Jordon did an excellent job. Answered my questions and explained warranty. Left the area clean. Have done business with Burton’s in the past and will do so in the future. Friendly, timely and a job well done.

My bath faucet had a leak. Burton’s responded quickly and communicated with me clearly. Justin was my repair person and he was fantastic! Justin was friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to identify the problem and fix it. Justin went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Burton’s for any of your plumbing needs.

We had concerns about tree roots possibly slowing the water flow from our house to the city's main. Julian thoroughly checked things out and snaked the pipe. He showed me what was found and assured me it was in pretty good shape at the moment. I was very relieved. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!

Had some pipes burst under my home, in the crawl space, on Friday. Did the best I could to replace / repair things all weekend, but kept finding more problems. Finally gave in and called the professionals.

Burton's sent out Jordan. When he showed up, I explained the situation and apologized because I knew how dirty he was going to get trying to fix the issue. Dude had no problem crawling under the house and assessing the work. Gave a REALLY reasonable quote. Then he spent the next 2 hours fixing things (including repairing my hap-hazard weekend work).

All things considered: The price, response time, and work he did was awesome. I would 100% recommend these guys.

We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. Justin assessed the situation and had no concerns about the water heater, fixed the pipe quickly, and was even able to snake our bathtub as a last minute request from us. He was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassured us about our concerns. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Justin and Burton’s!

Jordan and Julian are awesome. They came out for the replacement of my sump pump. They were fast and efficient. Neat and clean. The communication was great. Both Jordan Moore and Jasmine Jennings were excellent. Not only were they thorough with installing a new hot water heater, but also very informative with the process and the finished product. Burton Plumbing & Heating technician Jason Palmer was marvelous. He was so kind about my tight access to my bathtub water controls. He took time to review photos my downstairs neighbor sent me of damage in her condo bathroom.
Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately ordered the parts. Unfortunately Burton’s is so busy the repair won’t be done for 6 days. But Jason turned off the water to my bathtub and tested it is off.

The first technician I had in December (Jesse) was very nice. Explained things well and helped me decide what to do. Unfortunately due to the nature of replacing pipes, the vibration caused plumbers putty that was hiding another issue (which was not their fault) to be exposed. I remember asking if I needed to be worried about what fell out and was told no, which is fine, it shouldn’t have been an issue. Recently I found out it did cause an issue and they sent out a new technician, Justin. At the time I didn’t know why everything had happened and we had talked about the possibility of it being caused by the new plumbing over the phone. Justin came in hot with blaming me for the issue saying that the overflow in a bathtub should NEVER be used, which in my opinion is ridiculous because why else would it be there. It’s never been a problem in the past. I did not appreciate the way he immediately blamed me and I didn’t think he communicated the issue well. I was on the phone with my dad to discuss my options and I appreciated him speaking to my dad, but it also felt like I was being treated like a little girl by him (I am 29) because Justin held out his hand and asked if I wanted him to speak to my dad. It felt like he was telling me I was explaining things poorly. I understood what I was told, but was trying to explain to my dad why I was worried about replacing the part based on what I was being told. Based on the two experiences with different technicians it’s hard to know if I would call them again.

First time I used this company and will definitely use again! James was very knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me. Don’t hesitate to call them , extremely polite and professional. Thank you James !

Great experience with Burton today. Jordan and his assistant were on time, polite, and super chill despite how difficult and messy the job got. They cleaned up really well for us and the cost was fair. Will definitely do business with Burton again. Cheers.

Experience with Burtons plumbing was awesome. They were able to give me a quote over phone and schedule same day replacement of my garbage disposal. Julian Dreisbach was thoroughly professional, quick, and patient enough to explain to us at the end of his work. I would recommend Burtons services due to their friendly services that is costwise highly competitive. Best service.

Justin did an excellent job for me. The shut off valve on my bathroom toilet was leaking. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote, was respectful and professional and checked some other pipes free of charge and advised me. Immediately covered his shoes before entering and was just the kindest person. Also, every phone encounter (or chat encounter) I've had was professional and caring. They made me feel like part of the family. That's pretty rare nowadays. I highly recommend this business.

My son was taking a shower and I was at the basement getting ready to do laundry, when I noticed water dripping above the floor where the opening for my tub/shower drain. I knew I needed a pro to fix it. I called Burton Plumbing and they were very accommodating. They sent James and his apprentice, Trey. They replaced the leaky water valve and I had them replace my old shower/tub faucet and they did a wonderful job. Aside from being very skilled and knowledgeable about their work , James and Trey are very personable to talk to. I would highly recommend Burton Plumbing.
