Jenny was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend using this company. The entire crew was so polite and worked so hard in this extreme heat. I had two very large trees removed at a price we couldn’t pass up. Thank God my uncle Mike gave us this referral. I will pass it on. They also removed my newly installed privacy fence with care. (Jenny did this herself I believe)I was amazed at how they removed my 2 very large100 year old sugar maple trees (r.i.p) ☹️in one day. I am sad that the trees were in such bad shape and there was no saving them but having such a reliable safe crew do the job made it sting a bit less I suppose. Fast, professional,polite and highly skilled. Again 5 star ⭐️ review from a very satisfied customer. Thank you 😊

Affordable price and excellent service. Had a large tree close to the house removed, they were very quick and cleaned up all of the mess.

The guys jyst left my property and i couldn't be any more pleased. They were prompt, courteous, and went beyond what they were here to do. I can't recommend them more.

Shock Brothers did a great job with surgical precision. They came out and cleared the bad limbs from above my house and cleaned up famously! Lightning quick too!

Not overly thrilled with their service. Neighbors used them to trim back trees that were hitting our house and garage. I wasn't at the house but my fiancé was. The trimming of the trees looks fine however there were issues. One, they knocked the cable wire off the pole. Then proceeded to tell my fiancé how it actually was the cable company's fault because the wire was duct taped to the pole! When the cable company came out the next day to fix what they had done of course the wire wasn't duct taped. I don't appreciate their lack of taking responsibility and giving my fiancé a hard time. Second, they left my driveway full of small broken branches - didn't clean up very well. And finally they hit my fence with a piece of their equipment. Fortunately I was able to realign what they had done.

I've tried last year and three times this month (September 2025) and no return call, only voice mail. Until I read a review today and yes they must be out of business and their website is no longer available. Too bad, but they should report Permanently Closed.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I had received from the guys at Shock Brothers Tree. Steve came out and gave us a estimate on cutting our box elder down. He answered all of our questions. I can't speak highly enough of the crew and how they did such a wonderful job. They cut down, cleaned up & even pushed my trash bins to the street for me. They were very polite & professional. I was so pleased with their work that I requested a stack of business cards to hand out to friends & family. Shock brothers seem to be the most knowledgeable, professional, well-equipped tree company in the area. They do really great work and they stand by it. The best part is the value. You will struggle to find a better cost from another tree company - I got 4 other quotes from other reputable tree companies. Only one was cheaper and they couldn't do everything I wanted and I had to wait 2 months for them to come out. Shock brothers was out in just a couple weeks and took out several small trees, bushes, a few stumps, and one very very large tree in just 2-3 days. These guys work fast, are always professional and very reasonable. If you need tree care, go with shock brothers.

I've used Shock brothers a few times and was satisfied with their work. Most recently in the last three months I spoke with one person and left two voicemails with no return calls or communication. I understand it's a busy season, even said that to the pleasant person I spoke with when I first called. Poor communication in this industry is shocking! Had to move on with another company. If you can get a hold of them, and actually get on their schedule I would recommend. I would challenge them to have better communication all around, even if it's to say... "Hey, we are super busy, we'd love to get you on the schedule, we are this far out and understand if you're not willing to wait.". If the client is willing to wait (like I was in the beginning) actually get back to them, even if the climate changed and you had to push them (me) further out in the schedule. I also get that I am probably a drop in a pool of money around town *shrug.

The company gave me quick, complete and friendlyservice with a very reasonable rate.👍👍👍

Excellent service! First off they showed up to trim the trees when they told me they would. The job was done very well from trimming to clean up and the two big oak trees that I have look great now. They were very nice and Daniel the tree climber knew what to do to make our trees look good. I would definitely recommend them for any tree trimming job.

Very responsive, friendly and did a great job trimming my 3 large trees. During the estimate, he took his time and gave us options as we were considering taking down a few large old trees as well. We shopped around and got estimates from several companies. DD Tree Service was very reasonable and was available to do the job while others were booked for weeks out or didn't return my calls. We took a little while to make our final decision, but he even called after a particularly bad wind storm to make sure we made it through OK, but didn't pressure us to buy. When we are ready for more work, we'll definitely give him a call again.
