The technicians were able to come within an hour of the time I called and they fixed my kitchen sink drain quickly. They were friendly and very helpful.

Thank you Precision Plumbing (again)! Our kitchen sink wasn't draining and progressively worsened to the point where it backed up when the dishwasher was running. I called Precision and they scheduled me for the same day. Michael was able to unclog the drain pipe which was coated with black sludge. They are always prompt, professional, and affordable. We've used Precision for all of our plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

Had a complicated main water line valve replacement requiring multiple visits from Bloomfield Township to turn the main line on and off. Zack and his partner worked tirelessly all day until the water was restored at 7 pm. As always a spectacular performance by Precision Plumbing. Been a customer for over 25 years. Absolutely the best in the business!

Mike at Precision Plumbing was highly technical and knowledgeable. He came on time and conducted a sewer camera screening. Went above and beyond to check other areas within the home (at no charge) and provided his expertise on how to remediate them ASAP or in the future. I called him afterwards and he called back promptly to explain some additional questions that I hadn't thought off in our first discussion. He answered all my questions and ensured that if additional questions or concerns come up, to PLEASE FEEL FREE and Call.
In addition, the appointment was scheduled within a day to meet customer needs. The scheduler was able to shift appointments around in order to meet our schedules.

I needed a faulty gas line valve replaced after Consumer Energy confirmed a small leak in the basement of my home. I called at 9am, and 2 plumbers showed up less than 2 hours later. 20 mins later has my water heater working again. They were very polite. Great service, guys!

No selling at all- It’s rare to find a company nowadays that aren’t gouging. From what I understand, the owner is full of character and integrity so I’ll only need Precision Plumbing on my phone.

Kade and Brendan were excellent — polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very respectful of my home, including wearing shoe covers the entire time. There are a lot of wirr that are involved in backup sump pump installation. The previous owners install was a complete mess. I appreciate they took the time to make it a little cleaner so the wires weren't hanging everywhere as previously done.

When they ran into a small issue, they adjusted immediately and made sure everything was done correctly. They installed a new sump pump with a backup system and a new check valve, tested it multiple times at my request, and everything works perfectly.

Brent, the owner, is fantastic along with his employees. He is reasonably priced and is incredibly ethical. I had an emergency on Sunday, a gas leak that forced my service to shut off, and their on call plumber was able to repair the leak.

Our plumber, Bry, today repaired our sprinkler system and explained the reason why the valve has been freezing during the winter. He was ontime, efficient and knowledgeable.

We had Chris out for a clogged bathroom sink and not only did he arrive in the scheduled time frame, but he was very nice as well! He helped answer any questions and was honest and very helpful! This is the second time we have used this company. I called them at 8:O0 AM and by 10:AM Technician Andrew was here. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem with our toilet and shower in about an hour, he also cleaned up and gave us advice on things we can do to keep our drains running clear, all at a fair price. I've used emergency drain & plumbing several times over the years and I've always been incredibly satisfied with the work ethic, completion of work & fair prices. I've had them replace entire sewer mains to just snaking drains. This recent experience with their service technician Fry, was another great experience. He was on time, explained what he was doing and made recommendations for the future.
