I always first judge the contact person when I call for service! Shelly made my search short as she was a wealth of information and very sweet! I was able to get my water heater installed with efficiency and quality. The installer was very nice so my experience was great from first contact to install end. Thank you and I will use you again.

To say that we were happy with our service, would be an understatement! We had a Hot Water Tank replacement scheduled with another plumber, who cancelled on us last minute. (We had already been without hot water for 5 days at that point because of this plumber) Paul C Scott Plumbing might not have been our first call, but they are now! Leyla took my frantic call and she & Christine got us on the schedule that very same day! Tony Dziengel was the first to arrive, followed by Earl Miller & Brian Scott. They were fast, efficient and went way above & beyond. Every single person we spoke to was polite & friendly, their work, rates and service were top notch! Passed our city permit inspections with flying colors too! Great job team! You are our go-to plumbers for sure!

This company was the best. When I had a problem, they were able to come out within 24 hrs and diagnose it. Once diagnosed, they were able to get the permits and equipment to fix it within a few days. The crew were very pleasant, professional and worked quickly. They completed the work as described and left the property in excellent condition. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They answered on the first ring, showed up thirty minutes later, and had it flowing again by lunch. No drama, no upcharge. If you want the job done right, they're your first call.

Steve did a great job replacing my sump pump. Took the time to give estimates for future projects and explained reasons for the costs.

Terrible plumbing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Communication was poor from the start. I had water coming up into my room, and the plumber they sent actually threw water on my floor twice during the visit. He didn’t even attempt to properly test the system—no effort to fill the tub or identify the clog.

When I asked about cabling the line, he hesitated and said, “It’s draining fine—I don’t know if you want me to pry open your drain cap.” That was a huge red flag. A real plumber wouldn’t hesitate over something that basic.

Later, I had a different plumber come out. He filled the tub, used a cable, cleared the blockage, and charged me $215. Meanwhile, this company wanted to charge over $500 to come back out—after already charging me $200+ for a 16-minute visit where they did very little.

On top of that, the vice president was rude and dismissive. Instead of hearing me out, he defended their lack of effort by saying, “Well, our guy was willing to cable it.” That’s just not true—and the hesitation about opening the cap proves it.

It’s not about the cost. It’s about the lack of care, the wasted time, and the way they treated my home. That tells me everything I need to know about how this company values its customers.

Reply- I’m not interested in calling back. I spoke with a manager directly, and that call is the main reason I’m leaving this review. The way the conversation went was disappointing and unprofessional.

The plumber who came out didn’t explain what needed to be done to actually fix the problem. A little communication could have saved a lot of confusion and unnecessary cost.

When I called the office, the person at the front desk said the managers were great at resolving issues and were the best people they’d ever worked for. But when I asked about my situation, they got nervous and admitted they’d only worked there for seven months. That’s not a big deal, but it didn’t feel honest.

I want to be clear — I wasn’t pleased, but I wasn’t rude. Unlike the manager, I kept things professional and calm. Still, the way I was spoken to was unacceptable and left a bad impression.

At this point, I’m not looking for a refund — I just want to say: do better. Don’t be rude to people, especially when you’re a manager and supposed to set an example of leadership.

In the end, I found another plumber who was fair, kind, and took the time to explain everything properly. This experience was frustrating, but it helped me find someone much better. People there’s better plumbers

We had a great experience with Steve. He was professional, efficient, friendly and a good communicator. He replaced a shower valve and helped with a toilet. Very satisfied with work.

It is a good morning now because of the Paul Scott plumbing team of friendly and efficient people! They responded to our call early today so quickly, and soon the replacement water heater will be ready to go. Once again I am happy and grateful for their support!

Went to my house to fix a gas leak. I said call me with a estimate, technician got there checked for leaks , couldn't f8nd until tenant smelled in furnace area. They charged over 600 without fixing anything just using a tool to sniff for gas...what a ripoff company.

Paul Scott Plumbing built my house 25 years ago and has maintained it consistently on an as needed basis. I have never been disappointed with the service I received.

Brandon and Josh replaced my sink, garbage disposal and faucet this morning. They did excellent work, were respectful of my property and polite. We will use them again!

I called Paul C Scott to look at a leaky pipe in the kitchen of my rental house. They were prompt but the tenants said the plumber only spent a half hour at the house. The plumber said the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced but he couldnt do it that night and said they could use the dishwasher. Upon using the dishwasher, the water started flooding the kitchen and water leaking into the basement. I had no choice but to call a plumber who was available and who ultimately fixed the problem that night. I paid paul c scott $189 (for the service cal and for tightening) instead of $320 because they never fixed the problem. Fast forward..they had an attorney send me a letter threatening me with a lein if I didnt pay the balance of $126 even though they never finished the repair. I will never use their services again see pics where water leaked from the upstairs through the basement rafters and onto the basement floor.

Brandon was super helpful! He explained everything he was doing in detail and gave advice to help our garbage disposal in the future. I would definitely recommend this company for any future plumbing needs!
