while handling a difficult job, he made it a point to keep me informed throughout the process. He represented the company exceptionally well and demonstrated a business-owner mindset that truly sets him apart.

I appreciated that the pricing was provided upfront during the appointment, with no hidden fees or surprises—something that is unfortunately rare these days.

My situation involved a clogged sewer line, with standing water in the basement over the weekend. After unsuccessfully trying to clear it myself with rented equipment, I called for emergency service around 8:00 AM on Tuesday. Guy arrived by 10:30 AM and resolved the issue efficiently. He was professional, respectful of my property, and considerate of me personally. This was especially meaningful, as I’ve previously had a negative experience with another large company in the area where the plumber behaved unprofessionally and made me feel discriminated against. Guy, by contrast, went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

One detail that stood out was his care in protecting my home. He used a painter’s rug to cover my hardwood floors while moving through the area—a level of attention I’ve never seen from other plumbers. It left a lasting impression.

The entire issue was resolved within about an hour and a half, and the pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call. I highly recommend this company, and I will absolutely use their services again for future rental property projects.

I am very happy with the service. My kitchen faucet stopped working. Within 1.5 hours of calling this company, Fry and Jordan were at my house. I know that's not always the norm, but for a first time customer, I was ecstatic! Fry and Jordan were friendly and helpful and were able to change my touch less faucet to manual mode (everything I did to try and do it didn't work) and they will be back out tomorrow to replace the faucet (which was also leaking so definitely needs replacing). Very happy for this referral and would recommend them for any plumbing needs!

From Guy and Andrew coming on emergency weekend calls to Fry and Jordan following up on the recommended service and busting their butts to clean roots deep in our main. Don’t use this company!

I needed a drain cleared which they did and asked the tech simply how much $ it would cost to replace a faucet. The technician told me he could take a look and I explained I didn’t need it done that day. He said he would just “see if it was a filter.” At this time my water was running fine and actually there was no drip. The technician turned off my valve in the basement , told me it had to be replaced maybe at a later time, and left . The next morning I try to turn on my hot water and it barely comes out and never gets hot. I immediately call the place back and ask if they can restore the functionality I had before the tech touched anything that I didn’t even ask him to touch. I just wanted to the same functionality I had before . I was met with , you need a new shutoff valve and nothing they can do. The owner wouldn’t even let me speak, and hung up on me. I would not hire these people again.

Fry and Eric were super professional. They came in and immediately assessed the situation and cleared up our problem. They were helpful, honest and very patient answering questions. Definitely will recommend!

On initial visit for drain backup symptoms, Andrew worked hard to investigate and triage, exposing a deteriorating connection in addition to the backup. Clearly explained options. In follow up service (after septic tank vacuuming), Anthony and Jordan provided exceptional professional experience, resolving all issues with the least invasive measures necessary and taking great care to protect my property as they worked through a cleanout in family room. They thoroughly answered all of my questions, reviewed camera footage with me, and provided clear recommendations for future service. Everyone I’ve talked with at ED&P has been pleasant and clear, including a manager. Pricing seems very reasonable, and services rendered match the needs rather than maximizing profit.

We had a sewer line backup caused by tree roots, and this company did an excellent job helping us resolve the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed hydro jetting, and excavated and replaced the damaged clay pipe with PVC.

The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. What really stood out was that they came back afterward to make sure everything was flowing properly.
