I only saw the guy in passing so I’m unsure who was working on my moms house. But she never shares her experience with business’ and had posted on Facebook how she felt about her experience. It warmed my heart and I felt I needed to give this company a 5 star review. This company has a heart of gold and made their week. On top of that, our carpet looks AMAZING. Kudos to you guys!!

This is the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use. Used it today for the first time. I came home to find my dog had "the runs" all over our great room. I needed emergency carpet cleaning on a Friday night. Night Owl came to my rescue. Bob, the owner is great and charged a VERY reasonable price. John came out and did the best job on our carpet I have ever seen. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. They treat you like family. I couldn't be happier.

The carpet throughout our house looks great. Our kitchen floor which is tile was also cleaned. The first time the floor was cleaned it was not done well but after a phone call a tech was sent out and the floor was redone. Much better job and the floor looks brand new. We will continue to use the services from Night Owl.

They came out and did flood pump out and clean up at our place after the recent flooding. We recommended them to a neighbor whose house wasn't draining and they did both. They team was courteous and professional despite ending up taking on over a dozen other jobs at the same time. They really took their time to talk us through the process and tried to help as many people as possible. I'd recommend them highly and am hoping that the final cleanup goes well.

I’ve been using Night Owl for at least 18 years. They are always reliable, on time and courteous when they clean. They do an awesome job on pet stains and were even able to get the red Gatorade stain out that was a year old. I would highly recommend them for your carpet and tile cleaning services!

I am a brand new home owner and my basement flooded. They came out for an assessment within an hour of me calling them. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and very fair in their pricing. They took care of everything very quickly and are super friendly and professional. This is the second time I have had Night Owl clean my furniture and carpet. They do an outstanding job are extremely friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend again! I will definitely use them again!

The tech they sent to do my carpet a year ago did such a good job I called them back to do it again today. They sent a different tech (Kevin) this time because the one who did it last time retired. Kevin did a terrific job... I think even better than the last time! I will be making an appointment to have him clean my grout very soon. This is my "go-to" company now for sure.

I have used Night Owl Express Carpet Cleaning & Restoration twice to clean my carpet as well as couches...and, both times they did not disappoint. Great quality of work & customer service! I saw a small spot pop back out after my carpet was cleaned and their team was back within a week to touch that spot up and help fix it. Highly recommend!

I bought a wool rug from FB market place and brought it here to be cleaned before bringing home. It took about 2 weeks to get the rug back but it was nice, soft, and clean. Some prices for those wondering my rug was 10x12 and it was about $290. This includes the $45 pet urine fee.

The gentleman (which I believe may have been the owner) came to our home to clean our carpets and some rugs. He was professional, and did a wonderful job. Not often, I will recommend a company unless they do something that is worthy of recommending. I highly recommend this company. The carpets look great and smell much better as well. Additionally, I cant thank this gentleman enough for his kindness and generosity towards my veteran husband of 20 years, for his appreciation of his service in the service. Outstanding! My sister has used Night Owl for years and so I had them come out to my home. Jeff and John were professional in every way.
They truly care about the quality of their work and it shows in my basement carpet, tiled baths x2 and a cat stained area rug that they treated until they got it out without jacking up the price I was given (which btw was a very reasonable price). Night Owl will be my go to carpet cleaning company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you Night Owl!

They claimed they cleaned it. Demanded over $4500 . Claimed they sprayed but mold soon grew after they left. I disputed the price and they refused to negotiate.

Great company to work with. They actually responded to their internet quote inquiry unlike some other local companies. They provided an easy quote, squeezed us in on short notice, showed up on time and did a great job. We had actually tried to work with another local company first who also came highly recommended. They pulled a no call no show which I have zero tolerance for. Should have went with Night Owl from the start. Customer service was great and carpets look awesome for the age. Would use them again if needed!
