This company was great , left my place smelling good , clean. With reasonable price ! Definitely be using again. The owner was very respectful.

They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned the carpets and cleaned our old recliners that now look brand new. Plus, the price was great. I would definitely recommend them.

Dale was a good communicator, honest, and got the job done even with the obstacle of me staying on the second floor of the apartment building and carpet cleaning was very nice. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.Thank you.

This is a great company . He's cleaned our carpets, upholstery and tile for years. Dale is fair priced and professional as is his technician. His address says Warren but he cleans all over. I'm in Algonac area and he cleans a lot in this area.

JP was professional, courteous, good to my dogs, and did an outstanding job on our 25+ year old, heavily pet stained berber carpet. All the stains are gone! The carpet looks brand new! And it smells fabulous. Better than any other carpet cleaning company we have ever used. Highly recommend JP and On the Spot cleaning! Fabulous work for a great price. Had them clean the tile/grout and carpet at my house. The 2 gentleman did a nice job in an efficient manner. Customer service was good throughout, including an easy reschedule after I had made a mistake with my schedule. Price seemed fair. I’d recommend them, will have them back in the future.

On the spot did a wonderful job of cleaning my whole house of carpets. The coordination was easy, communication was timely and the carpets were cleaned thoroughly in a very reasonable amount of time! Price is also excellent - can’t beat it. Would recommend to anyone!

Dale was great he showed up early was fast and did a wonderful job. My husband is a mechanic/fence contractor so he tracks in alot of grime. Our carpet looks brand new. His prices are great!! Hes really friendly and personable. 10 out 10 Highly recommend

Had sump pump issue which cause small flood in basement. Jeff, the owner, came out the same day to disinfect/dry our carpet. Thankfully we didn't have padding underneath. Once the basement was completely dry, they came back out to clean the carpet. Been using this company for years for cleaning my carpets. Glad to know they are there for emergencies! Keep up the great work Night Owl!!!

If you want the best, night owl is the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet or furniture or tile cleaned. They do a great job for a great price. I cannot say enough good things about how good they are.

Love my carpets when they are done! They take that extra time to make sure they are nice and clean, and they do not drench the carpeting with alot of water, and if you have pets, they take extra care of those areas. I have finally found a company I really like, I have used them the last 4 years!!

I have used Night Owl Express a couple times to clean my carpets and they do a wonderful job! They are on time, courteous, and professional. I have a cat, a dog, and a toddler and my carpets get destroyed and they have been able to remove all the stains!

The worst service I have ever had! Had them come out to do job messed my couch up bad carpet so wet it came threw my toes and up top of foot what parts were done. Promised to come back and fix the issue and was just as bad. I’m handicap on walker was supposed to move furniture for me lol I’ve been waiting since Wednesday before thanksgiving and it is January now

I've been really happy with the work Night Owl did for us. Our basement flooded (like everyone else's) a few weeks ago, and they were fast, knowledgeable, and just all around pleasant.

They helped with water issues and cleaned some rugs that I thought were probably unsalvageable.

Definitely recommend.

Night Owl Express Carpet Cleaning is the best! They are a family owned business, I’ve been using for 20 years. They they take care of my home and investment properties in Detroit. They service Detroit well and are very professional, timely, responsive and prices reasonably.
