Our neighbors had a great experience with the company. So, I called to schedule an estimate for a new service entrance, panel upgrade, and whole house generator. Very professional and easy to set up. Mike Bratcher, the owner, came out. He was not rushed, was personable, and he walked though a few general options and answered questions.

However, it's now been over 3 weeks without any estimate or contact from them. I left a voicemail with the company, spoke to someone directly to confirm my contact information and let them know I hadn't received the estimate, and I emailed Mike Bratcher directly from the information he gave on his business card.

I was really looking forward to working with Bratcher but I'm confused as to what has happened. This type of thing has happened with a few other companies I've dealt with recently. It's baffling to me that companies would take the time to do an estimate for free but never complete it.

I'm not trying to bash this company as a whole and it's not personal, but just putting my experience out there.

Had generator starting issue last night. Called 9:00am today and they sent representative out by 11:00 am
Lucas is one of the most courteous, polite service representatives I have ever experienced. He diagnosed the issue and was able to correct the problem to his satisfaction without replacing expensive parts.

Started with a Generac rep from Home Depot who tried to upsell to a larger than necessary whole house generator and listed all sorts of limitations in placement and additional costs for installation…Eric Bratcher came out and quoted us according to what we needed and with a location that was safe and not an eyesore…we saved $5k. From initial phone call, estimate, and installation, they were fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough. (If you are interested act sooner rather than later, they had a 5 month wait)

Super nice office staff. Just recently had a new service panel installed and the guys did a great job. They explained everything that they were going to do and a time frame when they thought they would be completed. I’m very particular and everything went great. I’ve dealt with Bratcher Electric in the past and so far have not disappointed. Thank you all at Bratcher Electric for the great service.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Bratcher. We had a generator installed by them and are very happy with it. There was an extremely tedious and at times ridiculous inspection process with the city of Royal Oak and Emily did a wonderful job managing it to ensure we got over the finish line. I can’t say enough good things about this business.

While the job was done professionally, they are crazy EXPENSIVE! Shop around for quotes if possible.

Quick service, same day. Did repair quickly and well. Pointed out possible other problems he saw. Reasonable rates. Very satisfied.

WOW just got scewed by RORK Plumbing said they would come out and determine what was wrong with our submergable sewage pump and charge a $50.00 fee. Well that turned into them saying it will now cost $450.00 to open it up and look at it. Funny didn't the $50.00 cover that. . I called them back and it would be nice if you advised that you cannot open the damn thing unless we charge you another $450.00. So thank you RORK PLUMBING FOR GIVING IT TO ME!!

Found a leak in my furnace room that turned into a leak under my kitchen sink when the shut-off didn’t work.
They came out same day and fixed our sink. They came out the next day to fix the humidifier (we needed a weird part)
I highly recommend them for quality work, promptness, professionalism, and cleanliness.
Knowing they were down the street took the stress (most of the stress) out of the leak situations.

Were responsive and showed up promptly to give me a bid which no matter what they charge $50.00. Then received a ridiculous quote for $4,000 for something that I just paid $600.00 to get done. I could see maybe $1,000 tops being fair but to get a bid for $4,000 for basically 5-6 hours worth of work(I was providing the main parts) is highway robbery.

The owner, Keith, answered my call and set up an appointment for me. Keith called back on the day of the appointment to tell me that the technician would be there in 15 minutes, which was the time I scheduled. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. The techs wear protective shoe coverings every time they enter your home, which I appreciated. The cost was told to me up front, and the work was quality! I highly recommend Rork!

Called them for a slow draining sewer. I failed to ask what there hourly rate is. They have flat rate pricing which is very high. Had a toilet swapped out with a new seat total cost was over $1500 took the tech about four hours. Again they showed and and did what they were hired to but there flat rate pricing is very expensive and I was aware of the cost up front. I will not use them again!

Julian was very thorough and explained the entire process and the steps he was taking to solve our plumbing issue. This is the second time I have used Burton and I will use them again.

Incredible. Called around 9pm on a Thursday. Justin called back 30 minutes later. Gave me a quote for an old leaking water heater. Out the next day not even 15 hours later. Came on time and swapped old and new in under two hours, Explained new tank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Justin and Burtons!!!

I have used Burtons Plumbing for all my plumbing projects in my business and home for many years. They just finished installing two bathroom vanities and did another absolutely beautiful job. 😃

My experience with Mr. Moore was great. He went over my problem with me and the problem was solved. He was very professional about my problem. If I have any moore issues I would like to have him back again.

Julien was phenomenal ! Young, but he knew what he was doing !!! I would recommend Burton's Plumbing &Heating for anyone. Half an hour to unplug. !!

I have used Burton's plumbing before that is why I called them now and feel confident in recommending them. Very professional, on time, and excellent work. I had shut-offs removed and replaced for
Laundry room and under sinks in 2 bathrooms. Jason was professional... efficient...and friendly. I would definitely call Burton back for other plumbing needs.

Burtons sent a friend, informative professional tech out. He was on time and did the repair in a timely manner. Would recommend to friends and family!
