Left a card and "free estimates" paper in my door a week ago. I called them and got no answer, leaving a message still hasnt gotten me a call back in 5 days. Must not want my business THAT bad. Already signed a different company!

I recommend Jenny’s Tree Service. They are very knowledgeable on tree trimming. I had an umbrella tree that needed to be trimmed underneath. They did an awesome job and the price was reasonable too!

I am a certified arborist for a company that's been in business for over 20yrs. I posted an ad online to try and drum up some side work, and the owner of this tree service belittled me on my post, Called me names, and tried to say I was illegally doing side work in this state (which I was not). Even tho she has never met me personally, never seen any of my work, never talked to any of my customers, never heard anything bad about me in the business, or even spoken with me on any level. She was rude and disrespectful in her comments, all because owners like her hate to see the little guys get any work because we can do it cheaper than her. But with only being in business for 1 yr I guess she has a lot to learn about how to treat other people she my encounter in her career. As arborists, we're supposed to help each other and lift others like us up. Not talk down to them and try and sabotage any work they may get. Maybe after she pours 18yrs of her life into the industry, not just 1yr. She'll learn we're supposed to look out for one another because you never know when you may need another company to bail you out of a jam. And when you have no clue who you are talking to, you never know who they work for and how much that person could of helped you or will hurt you in the future

During the recent high wind storm lost a main limb of my tree. Didn't expect to get an estimate for a couple days due to the amount of tree damage in area. Got an estimate same day and they came out on the day of the estimate in order to get the limb taken care of before it took out my power line.

Twice we called and left a message...no return calls. Another two times we called and spoke to someone who said they would be out that day to look at our yard. They never showed up either time and didn't call to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I understand this is probably peak business season for this type of work, but you would think they would have the common curiosity to call and say something instead of wasting my husband's time on multiple days. Very unprofessional! And by the way, this was a charity voucher for tree work i won at a raffle...makes it even worse. So what if its donated work, i may have been willing to add money to the free work to get all the work i needed done. Paying or not, common courtesy is obviously not a priority for this company.

Experienced, professional and high quality. I never rate any company as 5 stars but Jenny and her company earned it. I highly recommend you use this company for your tree service needs.

City code enforcement had threatened to take me to court to remove tree from my yard I had less than 5 days Jenny not only answered my call when others blaintly ignored my calls but she showed up and due to the close proximity to my house and how dead and dangerous the tree was to even consider to send a climber up she had made the most responsible most honorable decision despite how hard it was for her to pass on the job I respect her and stand behind her decision. She and her climber George went out of their way to find a guy who had the ability to conquer the task and who did it for the same awesome fair price. Jenny is an honorable woman just as George is an honorable man further to the point men and women are equals in a world of such diversity

Jenny and her crew removed a tree, a couple bushes, and 3 stumps. Everyone was friendly. We got a lot of work done at a decent price and the work was timely.

Trustworthy. Good company good people. Had 2 difficult landscape trees/shrubs that needed to be trimmed and manicured. Jenny worked with me until I was completely satisfied.

Very professional, great working team. I have them every year to trim my bushes, reasonable pricing. Also have them do my snow removal each year.
Don't know what I would do without them. Highly recommend.

We had a lot of work to bee done in my mother in laws back yard, I think it was at least 40 trees and 10 of them were on the larger side. @ long days but it looks a million times better back there. THANK YOU to Jenny and her TEAM, THEY WORKED LONG AND HARD.

Very disappointed. Had an appointment scheduled for a week to have an estimate done. Appointment day came no call. I called them, and they forgot and didn't remember who I was. They were supposed to still come out, so I waited around all day just to get a call to see if they could reschedule for another day. I agreed to them coming out next day around 11am. Waited around with no call, and called them at 1pm only to find out the person was doing other things and they couldn't tell me when they would be out. It seems like they don't want the business. They are very disorganized and I suggest looking elsewhere.

Jenny's Tree Service trimmed my front umbrella tree and removed a few stumps, her and her daughter make a good team, friendly great work very good prices.Fast and great clean up highly! recommend their work Robert M, Clinton Twp.......

The best experience I could've ever asked for! I am a working single mother and this family took care of me like one of their own. They did fantastic work, left nothing behind and we're just amazing people. They also gave me yhe best price around. Im sure I will be using them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wouldn't show up for estimate. I called Friday, had set up estimate for Saturday around noon. 3:30pm Saturday I called again making sure that they were going to come, they said that Jenny was going to be here. I asked for an time when she should arrive but they told me anytime before closing. It's now Sunday, no call, no show! I lost an entire day waiting for nothing!!! Way to do business!!

Called Jennys about 9:00am on a Saturday to see if I could get some brush chipped and removed. They came out asap and got the job done quickly due to my childs birthday party is on Sunday. The price was affordable and Jenny and her crew was outstanding. Will hire again!

Jenny is so professional and quick to respond. They came out to remove a tree and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the property and blew all debris away as if there was never a tree there. I will definitely be using them again.
