Lakeview Mechanical- Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother in law who raved about the service she received from Lakeview. The water heater was leaking. Instead of just replacing the entire water heater, Chad from Lakeview took time to troubleshoot and found that the piping just needed to be replaced. He saved her hundreds of dollars! Any other company would have just replaced the entire thing and would not have taken the extra time to troubleshoot. This is the third time she has used Lakeview and she can confidently say they are an extremely reliable and trustworthy company. She would recommend them to anyone!!

As you know we experienced a lot of rain in a short amount of time and some of us had our basements flooded. Just as bad as it was in 2014. I knew this time the damage was bad to my Hot Water Tank and would need to be replaced. I called on a plumber, but lo and behold, my air went out...well the blower fan. Since this particular plumber was swamped and really only did plumbing, I needed someone to do both. Lakeview Mechanical was the solution. I had dealt with them before on a friend's renovation of their large home about 25 yrs. ago. I have seen their Vans still all over, so I knew they were still in business. I called and was immediately told the Hot Water, if in the flood should be replaced. I said I was aware. They came out that same day to install a new one and had scheduled an Air Conditioning contractor for that afternoon. Well, they called me around 2:30pm to say that it the air conditioning had to be rescheduled for the next day. I didn't mind at all, even though it was hot, I wanted to enjoy my hot water with a lengthy shower and put my pj's on, not matter what time I was done. LOL All the workers were friendly, pleasant and professional. They went above and beyond, which has put me at ease. I will be using their services again. Ed was understanding and cooperative with respects to this unexpected dual expense. The company offers their business credit cards with financing available. Check them out. I have more projects for them, but need to take a break for a bit, however, they are the ones I will call. I suggest you call them first.

We chose Lakeview Mechanical out of all others because of Chris. When he initially came to our house to get info for an estimate, I knew we found the right company. He was so professional and personable. He was honest, and insightful, and guided us in making the right decisions for our home. The crew that installed our new from scratch central air, was Amazing!!! They all were professional, personable, and the completed work is more than what we expected. I would've given 5 stars, but sometimes limited communication in regards to when the crew was to arrive was disappointing. Still, Thank You All for your hard work and commitment!!
