My husband and I did a Google search to find local snow removal/lawn care companies in our area. We found that this company had 5 star reviews, so we went with them. One and a half weeks after snow fall, no one came out to shovel our drive way. Payment had already been made. We called and texted and for a couple days, there was no response. When they did respond, they gave an excuse about their truck having problems (yeah, right), and I had to BEG them to come out soon to shovel the driveway. They told me they didn't have anyone to come out. They sent someone after again, I begged, and that person shoveled HALF the driveway, and left. We paid for other things like orange stakes, etc, and NOTHING was rendered. Services were unfulfilled. Stay away from this company - they steal money.

This company is great, they always try to make sure that I’m satisfied with their work and go above and beyond expectations. All employees are friendly and helpful with the lawn crews always helping with my trash cans. They also are nice to my dog which is always great.

Michael and his company have provided my home with excellent lawn care during the spring/summer and snow removal during the winter season. He is always reliable and does an exceptional job. Highly recommended.

I hate to be clichè , but Buyer Please Beware. The lack of communication and lack of accurate bookkeeping forced an end to our business agreement. I had to send 4 emails with pictures before they accurately cut my lawn. I had to remind them on two different occasions to even send a lawn cutting team out to my property as they just decided to skip 2 weeks of lawn service. I also had to provide copies of withdrawals from my personal bank account before they would correct inaccurate billing statements. There are too many available lawn companies to have to overcome these deficiencies. Additionally the worse incident of them all , was the team half cutting my elderly neighbors lawn ,whose not under contract with Platinum , and then being very rude to them , when asked to clean up the mess they had made.

Frustrated we have used this company for two years for snow removal and it has been unsuccessful. The first year was hit or miss. The two big snow falls they did show up. We called and no return phone call. We got a letter in mail promised the next year would be better. 2023/2024 worse. Both snow falls nothing. We called the First snow falls 2024 and the lady said some one will be out. We wait... Wait... No one came. Yesterday called to make sure we were going to receive service and no one came again.What happened?

If you are looking for quality snow removal and customer service, look elsewhere. After 48 hours of waiting for someone to shovel out my mother in law, we were finally able to get ahold of one of the plow drivers. There was no notification that service would be delayed and no explanation as to why it was. My wife spoke with the owner the next day and requested a refund/cancellation of service and was guaranteed that she would be contacted within 24 hours to set that up. After several calls and text messages to the owner, we finally gave up on hearing from him. A couple of weeks later, I called from a different number and was put in touch with the mother who made a litany of excuses as to why the services were not rendered (broken plows, we were busy, etc). To their credit, we were finally issued a half refund a month after the incident.

Piece of advice: do not take on such a large book of business and then tell the customer that you were too busy to offer service within the time frame laid out by the contract. If you are busy or your trucks are broken, notify the client that there will be a delay. It should not take weeks of ignored texts and missed calls to finally rectify the situation.

If you are comfortable with your parents being snowed in for a full weekend, Platinum Lawn Service has you covered! Mike will undoubtedly rebuttal this review with a “he said she said” so use your best judgement when hiring this service.

I have been using this company over 10 years. Save me a lot of time and a lot of headache. The service excellent the time arrives perfect they blow the grass from the driveway and the sidewalk. I will definitely recommend them to all residential and commercial properties. Thank you, Michael.

I have had repeated issues of incorrect billing. Last year this company billed me for services that I had already paid for on more than 1 occasion. Each bill I would contact the company provide front & back copies of cancelled checks as proof that they billed me for a service that was paid already. I was told it would be corrected and the next month same thing. This year my first bill I was billed for 5 weeks of service on that was dated prior to the company indicating they were starting service for the season. My lawn was only cut 2 times and 1 of them only my front lawn was cut due to rain fall occurring in May that left my lawn too saturated for cutting. I immediately contacted Mike via phone & text re: the erroneous invoice and he responded via text to pay for the 2 services that actually occurred. I asked for a corrected bill prior to paying due to the several billing errors I had incurred since the inception of service with the company. I received an unprofessional and rude text from Mike and I received a hand delivered invoice for 2 lawn cuts from a woman that said she was his mom. She took responsibility for the erroneous invoice and apologized. I informed her I would mail my payment. I sent check indicating final payment for 2 lawn cuts which cleared my bank on 7/8 and on 7/19 I received an erroneous invoice applying my check to 2 lawn cuts with a balance for 3 more cuts. I immediately called Mike on 7/19 to no avail. I went to the address on my invoice on 7/20 no answer. I sent a text on 7/20 to Mike to no avail. I have yet to receive a response or an apology from him for the errors be them intentional or a mistake.

The repeated billing errors and Mike's attitude with addressing and correcting the errors would be the reason I discontinued service. It lead me to believe that the errors may be intentional if his customers are not paying close attention to the dates of the service and what they are being billed. Anyone who contracts with this company I would caution you to paying close attention to services rendered and billed.

I would not recommend this company.

Called for a quote because of the reviews on google excited to fix some garden bed issues. We scheduled a date + time, they never showed. Texted them asking if they were still coming and received a call an hr later asking to come later. Someone finally came, we chatted about the work and he said I’d receive a quote later that week. Never did. Never heard from them again. We had scheduled 3 quotes and ended up going with another local company which did a great job!

This service and the team were great when taking care of my family's needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs lawn/ snow services done in a timely and exceptional manner. Mike was very responsive and contacted me in the event of any changes or adjustments that needed to be made. I appreciated this open communication and will gladly hire them again!

Injured my back at work, and I needed a quick, one-time grass cut. I called them last minute, on a Saturday of all days, and they fit me right in with no issues. Price was affordable and the service was great. Thank you!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They did a great job during the summer time cutting my grass and maintaining my yard. I called for a quote for a fall clean up and a crew showed up the next day with a quote and got my leaves up in a few days prior. I was happy to learn that they also took care of snow plowing during the winter which they have done a great job completing on time and my driveway has been cleared after every snow fall. Overall very satisfied with the professionalism, and quality of work.

Silviu and Mike were awesome. They just completed the landscaping on my new build and my home looks absolutely amazing! They were both very personable and honest. Even my neighbors were so impressed, they hired them on the spot. I’m definitely using them over and over again for all my needs.

I’m big on customer service and this company exceeded my expectations!! I had a fairly big job of removing several rose bushes among other things and the guys, specifically, Nathan, Kevin and Josh went above and beyond to make my landscape job excellent! I can’t thank you enough and I’ll refer you every chance I get!

The front office staff is excellent and responsive. The fact that I can just text them is so easy. The team that cleared out my almost an acre full of leaves plus pruning were so efficient and knowledgeable and asked appropriate questions was refreshing. Can’t wait to have them back in the spring.

We recently had a big job of full-yard weeding, hedge trimming, weed spraying, and rock/mulch laying completed by Platinum. They went above & beyond and did a fantastic job, everything looks amazing. You can tell they really care about how the finished product looks & not just collecting a paycheck. Special shout out to Nathaniel who was super friendly & put in extra effort to make things look perfect. Would recommend for any landscaping needs!

Wow! I will definitely be using this company for my lawn and garden projects moving forward. I called to get a qoute and he was out here the next day, email with figures the day after that then I had something scheduled and on the books for the work to be done the following week. The work iteself took two days and I was in contact with Jenna the whole time. Texting, phone calls, emails, what ever was easiest for me! It was like texting a friend as she guided me through the process. We had a ton of overgrown foliage and big area's of rock and old multch, but these guys made it look easy. We now have a backyard full of grass and a clean slate to plant all the flowers. All in all from the first time calling to a finished product it was less than a week! Thanks gentleman & Jenna YOU'RE AMAZING!!!

*I do not use this company for services however their unprofessionalism has prompted me to leave this review* Our neighbor next door uses the lawn services and every time they come out they leave a mess! For two summers we have complained and nothing has changed. They leave grass all over our driveway, I’ve had grass all over my car and back patio furniture. They made damage to our new installed fence with the trimmer and continue to use our driveway leaving behind black tire marks. It’s truly a shame when you are a homeowner and work hard to have nice things but then others have no respect for it !

We needed a solution for our side yard. Elfie the dog had really made it a mess. We decided on artificial pet grass and Platinum was up for the job. The space is irregular and they did an impressive job of measuring and placing the turf in one continuous piece. I am so happy with the outcome. The crew was super friendly and all the guys worked very hard. I would recommend this business.
