I can’t say enough about my experience with Lake Michigan Plumbing. We were having an issue with our hot water heater. When I reached out to them to discuss the issue it was already Friday afternoon. The person who took my call was extremely nice and professional. To my surprise they had someone at my house within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. It turned out that we needed a new unit. Again I was shocked when they were able to immediately do the install. They worked until nearly 7pm on a Friday night to complete the work. Our Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I truly feel that the level of service we received from start to finish is not common these days. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Great professionals. Daniel was great on Thanksgiving when I had no hot water. Then again less than a week later when my heat went out. Daniel was back again fixing that. True professional.

Highly regret using them to put in a new boiler that they recommended a few years ago. I have problems every year and have spent thousands keeping it working. Technicians are great but ownership lacks responsibility for faulty systems and incorrect installations. Sadly, at the same time I did our home, I also put a new boiler system in at my rental property and have had many of the same issues. At one point we started having issues with snow clogging the air intake that they recommended being installed on the outside of the house and it was taxing the system. Come to find out, it was installed incorrectly and they had to come fix it after it already took a toll on the boiler system which I'm sure has led to more issues.
I do not recommend their services. Their technicians are very friendly but products are a money pit.

My 15 yr old water heater needed to be replaced. I had previously used LMHCP for furnace and water heater issues. Calling near the end of the day Mon, I easily scheduled a service call for the next day.. Daniel and Ryan were on time, friendly and professional. Daniel explained replacement options and costs. They were able to install a new hot water heater that same afternoon. I am very pleased with the quality of their service, and recommend this company! I will use them again.

Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy on-line. Lake Michigan HCP communications to me around the service time were good. Eli was able to give me a quote that was easy to understand and reasonable. He performed the work quickly and well, and was respectful of my home.

Lake Michigan Heating Cooling, and Plumbing are thorough professionals who have top shelf tools, do detailed analysis, and install the best equipment, finding old problems and making them right. They work hard to answer questions and Daniel has built a great team there. I highly recommend them!

Our heat was not coming on at all so we called Lake Mich. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan M; he got our heat up and running in no time! Plus he was so kind and human! 20/10 customer service for sure! They'll get you the best bang for your buck and make sure you are good to go. You've gained another customer for life!! Eli did a great job clearing our slow draining sink. I appreciated his timeliness, efficient (except having to run out for parts) and communicated well keeping me posted on progress. The price was big higher than I thought it would be but then all things are getting more expensive. I also liked the main office keeping me informed in the overall process. And, overall , I’m pleased with the company and the job performed.

We came home late on a Tuesday night and found our basement with standing water next to our hot water heater. Called the next morning and the individual I spoke to was kind and empathetic to our situation and changed around a few appointments to make sure someone could be out that morning to see if we needed to replace the unit or be able to repair it. They arrived just a few hours later and Erik and Connor were friendly and professional. They explained we needed to replace the unit and gave a handful of options we could choose from. I appreciate them coming out so quickly and while we weren’t anticipating needing to replace the unit we’re are satisfied with the work they did and would recommend our friends and family to them for their repair/ replacement needs.

We had two completely different plumbing jobs performed today. Eli and Caleb did a great job, with a keen eye on detail. Love the new faucet!

Dylan and Eli were a delight to have in our home. They were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They got our bathroom up and running in no time! I highly recommend! The office staff was also very kind and helpful when it came to scheduling.

I called Lake Michigan Heating and Cooling after I had discovered a water leak in the crawl space down in my basement and they sent Daniel and Dillon out to take care of the issue the same day and they were very reasonable priced. They both were very professional and Daniel took the time to explain all the options for me rolling forward for other plumbing issues I have that need to be taken care of in the future. Amazing customer service today via phone to both Krissy and Sarah. Both ladies were kind hearted and provided me with up to date information on when my techs would be coming to my house to work on my furnace. When the techs arrived today they were friendly and helpful. This is a good team!

Danial was very knowledgeable and got to problem quickly. Explained everything as to what caused the problem. Response was very quick and put me at ease. I would highly recommend Lake Michigan Heating and Cooling for any issues with your HVAC system. Service is outstanding!

I reached out for a furnace tune up and quote for whole home humidifier. Sarah was great to speak with on scheduling and Austin came to our house to perform the work and was prompt, professional, and thorough. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. We are so happy with the service we received and are now loyal customers for life!

I woke up with no heat this morning. I called this place because they had good reviews and they service the brand of furnace I have. I was not disappointed. The repairman showed up early and diagnosed the problems. He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided an itemized quote, so I would know what my options were. After I approved the work, he got busy and fixed everything. He was very professional, answered all my questions and got everything running again. I highly recommend them.

We had water leaking from our water heater and Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was able to get David and Daryl out quickly to assess the situation. They were very efficient and got our problem resolved within hours by installing a new water heater, explained our options well and let us decide which would be best resolution. They even noticed another issue we were having in our utility room and went out of their way to show and explain that issue without it even being what they were here for. Would recommend them to anyone having any issues or needing routine maintenance. Have used LMHCP a few times for HVAC issues and am happy every time with the service.

Great experience with Lake Michigan Heating & Cooling. Obviously no one is looking forward to the day when their furnace goes out. And absolutely dreads making that call to a company you've never worked with before. With all that being said, my interaction with everyone in the company has been very promising. Signed up for the monthly maintenance after they got my furnace back up and running. From now on im taking a much more proactive stance in increasing the life of my household essentials. Thank you guys!

I'm extremely disappointed with the work that was done on our basement drain pipe. We paid over $1000 to have our drain pipe cleared and 2 months later it backed up again. It's advertised that they're open 24hrs but over the weekend I was only able to talk to the answering service telling me someone would call me back and no one ever did. We got a second opinion and was told that the drain was never in fact cleared and we were shown that in his camera. We explained this to Lake Michigan Heating and cooling and we were told we would have to be charged again for him to come and finish the work that we already paid for. If he had done the work thoroughly, there no way 2 months later roots will clog the drain entirely. Lake Michigan heating and cooling will charge yoy full price for a job that isn't completed. They'll also rip you off by charging you full price for a job they never finished. Plus their office manager is rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this business or work with them again. Good luck to anyone who does.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Friday evening (11pm) when our sink/ washing machine drains backed up and flooded the laundry room. I called Lake Michigan Heating/ Cooling/ Plumbing and they took my info, and told me they’d have someone out in the morning. Eli was the man! He came and assessed the problem, proposed two solutions, and completed the work efficiently. He was kind and proffessional, and I learned he has a band that I will enjoy listening to. Thanks Eli!
