Selective Carpet has come to our home 3 times! We love their services. Whenever I call to make an appointment, it is really easy. They travel from Westland to Royal Oak, which we really appreciate! We also have a dog, so carpet cleaning is very important! Thank you Selective Carpet for making our carpet spotless!

I've had Select Carpet Cleaning Company clean my carpets since 1990 and they have always done a thorough and extremely affordable job!!!! Perfectionists and they care about your carpet !! I have dogs and everyone that have come into our home can't believe how beautiful our carpet look! Our carpets smell so nice and the best 👌 part is that S.C.C. does not ever leave my carpets soaked! As for them using a special steam operation which cleans it beautifully and leaves it looking like new!!!! Once again Selective Carpet has gone above and beyond with their service. My dog had peed multiple times on my carpet, nothing worked to get the smell or stain out. They came out & were able to get the smell and stains out with no problem! Very good pricing, will accommodate you in any way they can and the cleaners are very friendly. Highly recommended !

We have used Selective Carpet cleaners several times over the years at different properties. They always leave my carpet looking fabulous and leave everything smelling great. They truly go above and beyond and provide the best service. They are also super friendly. I am very pregnant and could not be more pleased with how good my furniture smells after they finished cleaning it. Would highly recommend them!!

We have had Selective clean our carpet and/or upholstery several times over the last few years. It is a family owned business and that really shows positively in how they relate to customers. Jason & Cody consistently do a fine job and the prices are reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience with Karianne and Wendy. My originally scheduled appointment was rescheduled for later date due to the cleaning of another house taking longer than anticipated. The cleaning Karianne and Wendy did was spotless, and it was lovely to move into a sparkling home from top to bottom!!

I used service for Move-in cleaning for the kitchen. Dayane who came that day did a great job! The stove looks great with all stains completely removed, it had so much grease and stains earlier. The grease residue on the cabinets above the stove were removed completely. The Fridge smells neutral and I feel comfortable using it. Wasn’t happy with the way previous occupants left it! The inside of cleaned up cabinets look so nice like new. I feel safe to put stuff in them now.

Arbor Trail Cleaning made it so simple to schedule, setup, and manage my appointment. I scheduled a one time clean, and did not feel pressured at all to upgrade or to sign up for routing cleaning schedules.

Heyley did an AMAZING job, and was very thorough. Every room was left perfect. We couldn't be happier.

Booked a deep move in clean where every surface was to be wiped. Walls and closets still had dust and spots easily wiped off. Bathroom counter still had marks from the soap dispenser. Light fixtures not cleaned. Bathroom floor not cleaned. I had to do much of it myself so I could move in after spending over $800. Don’t believe their high rating from my experience. Very poor response after this was brought to their attention

Update from one star review, the owner called within the hour of posting the review. Another cleaning was booked without additional charge and Tarin did a great job! Very much appreciate the customer service and attention to detail

Our cleaner, Tarin did a fantastic job. Very thorough. She was also very friendly, and our cats liked her, so she's obviously good people.

Would definitely recommend her to anyone whose space needs a refresh.
