Rock Solid takes care of the lawn care at my small business. Timely, quality work, and great communication if any issues come up that prevent them from reaching our property on schedule (usually weather related). Their prices are comparable to other services, and I've been very satisfied with them thus far. Looking forward to signing back up next year!

We were very pleased with them! They knew their stuff and where very professional. They were very informative and worked through our questions we had! Thorough explanation of system. We were so excited for the system to go in and love it. One neighbor already inquired as to who we used and without a doubt said Rock Solid! Thank you! Rock Solid is tremendous to work with!! In a day where it's hard to find quality people and organizations who follow through on what they say they're going to do, Rock Solid is a breath of fresh air. Jim and his team have always been hard-working, fair and honest. If I've ever needed an extra visit, or a favor, they are always willing to go the extra mile and make sure the work is done right. We had a big project which included design for a patio and extensive landscaping around our property. This is the second home I have landscaped with Rock Solid in the last 4 years. First home was newer construction and an “easier” job. Rocks, plants and 2 tier basic retaining wall. Job was done quick, right, and when I needed something added last minute, guys made it happen.

Second job was this year in an older home that hasn’t been loved, or even liked, in many years. We needed the multiple layers of landscaping cleaned out, graded away from home, rocks and plants around entire house and last minute all window wells revamped. The guys had great ideas, were quick to work, and were very nice. House looks like a home that people care about again because of Patrick and his team.

It’s been an awesome experience to have Rock Solid Landscape complete our landscape remodel. From the initial consultation, it’s been a thrill watching the design take place. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, arrived & finished when they said they would (and worked in the awful heat) and made everything look better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping.

Jim and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Jim returns emails quickly and is very helpful. Their contact system is actually very helpful in reminding us about upcoming services.

I needed winterization for my water sprinkler system, Googled, and called a couple of places with no luck. Called Rock Solid and got transferred to Jim. He was friendly, professional, and helped scheduled an appointment for me based on next earliest available dates. Jim sent email confirmation and provided helpful tips on what to do before technician arrives for water sprinkler blow-out. Tech came on date of scheduled appointment, right on time between promised hours of window, and got the job done on a timely manner. We are pleased with the service provided and will continue to use them going forward. Thank you for being the Professionals.

They installed and winterized my irrigation system, tore-down and rebuilt 3 retaining walls, and completed additional landscaping. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Rock Solid. I can’t say enough how great this company is to work with. Jim is prompt to answer emails/questions. Today Clay showed early for my appointment to open my sprinkler system. Took time to make sure all sprinkler heads were working appropriately and made a few adjustments to assure appropriate coverage. Clay was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Can’t recommend Rocksolid enough.

So impressed with Rock Solid! Very responsive, very professional. We love the look of the landscaping and fire pit. The crew leader, Jason, was really helpful when we noticed some issues with the sprinkler system after the job. He had someone come repair it and even came back himself to ensure the job was done and done right. Highly recommend.

This company does a great job with irrigation. They came out to start our system yesterday. They're always courteous, and pay attention to the details. A leak was found in our system that I didn't even know existed, as it wasn't large. Rock Solid was able to fix it during my spring start up, on top of adjusting heads and reviewing spray patterns. This is above and beyond expectations. On top of this, we have a unique set up, so blowouts need to be hooked up in the house. This has never been an issue and the job always gets done smoothly. I'd definitely recommend checking their other services too, as you can make it a one stop shop for lawn, irrigation and landscaping needs.

Everyone at Rock Solid has been great to work with. I got sprinklers installed in my yard by them and am very satisfied with the results. Jim did the initial inspection, estimate, etc. and has been helpful in answering all of my questions in a timely manner. The crew that came out was Clay, Claire, and Will; they all did an excellent job, hard workers, efficient, great communicators, and did a nice job explaining to me the process and how to function the sprinklers once they were installed.

My home is owned by my work and I must have two bids to do any work. Unfortunately, they normally choose the cheapest bid and this was a mistake on our part. But let me back up because Rock Solid gave me a bid with beautiful design pictures, they were nice, they were easy to contact. The other company I used is not anything like this. I ended up being told I had to use the other company and I have been paying for it ever since. I did, however, used Rock Solid to repair my sprinkler system. They did a great job in a timely manner. I just wish we would have gone with Rock Solid for the landscaping.

Another outstanding job by Rock Solid. The crew there has been very customer orientated and every service call has exceeded all expectations. Best company in the Twin Cities!

A big thanks to Clay and his crew on installation day. They worked long and hard to install our very detailed design involving lawn sprinklers, landscape planting bed drip tube system and an extensive micro sprinkler install for many planter pots.

We have been working with Rock Solid for a few years now - started with some backyard landscaping/grading and an irrigation install. Since then, we have also utilized services like spring cleanup and irrigation winterization & startup. The crews are always friendly, professional, and do a very good job. We have a 3/4 acre lot with about 20 mature trees - so lots of sticks and pinecones. They take care of it all! And if there's an issue of any sort, they are on it and do what they can to fix it.

I had the pleasure to speak with Avery. He didn’t rush through the conversation, instead, he took the time to connect. That alone says a lot about the kind of person he is.
