I called a few different companies in my area and Night Owl was the only company to answer, I’m so happy they did. They are professional and friendly. They sent Kevin to clean my carpet. He was awesome. He did an amazing job on my carpet. He is very knowledgeable and does mind sharing that knowledge. I will definitely use this company again and I hope when I do I can get Kevin. He was the best.

My name is Anthony and I have to say this is by far the most wonderful locally owned company I’ve ever worked with.. skyler in the office was on point and extremely precise, Kevin who did the job was super awesome very informative and an extremely hard working with a fantastic personality and work ethic. As far as pricing they are the most honest carpet cleaning company I’ve ever hired I will never call anyone but them from now on they are a class A company. Amazing job from the first call I made! I have been trying to keep my fathers spirits up as he is battling cancer. He comes home tomorrow from his seven week treatment plan and I, last minute of course, started reaching out to carpet cleaning companies that may be able to come out same day. A lot of No’s is all I can say, but when I called Night Owl Express it was a different story! The Director of Operations, Skylar, took it upon herself to fit it in the schedule with no delay! She was very personable, professional, and quick with every response to my questions. She sent an amazing technician; John. The work itself is phenomenal, hands down cleanest I’ve seen this 30 year old carpet in the 27 years I’ve been alive! There was certainly some loops to jump through; as the house is vacant, I was at work, my father in the hospital, and the house being unprepared for a cleaning. Skylar and John took care of everything spectacularly, and more. Amazing team over at Night Owl Express. Will recommend to anybody and everybody.

Thank you to Justin taking such care with cleaning my tile, carpet and outdoor patio furniture. I was extremely happy to have my tile fixed. Due to using a mop and glow product on it. The tile had a shiny spotted area. The carpet looks great and the furniture cushions look like new. Excellent service

Our carpet is not too old (less than 2 years) but I know Night Owl will be sure to elongate the lifespan of our carpet. I plan on having them come twice a year now for cleanings. Beware of this company! Hired them for tile cleaning and they did more damage then good. Not only did my tile and grout not look much cleaner, but they left a HUGE mess after. Their products ruined my toilet and vinyl flooring. It’s also all over my doors throughout my house as well. There is residue from their cleaner everywhere and it took paint off my moldings and cabinets. Keep in mind this is just a few pictures. The owner was supposed to come Sunday to “take a look” even though i provided more then enough photos for proof but he never called or showed. I asked for a refund multiple times but they will not give one. I never leave reviews, especially negative ones but i had to in this situation.

JUSTIN did such a remarkable job of cleaning our carpeting throughout our condo, as well as a lot of furniture! We like things done well, and, boy...he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! And, we really enjoyed having him in our home! Thank you NITE OWL for still being such a top-notch carpet cleaning service. We are so grateful our daughter-in-law recommended you when we moved here!

My tech Justin was super friendly and efficient. This was my first time using them, and I will continue to call them for any cleaning I need. They contacted with me in email and texts, the quote price was what I paid. No pushy sales or anything else. They were on time and fast. A great employee and company. Carpets look great.

As a first-time customer, I'm very disappointed with their service or shall I say lack of. I called and scheduled an appt for carpet cleaning service with Night Owl almost a month ago. My appt was for today (Nov 20th) between 10am-12pm. I spent the past few days getting my home prepared for the service. I received a confirmation text the day before to confirm my appt which I did and I received another reminder text the morning of. By noon no one had arrived nor had I received a call so I begin calling them. It took me an hour and a half of continuous calling before I was finally able to get ahold of someone who was Jeff. When I spoke with Jeff he initially gave me the impression that he was unaware of my appt and then he seemed to have remembered. He informed me that he was driving and that he would have to get a hold of one of his workers to see what was going on and that he would call me back. That was at 1:30pm when I spoke with him and I did not receive a call back from him until almost 3pm. When he finally called me back he informed me that he was unsuccessful with getting a hold of his worker to find out what happened. He attempted to rectify the situation by offering to have the company come out on Monday at a discounted rate. When I refused the offer he then attempted to lower the price until he eventually offered to do it for free. Although this was a kind gesture on his behalf to try to make things right, I declined. As a first-time customer this experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Although they may have done a great job had they shown up, the level of service I received was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when I clicked on the link for my appt status, it reflected that the service had been completed which is absolutely false because no one ever showed up. Overall I was a brand new customer that booked an appt well in advance and on the day of no one ever showed up or called. In addition it took me an hour and a half to finally reach someone and when I did that person did not call me back until over an hour later. Needless to say I will never attempt to utilize their services again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. In the end I ended up contacting another company and was able to schedule a same-day appt. This other company gave me an estimate time frame of arrival and was at my home an hour later. They got the job done in an hour and did a great job. Although I was let down by Night Owl company, I was able to receive satisfactory service from another company.
