The only reason I am not rating this business one star is because the cleaning itself was good. Everything else has been a frustration and a disappointment. For starters, everything is done on the app. No texts, no emails, just the app. However, the app 1) doesn't have any way to retrieve your username and password. You have to call the general number and then talk to someone and then wait for a second phone call. The app 2) is often not working, making it impossible to check the time of your scheduled clean. Next, the admin personnel has been less than helpful. After my first clean the company notified us that we would be slapped with a credit card usage fee which obviously increased the recently agreed-upon price. I called, and the admin (who then I had to wait on a call back from because you never get to address your issues with one phone call) waffled about for a long time until she would adjust the price to the price we'd *signed a contract on*. Later, when I was having issues with the app and it wouldn't log me in, I finally got a call back and was notified that despite my paying EXTRA for a morning time slot (before noon arrival), the crew would not be showing up until between noon and 2pm. This would not work for me, and all the admin would do is remove the extra fee I'd payed for a guaranteed morning slot. After again putting pressure on her, she finally said, "oh, well I can move things around and get them there before noon". Kennedy, this is not how you handle your mistakes. You do not only offer to keep the contracted price if you're pressured for five minutes. You do not only offer to correct your mistake after the customer points out that again, you are reneging on your contract and payment for several minutes. This should be an instant fix for you. The customer shouldn't have to spend so much time getting what they've PAID for. So, I hope I will be able to update this review with a higher rating. The cleaning is good, but my goodness, the management/admin (including the app and the whole business about having to wait for a callback) needs SIGNIFICANT improvement.

I could not be more happy with the quality of the communication, the ease of scheduling and the professionalism of this company. We had our first visit today and my home is incredibly clean and the team was so thorough! I’m very happy and impressed! So grateful that we found them!

They come in quietly and go right to work. They are pleasant, efficient and thorough. I am always pleased with their work and have never been disappointed. They work well as a team, treating each other with courtesy and respect.

It was amazingly easy to get started with the Cleaning Authority. They were able to come up for a consultation the next day and had us on the books for an initial cleaning the very next week. The crew of two women were punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient! I work from home and they were able to complete the clean without interrupting me at all. Now I have a house that is spotless, smells like a hotel (in the best way possible!), and will delight my wife when she gets home.

Extremely happy with the results and am looking forward to the next one in two weeks!

TCA have awesome employees! Every month we use them it seems to be getting better and better. After our last cleaning (which was fantastic), they went above and fixed my clogged drain in my bathroom sink. I was going to call a plumber but when I got home i noticed the sink wasn’t backed up anymore.

1st clean and they did a fantastic job! We only wanted bathrooms, kitchen and main floor cleaned and everything is spotless. Very reasonable rates as well.

Absolutely amazing! I needed help to keep my cleaning on track due to compounding issues but have been super hesitant about getting a cleaning service. I was floored by the quality of the work. No regrets. I will continue to use their services to supplement where I struggle. Huge help to my mental health and physical comfort. Attention to details is amazing.

I forgot about my appointment and turned my cleaners away but realized shortly after. They were patient, efficient and did a great job. They got right to work and didn't need any direction. This service was provided from an organization that provides cleaning for cancer patients and I am so grateful 🙏🏽

The cleaning this week was great! but that has not been the case for other days. The previous visit they missed sweeping the stairs, for example and I was about to cancel. However, today they did an excellent job! The 4 stars are for today hoping quality to be more consistent.

I would like to be able to send a quick note through the app, not have to leave a google review.
My latest clean was OK but I have some issues. The women who cleaned bumped and unplugged chargers by my loveseat and also in my bathroom and did not notice or fix. They rearranged everything in the bathrooms and don’t put it back like it was. Also they left my kitchen floor very streaky and not completely clean. They were still in the car outside so I asked them to come and do the floor over.

These seem like little things but they say to me that they just don’t care and just hurrying through the clean.

Hopefully the next clean will be better and they will be more careful with our things.

I have had the Cleaning Authority come once a month for the past year and they do a great job with my large townhouse. Bathrooms are spotless, the wood flooring is damp mopped and all knickknacks are dusted. It’s so nice having the house cleaned on a regular basis so it always looks good! I would highly recommend them!

Hailey is the point person on our humble little house. She leads a team of 2-3 and the other players often rotate. That being said, the end product is consistent and well done. Thank you Hailey!
