I don't intend for this to be a negative review , just an honest one, I used Ricuccis for a handful of services including having a large amount of grapevine and misc overgrowth removed along my back fence, for saplings/small weed trees removed from along side my house and for a very large tree where 2 very large branches needed to be cut back and pruned , that overhangs my house and is potentially very dangerous. I had received 3 other quotes and decided this was the best quote for everything I needed done and they had a team of 4 ppl and immediate availability, however, I was not thrilled with what was done or lack there of rather. The saplings behind the house were removed but that was not what I'd initially requested , I'd asked that everything along side the house be removed as they were over 8ft+ tall weed trees etc. hanging over my fence into my neighbors yard, and causing issues with my gutters, that wasn't addressed at all and when I'd asked them about it it was as though they had no idea I wanted that removed and stated they could come back for that( as a second job) , I voiced my concern that the large branches were not cut back whatsoever and what was pruned/removed seemed to be only what was accessed from the roof, there was no climbing of the trees , no other branches above were addressed and I was told it was not necessary, as they removed 3000-4000 lbs( there's NO way that's accurate) but if I was concerned, again, I was told I could come back for that , they stated they could come back a few other areas of concern they'd pointed out while here, but I never stated I wanted these areas addressed, I had them come back out to again go over my concerns and to get a quote for the additional work ( most of which Id thought was also supposed to be addressed initially) they did say they could remove a weed tree at no cost , and wanted to charge me almost as much as the initial job to trim a hedge , clean and reattach gutters. I Believe that they were misunderstandings and miscommunications on both sides. I paid a decent amount of money for this service and was found that in speaking to another company, the bare minimum was done . I would suggest being very thorough when getting quotes and having work done using this service, it's an expensive lessoned learned on my part, realizing more detailed information on the quotes is a good place to start and not just assuming you're understood correctly. However, the most frustrating part is that I express my concern once the job was "completed" and the approach wasn't okay. Let's satisfy the customer and do the job right. It was oh okay. We can come back to do what you'd initially requested and we're going to charge you a second time. When going back to my other quotes and speaking with the other companies I was able to find out that I definitely overpaid for my service. If it seems to good to be true, it is.

Mike and Crew Trimmed and Capped 2 Large Evergreen Trees and Removed 2 Huge Out of Control Bushes by Our Front Porch. They Did a Wonderful Job, Fast and Efficient, and Cleaned Up Really Well Upon Completion. We Highly Recommend Ricuccis Tree Service.

These guys did a great job removing a tree for a fair price, quick, efficient, and absolutely excellent communication from start to finish. I wish I had called Ricucci's first! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree work done in the area.

We had a giant pine tree and the neighbors maple tree taking over our yard, Mike came out and gave me an estimate right when I called. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We had a few estimates done, but Mike took the time to go in the yard and look at the job and talk to me about what I wanted. We picked Ricuccis Tree Service and have no regrets! Mike did all the tree trimming on an unexpected windy and a few gusts of snow day and got it all done in one day and did an amazing clean up with one other guy. Our yard looks great!

Appreciate the guys at Ricucci’s Tree Services. They were very easy to work with around a busy schedule, they did a fantastic job and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Recommend them to any one looking for any of their services.

I had given them a great review the first time I used them. They came out 3 times last year and trimmed trees and bushes without isssue. I sent a message last week and set up an appointment. The response was prompt and they were to come on Wednesday. I texted at 2pm on Wednesday to get an approximate time. At 6:20pm I got a text saying he had just got back from up North. Made no sense as he had not cancelled with me. He set up an appointment with me for Friday. I requested that he give me an approximate time that they would show up. He said ok. Again, No call, No show. All you have to do is shoot me a text if you can't make it. Extremely rude and poor customer service to leave people sitting around all day waiting.

This was the third tree service company I called when searching for quotes to get one tree removed in my backyard and another trimmed before winter. They were hands down the quickest, most prompt and respectful gentleman I spoke to about this. They came to provide a quote the next day and was able to get me on the books within two weeks! I expressed my concerns about the cost for the work I needed done, and Michael was more than happy to discuss the options available to me with the budget I had. They were so efficient and did an amazing job removing the first tree and trimming the next. I requested they leave the stump of the first tree and they carved a smiley face into it before leaving - it’s little details like that that had me telling every one of my neighbors to call Ricucci’s Tree Service if they needed any tree work down. They even went as far as clearing out my gutters and blowing the leaves from my front yard - the trees they were working on were in the back! All in all, I am incredibly grateful and satisfied for the exceptional client service and fantastic client experience. :)
