twice set up a quote for generator. no show both times. this also happened to a friend of mine. they did not even bother to call. Just nothing. Looks like they dont need my business and now they wont. I would not recommend them.

Wish I could put no stars. Have done a lot with this company and called last fall to get the proper electrical setup for my pool. Last work in November, they were supposed to call and schedule something for the spring. No call back, no we will call you in April, no this is what we have left to do. Told me they would call the city, no call, no inspection. Now it is May 1, I have a pool to open but can't, landscaping that needs to be fixed, and have no idea if stuff is done. Have tried NUMEROUS times to get a call back and nothing! Don't call them!

I had water pooled in my electric box and I thought it was a leak on my roof. I called Bratcher, who I have used prior. They told me a lot of times the water comes from a frayed wire in my meter box outside... they were correct.

Not only did the guys do a great job they were very thorough and efficient! I can now sleep soundly again!

I called Bratcher Electric and they could not scheduled me an appointment when I called odd I have dealt with them in the past and would tell me when they be out so that kind of confused me why the change.. I been waiting over a week now. I finally gave up and got someone else same day and cheaper.
