The cleaning team was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. This was my first time using this service, but I will definitely be a returning customer.

I am a long time user of Merry Maids and couldn’t be happier! It is a joy to come home to a clean, fresh-smelling home! I have always found the cleaners to be polite, friendly, engaging and respectful of me and my property. They do a great job and seem happy with what they are doing, even extending an extra helping hand to me on occasion. The office staff and management have also always been very friendly and helpful in my scheduling needs or other requests. I am very grateful for them and for being such a trustful and reliable company!

Avery is Amazing❣️. She was focused on what she was doing, while also being very polite and friendly. I definitely will have her return in the future.

Our house is having pictures for an open house. I paid $863 for full service which was to include vacuuming vents. I had to come home and clean until midnight. They will not give any discount for their service which included dust left everywhere, glass shower doors looked worse then before they came. Did not clean tile floors. Mirrors not cleaned. I would Never recommend them to anyone!!

This was the first time I used Merry Maids and I was a little nervous, but everything worked out really well. I’m very pleased with the quickness and them showing up on time the quickness of how they cleaned and how thoroughly they cleaned. The girls were very polite and nice too!

We had a team come foe a move-out clean. They added an oven “cleaning” that we didn’t request, they charged us for it, and only just ran the self-clean. They did nothing to actually clean it. They skipped the floors, left dust all around the edges and behind doors, and left residues in the fridge. They came back since they don’t give refunds. The oven still isn’t clean and they added residue all over the kitchen cabinets and inside the oven.

Update: they decided to credit back some since they can no longer fix the issue.

The house smells great! I did notice some things not cleaned, like the top of the grandfather's clock, and my fingers came out black when I swiped my livingroom decorative lamp, other lamp table not cleaned. Also, I thought the difference between a normal clean and a deep clean (which I paid for) that the door jams and inside windows were cleaned on a deep cleaning... But they were not cleaned. The team(s) were nice... very respectful and considerate ... especially Rodriguez, Ava and Dominic, who cleaned behind the other team in the entryway and caught a lot more dirt. Looking back at the job done... I'm thinking it missed the mark... completely. I am disappointed about jams and windows as I am disabled and wanted them done. Now i have to hire someone else to clean what you charged me over $500 to do. Thanks for nothing.

Your response would have been better if you'd offered to come back and actually DO the work I had hired you to DO. I will never go with Merry Maids again.... nice spritzers don't cover dirt.

Carlos and Andrew did an amazing job on my apartment. They went above and beyond with lemon oil treatment on doors and cabinets.

We have had a couple sessions so far and I’m really enjoying walking into a clean house. The crew is very friendly. we have a very toy/clutter heavy house and they are still able to clean without me having to completely overhaul the house to get it ready for them.
