I scheduled Arbor Trail Cleaning Co to do a move in/move out clean of my home and could not be more thrilled with the results. Mercedes and Shianne were efficient, professional, and did an absolutely outstanding job - the house has never looked better. Would highly recommend their services!

Kendall and Makenzie did a great job!! They were friendly, kind, lovely people. Kendall arrived first and I was so nervous being my first cleaning ever, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The first clean is a deeper clean and then after that we signed up for monthly regular cleanings. I was so happy to walk back inside to a clean home and it has made the other tasks I need to accomplish so much easier knowing that these big ones I was overwhelmed by are done already.The responsiveness of PJ who helped me book online was so appreciated and PJ followed up with me today after the first cleaning. I am glad I booked monthly cleanings with them and know it was worth it! Form the research I did, the pricing was average for the area. I have zero complaints and I appreciate the ability to book online or over the phone depending on your needs. I recommend their work and team! Photos are after. Anything remotely “messy” is from me doing more chores that obviously don’t fall under their purview and putting out pet stuff after they left. :) You can definitely tell which pillows they did that were on the couch and which ones I brought back in after they left hahaha

Devin was super calm, communicative, friendly, efficient and hard working!! She was very chill about my crazy chi-corgi who barked at her and made an effort to befriend him!

Arbor Trail excels at communication and customer service. The office team is responsive and professional. Our cleaning team of Taryn and Shianne went above and beyond. Our house was sparkling when they departed and our dogs were happy with all of the attention that those two gave to them. We’ve already scheduled out for monthly service.

Karianne and her team did an amazing job getting a house we were previously renting cleaned up and ready for the next family moving in. My wife was even more impressed!

What I really appreciated Arbor Trail Cleaning Co was the communication and transparency on everything that was going to be cleaned in the house and if a little more time was needed, checking in with me to see if I was ok continuing.

Definitely will be coming back with any future cleaning needs.

We've been looking for a cleaning service since we moved to Canton over a year ago. After reading reviews for Arbor Trail Cleaning and talking with the Leadership team we hired them to complete a cleaning. Stephanie did an excellent job! She was very thorough with every corner of the condo. Also, she completed the job so when we returned from out of town, we were able to rest instead of spending our first 2 hours cleaning. The deep cleaning service here is totally worth it. I had a couple spots in my living room and dining area that I was struggling with. I figured I might need to to schedule some followup appointments to take care of things if the cleaning didn't work out. Boy was I wrong. Mercedes went above and beyond my expectations, quickly working through all the tough spots I requested. By the time she was done, I was amazed by how clean everything looked.

I also can't emphasize enough how kind and professional everyone was throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a good cleaning service, these people will not let you down.

Phenomenal deep clean service. I have a 2300 square-foot house, Kept decently organized, but I rarely make time to dust or do any of the detail work. In one session, Sophia and Jessica got the entire home looking brand new, Their attention to detail was spectacular and they did so with kindness and sensitivity, which is dearly appreciated when literally airing your dirty laundry. I called last minute to get a home we are selling cleaned to impress buyers. Hayley and Katie were thankfully available to come out the next day! The home was quit dusty and needed some TLC and they took the time to make it look nice. The communication with Gwen from the office was phenomenal. She kept me up to speed during the entire process and really worked with me to get the services I needed at a reasonable price.
