Living in Michigan in the wintertime can have moments of uneasiness and distress at times. Thankfully, we have Platinum Lawn Service & Landscaping to help ease our minds and be there to service us in stressing times. Everything from the punctuality, service, and gentleness of the employees is nothing short of excellent. If you ask me how to spell reliable, i'd tell you P-L-A-T-I-N-U-M. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to catch a tan during the summer mowing the lawn or work on my latissimus and serratus muscles shoveling snow during the winter, but why would I put myself through that when I have the kind, compassionate, and dependable people at Platinum to care of it all for me?

Do yourself a favor. Call them for your needs. They take care of the burden for you and your neighbors!

They did an amazing job. Mulching, cleaning, and weed control, everything you need and all done very professional. Workers were all clean, hard working, and very business professional and friendly. Would use 10/10. Ask for Ryan who was a huge help.

This company’s quality for snow removal is just horrible . My drive way is the only drive way that looks like it has ice and snow all winter long . All the rest of the drive ways around my house are so clean . I spoke with the owner several times about the horrible job and he was very defensive and called me a lier . I have asked them to use salt and they wouldn’t . Every time they came out to plow the snow I couldn’t tell the difference ..it’s sad that they take your money up front and the quality of their service is horrible . I wish i could add pictures of my drive way . Never use this company . It’s horrible and the owner is rude and he’s not willing to correct the mistakes .

I talked to someone thro texts they told me they will b start lawn service tomorrow. I waited for 2 weeks but no one came plus they will not answer phone or returned my texts. I finally called different company for the lawn services and they been giving me great service since then but platinum lawn service send me bill for 2 months which they never came even once for service. I contacted them explained the matter but even till today they keep sending bills showing they still doing my lawn every week. Which they never done even once. I wish I never called them to estimate for lawn cutting services. Totally zero star company

This company did an excellent job. Very professional and hard working. The end results look fabulous. Cleaned up after themselves, had good suggestions when needed. We have hired them for more jobs and will be using it spring for other projects. Highly recommend.

We started using Platinum Lawn Service in 2018 and hope to keep using them in the future. They have handled any special requests we throw at them, and Mike does a good job following up to make sure we're satisfied with their work.

MIKE is a reliable, and dependable person. From experience, he goes out of his way to take care of customers and always working hard! I highly recommend him. I never leave reviews for no one but hard working people and he is one!

Purchased 21 cut and after cutting 8 times decided to end service. Owner Mike said he will work out refund then after several weeks Shawn says they are not issuing any refunds. Contract clearly shows 21 cuts and they even sent me a statement showing an unused amount but still refuse to send me my money! I thought this company was good but they won’t even talk to me to discuss this matter.... now I have to take it to court to get my money ...Unprofessional is an understatement “crooks” is more like it!

Follow on.... I cancelled my service on 9/1/20 ..regardless of that I did not sign up for fix fee or for the season I prepaid for 21 cuts of which you cut 8 times..... you did not reply to my last txt, calls or emails since I sent you the contract which clearly shows 21 cut and no where does it say no refunds after July 1st! I guess I will see you in court!

I have been a customer of Platinums for over 5 years and their services are unmatched. They are friendly, diligent, pay attention to details and are affordable. They show up and get things done. It’s baffling to see the negative reviews - especially from people who who use their services. It really is a shame that people are so quick to passive-aggressively 1-star a company instead of having a cordial and mature conversation. People should really be more compassionate and understanding. Mike and his staff are wonderful people and they do an incredible job. I’d certainly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

Do not use this company. Claimed he performed cuts that didn’t happen. Billed me falsely for cuts that didn’t occur and fluffed my bill sky high. Never trust someone that doesn’t provide you with a bill on the date of service. He waits and then bills you for 8 cuts at once. I was at home for the majority of the days he claimed he cut and Mike nor his crew were never there. I asked for biweekly cuts and he still billed me for weekly cuts, of which he never performed the work. Claimed he cut my lawn on a Sunday and tried to bill me for it. This man is unscrupulous. Threatened to take me to court after I showed him proof that he didn’t cut my grass, it was pouring down raining and both I and my husband were home. I work with prosecutors, so I’ll be waiting. Do not use this company. I regret I did.

I have contacted Mike plenty of times. He told me he will come out to take a look at my lawn and talk to me about the services needed. He never showed and I've been texting him since. I had plans that day. What kind of business runs on ignoring customers? If I could give no star I would. I know you're thinking theirs always two sides to a story. Well I have the texts to prove it. I would attach them if I could. Email me if you want to see. Terrible service find someone else if I were you.
