on the phone was rude. When asking for a Reach in cooler supplier we are in Ohio. They said to far I said OK I come to pick Really looking for 2 /4 doors or reaching cooler , than she Said We not accepting new customers So you guys don’t wanna make money? Why you in business?

Front counter guys were amazing! Plus being open on a Saturday. Had the exact part I needed. New location is pretty nice as well!

Jake at Young Supply was very helpful to me. The customer service was way better than I expected. I highly recommend this company!

Whoever drives that white truck should never be allowed to drive ever again. He was going around, flashing his brights and brake checking people because they were going too slow for him I suppose. Horrible representation for your company. What a crybaby!!

Whoever drives the white truck I believe number 054, they drive like an absolute maniac. He blew through a yield sign to merge into traffic and caused me and the cars behind me with the right of way to slam our brakes. He was in such a rush that he was swerving around on the highway cutting around cars in traffic. Lucky other people made way otherwise he could have been in or caused an accident. Driving like that in a company vehicle doesn’t seem to reflect very well on the company.

Adam was fabulous! He gave us three different quotes for our issue and walked me through each option. He was also very efficient in the installation of the motor. Thanks again for the awesome work!

Called on a Friday afternoon. When other businesses could not get help out to my home until Monday they came before 4:30 that same day. The technicians that came out did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my 25 year old furnace and we ultimately decided to have it replaced with a whole new unit. They laid out several options for us to choose from. Our new furnace will be installed on Monday morning. They even offered portable heaters to keep our house livable while we waited for the new furnace to be installed.

We were in a difficult situation and needed quick support. We contacted Lake Michigan heating and cooling and they responded Immediately. Not only were they at the house within 30 minutes, but they were able to install a heating unit that same day great customer service and wonderful people.

Dan came out and was very knowledgeable and personal. This being the first purchase of its kind we had many questions and he made us feel at ease with our purchase choices. I would absolutely recommend this company.

The tech were very nice, explained what needed to be addressed with my furnace. Hooked up a temporary fix to keep the door on.

This company is friendly, efficient, and Eli was the best technician for us! He gave us options, discussed each one and the outcomes, and was able to do the work same day. Will highly recommend this company, and Eli, every time someone asks about HVAC needs. We plan on scheduling with this company in the future for our heating and boiler tune ups, and will request Eli to be our tech.

After calling several businesses for same day service, they were the only ones able to come and fix our ac unit. It's 26 years old, so it's just a bandaid, but atleast we won't be suffering in this heat. Very grateful for their quick and friendly service!
