We were looking for a cleaner and posted an ad on Facebook when Ann Arbor cleaning messaged me. The customer service is excellent quick response times and easy to get on the books. I have pets in my home and stressed the need to using pet safe cleaners on our floors they were easy and willing to accommodate. Jessica was assigned our clean she did a wonderful job and are happy to lend a hand around our home. I would recommend this company, especially since we have never hired a service before.

This was my first time ever getting my home professionally cleaned, so I was definitely a little hesitant and anxious but Chyna did amazing! She left everything spotless and her attention to detail was incredible. My home looks and feels amazing. I am so very grateful for her work. I highly recommend her and Ann Arbor Cleaning Co to everyone!

My husband and I have never paid to have our home professionally cleaned. We have two young kids and a third due one week from today. We also have a dog and a cat. I felt like we needed a professional deep clean to be fully prepared for our new human in the house. Merary & Jaqueline were our deep cleaners and they did not disappoint! Having never done this before I wasn't sure if the cost would be "worth" it, but it's honestly one of the best gifts I've ever given myself (and my growing family). We will absolutely work with Arbor Trail on maintenance cleanings.

I was fortunate enough to win a contest for a deep cleaning for my house, I had the cleaning done today and wow, am I impressed! Merary did such a fantastic job and I’m honestly speechless. The attention to detail was immaculate and my house was left smelling like a fancy hotel. I highly recommend this company for all of your home cleaning needs and feel that everyone would benefit from their services!

Due to no fault of their own, an isolated set of unfortunate circumstances resulted in one, of the two who had been scheduled to clean, not being able to show up. We are just thankful they are alright. But our other cleaner, Devin, arrived early in the arrival window and proceeded to still make short work of the deep clean of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1055 sq ft home and basement. And she didn't skimp on the quality of her work in order to do so either, leaving little touches with her work too, showing how much she cares. On top of that, we got a great deal with the hourly rate with discounts for being our first service and having a referral. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a deep clean. I imagine, if this is any indication of the type of service they provide, that those looking for one of their other service options will be pleased with their work.

Jordyn and Lisa were extremely professional and thorough! We asked for a move-out clean and the entire house was spotless when they were done. They arrived when they were expected, worked hard the whole way through, and were very communicative the whole time. Also they are just really nice people. From the first interaction with Gwen-quote, booking date, and details it was so easy and great rates! Mackenzie and Mercedes were the two women I had the pleasure of cleaning the condo. We had such a great experience with Arbor Trail cleaning! We needed them last minute as we were preparing to sell our home. Amber came out, worked extra late. Her attention to detail was as amazing. I don’t think our bathroom was ever so clean even when the home was built! Absolutely amazing job! I would ask for her any time !!!

So I just had a deep cleaning from this company and I feel so misled. I paid $550 for a deep cleaning on a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home. The company asked for the square footage and number of rooms and when I received the quote I was a little shocked because other quotes were less. I thought well if my entire house is spotless including baseboards then it’ll be a good investment. I work seven days a week so I’m drowning. The girls were so sweet and good at what they were able to cover but they needed at least one more person to help. This was nine hours of work for $550 so you can decide if that’s in your budget. I can clean my kitchen and living room in two hours but only my kitchen was clean, both bathrooms, and two bedrooms in that time. I will try another company. Their response was they can send me the recording of the call saying this is the fee for nine hours. That wasn’t my issue, my issue is I was expecting a clean house in nine hours worth of work. Our kids got us this cleaning to take some pressure off as things are crazy right now. At first I was hesitant I don’t like accepting help. I’m so glad I agreed. Nicole and Kyara did an excellent job. The house is spotless and smells so good. They were super sweet and efficient. Will definitely be using services again. Thank you
