David did an excellent job. I waited several weeks so that I didn't make a hasty review. He came to do our free HVAC inspection that we get with our annual service and he was very thorough and informative.

I hired Hoover for a very expensive plumbing project in my home to replace all the original cast iron with pvc. I had issues with every person I dealt with at this company.

First, the person who came over to give me an estimate. He quoted me for 50 feet and they ended up using almost 100, so about double the estimate. They only charged for 75' though. Thanks, I guess?

Second, the plumbers who came over. They were much younger than the plumber who came to give the estimate. I put down an old doormat to protect my wood floor from the dirt and they removed it and were walking on the bare hardwood. They didn't put any protection of their own down except on the carpet. Their reasoning was they didn't want to ruin the mat I laid down but somehow thought walking on the hardwood with their dirty, muddy boots was better. They didn't put any protection on the walls either or clean up after so now I still have cement on my finished walls.

Lastly, whoever was texting me on the phone from their office. Since this company was unwilling to accept a wire I had to split up this job across multiple credit cards. One of my cards got locked since I was using it so much and maxed it out. I told them it would be a couple weeks before it's unlocked and there was nothing I could do except send a wire, which they didn't want to accept. They couldn't wait and called me back before my card was unlocked. I told them to charge half of the remaining balance on a different card. They immediately charged the full balance remaining on my account, not half like I told them, and it put my credit card over the limit.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. The plumbers are nice people and I enjoyed talking with them. I even bought them dinner for staying overtime to finish the job but I won't be using this company in the future and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Hoover is great, my husband and I bought our 1st home in 2021 and we learned pretty quickly when you own a home just about anything could happen. We recently had Kyle G. Come over to give us an estimate on a plumbing project! Super knowledgeable man and very kind! All of the technicians I’ve worked with Hoover over the past 5 years have been exceptional!

My range would trip the 220 50amp breaker recently. Since the stove was around 20 years old I thought it was broken and purchased a new stove. First time using it to preheat the oven, the circuit tripped. Now I figured out there was a problem between the circuit breaker and the stove plug connection. Since all that was old as well I decided to call Hoover Electric for professional electrical diagnosis and service. Great service technician, super nice, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even offer some good suggestions for the future. I am very impressed with the quality of service, the parts installed, prompt next day service, keep me informed every step of the way. The tech Dalton was just totally awesome in every way. I highly recommend Hoover Electric for your service needs.

Brandon performed an Electric evaluation for us. He was very professional, informative and polite. He covered all of our questions and gave good advice. Now we have all the information and estimates to help us move forward in our home improvements and piece of mind about the safety of our home.

Hoover has always done great work. Very efficient, and they are good at explaining how a problem occurred and what they did to repair it. David Dunlap was very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is also prompt and courteous whenever I call. Definitely recommend.
Additionally, in October I had Cameron Kitchen and Dee Algahmi out to repair several gas leaks as well as a new gas line to my dryer. They were very thorough in explaining the work being done as well as professional and prompt. Great job, once again!

Chris was personable and engaging. He fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Gave us recommendations as far as upkeep with our furnace and Hot water tank. Also recommended the membership, which I am so happy we purchased. His customer service was exceptional. So much so my husband asked for his card specifically, so that next time we are in need we can request him.

What started out as a request to unclog a toilet became a leak repair and drain inspection, cleaning and jetting out with “The Raptor.” It was something I hadn’t planned, but decided after the first guys came out, to add the secondary services. One unplanned service was to reroute the sink drain to avoid an original pipe that was buried in a wall to a new branch that was added to the drain stack in the basement.

Cameron was great. He was honest and efficient. He went through everything that he did and explained how the vip membership may be a good idea for us. Glad we made the call for them to come out! We will definitely be taking advantage of the vip membership and using them for future service calls!

Taylen was so far better than exceptional?
He was a master of his field. He explained all of my units functions, along with tips in maintaining my furnace. He also offered little nuggets of wisdom on the upkeep and maintenance of my furnace. I feel I’m well versed in the functionality of my unit, however Taylen educated me on a number of items I never knew. Please make sure Taylen is assigned to all my HVAC calls.

Blake came out and did a furnace tune-up for me. I really wanted my house humidifier to work and he was able to get that going. He was friendly and thorough and took the time to teach me a few maintenance tips that will keep my furnace and humidifier running efficiently. I'd give him and Hoover 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend them both.

Matthew J snaked our drain and was absolutely fantastic! Was quick, polite, professional, very friendly, and the price was more than fair! Great experience!

Tristan from Hoover Electric was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the electrical issues I was having in my home. He was able to correct the issues that I had and also did a safety inspection of the electrical panel. I will be making a future appointment with Hoover Electric to address updating my system. I will be requesting Tristan for any additional appointments!

I most definitely would consider Hoover electric plumbing heating and cooling! These guys were so nice and concerned with my every thought and concern! Chris came in the morning to give it a diagnosis and Brennon and his partner were just as nice! If I could give them all more than five stars, I most definitely would! This a fast and complete company that will get you done and I’m smelling bleach so they cleaned my laundry room to a T after they installed my hot water tank! What great guys! I’m so glad this company has some wonderful guys working for them. I could not have been more comfortable and at ease with them in my home. Great job guys. I really appreciate all three of you.

We had a great experience with our plumbing inspection today with Hoover. Justin was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything he found, and explained what was an issue and what wasn’t, so I fully understood the situation and felt comfortable moving forward. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Justin and the Hoover team!

Both my technicians were extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond with helpful suggestions and kept me well informed throughout the process. Very professional service throughout from the phone call to the completion. Highly recommend Hoover Electric for electrical and plumbing services.

Gage was very knowledgeable. He found and repaired our electrical issue to our hot water tank very quickly. He explained the cause of the problem and took care of it. Very pleased with the service.

I had them out, and although the blockage took a more extensive job to remove, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the plumbers. They explained my options and didn't push me to go for the most expensive option first. We worked our way up, and although my sewer blockage was nasty, they got it as quickly as possible without delays. The office staff was invaluable, and the price was satisfactory. Higher than I wanted but lower than expected. This is the first plumber I would recommend without hesitation.

Aaron was a super great guy. The woman that answered the phone was even better. I told her my problem and she was able to get Aaron over here within the hour. Aaron was super professional and very willing to answer all of my questions. Very appreciative once again!!!

Byron did our plumbing inspection. He was amazing, thorough, kind, and conscientious. Would highly recommend Hoover and all of its technicians based on the experiences we have had with the company.
